Who here can explain why the ask is 50 cents a share.
I don't have a sell order in. And shouldn't that error been taken care of by now?
I usually see the inflated ask prices after the close but to remain here for going on what, 4 days now while the market is open isn't the norm. Since you are such an expert tell us why the ask is where it's at? Because along with it, the ask size is quite small compared to the amount of shares many own.
Still 50 cents at Fidelity.
I'm not the one who needs to prove a damn thing. Gendarme does.
Far from it.
With a 50 cent ask. Nice way to die.
It's been sitting there not bothering me. I have other plays doing good and a 50 cent ask on this is definitely icing on the cake.
Can't. Have no free cash to try.
The 50 cent ask is a fact. Why hasn't it come down?
Fidelity still shows the value at 0.0001 but the ask is the same as here. 50 cents.
Glad to take pics for you of the product being sold at Ingle's.
You are right. Sorry for the mistake.
Take it up with Fidelity. They are showing 4 million in volume today.
Fidelity is showing 2 million in volume so far today. There is buying.

Don't see it coming down to where it opened today. This is hard news and it'll close way above where it opened.
Still get in. It's going higher. Much higher.
Won't have one as long as Gene remains silent and no info is present. This could easily run but someone isn't showing up at the race.
Sure dude. Just like the one about Ingle's, right? Want me to take a pic of the Phase III being sold there for proof?
Do you refuse to acknowledge that it hit 0.0002 several times?
I only saw them in singles. They are located next to the beer in the cooler section along with the other energy drinks such as Red Bull. It was right next to the Muscle Milk.
I can confirm Ingle's has Phase III now. Just had my first bottle and it's quite good. Sells for $2.98 a bottle.
Went by Ingle's flagship store yesterday to get a glimpse of how they sell their stand alone energy drinks. Plenty of brands to choose from and they're placed in between the beers and the bottled colas such as Mexican Coke. So they all get the spotlight and are easy to locate as well.
Ingle's also sells gas and at one of their stores in the south side of town, has a convenience store/gas pump combination in front of their regular grocery store. So I'm sure they'll be available in there as well.
They are all over the south, listed on the NYSE, and have even been associated with the Atlanta Falcons during post game interviews. I believe they have over 200 stores, over 2 billion in sales and own their own milk processing facility. They are huge.

Let me add it's good news but the most important thing to also remember, people still have to buy it. This is still a great start though.
Very much so. Ingle's is a huge outlet and the biggest chain here. Their stores are modern, their customer base is wealthy or at least middle class and they carry a lot of good products.
I'm in the Ingle's area and will look for it.
It needs to dry up. Either he pulls through with real facts or he gets lost. Enough of this. I wrote a while back that the best thing to happen to this stock was the DTCC chill because it puts everything on Gene. Well that time has come.
Not surprising. Let's wait and see what happens later on this week.
There was a 90 million share day a while back and I don't know how relevant that is to the situation. So keep that in mind before putting in more money.
What would really be nice is for the company to put out a PR of some sort just to show us they're still active.
Good. But don't set any selling triggers just yet. Wait it out and if there's a good number of shorts here, we can make some good money.
They could cover this week voluntarily. Next week it's mandatory.
Look for volume towards the latter part of the week and if it happens here, raise your asking price. Remember that they have to buy into the market so lets take full advantage of it.
Not that I know of. FTD's can go back a long time and it might be a while before those involved can account for them, With many of these pinks, there are literally billions of phantom shares that are out there. They themselves probably don't know the real numbers.
All depends on the number of FTDs. Just got to sit back and see what happens. Good luck.
Yep. All the failure to delivers will be cleaned up by the clearing firms now. Short squeeze possibility on all the stocks mentioned.

Wrong. We did hit 0.0002 several times.
Need the same volume next week but with news.
Whoever is buying now knows that after today they won't be able to get in cheap unless they're willing to pay whatever the shareholders conclude a fair and real asking price is. No more bidwhacking by the MM's. Trade for trade remember?
