Looks like major resistance at .93-.95.
I am feeling good about adding another 10k shares of JBII to my portfolio today! Thanks to the seller for the cheapies!
Without having a petroleum background, I would consider 20-30 thousand gal/day to be a small to medium size fuel sales contract. I really don't expect "minor" fuel sales to be announced at all.
What makes you think that they are only allowed to sell fuel in the USA?
Don't know about dial-up, but it works fine on DSL in a 3rd world country.
Patience grasshopper...highly successful companies were not built in a few weeks or months. I would prefer that the foundation is solid before forging ahead at full steam. It would not be good for the company to lunge forward, then have a pause, or disruption, in the business cycle. A single processor operating on a politically induced limitation will not support a large fuel supply contract. The company should wait until full permits are in place, and multiple processors are online before materially establishing long-term contracts. I suspect that there have been minor fuel sales occurring - afterall, the NYDEC consent did stipulate that fuel sales could commence.
Back when they acquired JAVACO that was the thinking by a few here. Just made sense at the time that they would need a way to keep tabs on the processors wherever they are placed globally.
The website appears to have been revamped as well. It was long overdue for a face-lift.
I hear rumors about chat rooms on IH, but cannot locate a link for then. Maybe adding that ability for premium members would attract/retain a few.
Do not underestimate the potential of Pak-It. Their products are at the forefront of the "Green Cleaning Products" initiative sweeping the Canadian and American markets. Not to mention that the products are actually less expansive/expensive to use than other cleaning products currently on the markets.
Industry in-house usage of Pak-It products will continue to increase as the awareness reaches more markets. National retailers who are already saving time and money with Pak-It Cleaning Kits' eco-friendly cleaners include Home Depot and Michael's Craft Stores.
The latest offer includes a free analysis for prospective companies, plus a free 30-day trial kit:

The products are already being utilized by many cleaning and janitorial companies, as well as being distributed by many North American companies. Here is just a sampling of the companies:

I read the article and agree that it is an exciting new technology that has the potential to revolutionize the bio-energy industry. I also suspect that there will be industrial and political organizations that will do what they can to delay the process coming into fruition. JBI should not be concerned about this new technology at all. The JBI P2O process utilizes waste plastics, which for those that have not been paying attention, is a massive global problem and only getting worse. There are currently enough waste plastics supply streams to keep the company highly profitable for a very long time. Its still not too late to get on-board for the intelligent speculative investor.
Well stated Paula - my sentiments exactly!
The current share structure of JBII is ideal for a successful startup company on the cusp of realizing a home run initiative. The comparison of stock liquidity to BH is not very realistic, as BH certainly does not require it anymore.
Additionally, shareholder value has been a stickler with the current CEO. I do not believe that a R/S at the current PPS would benefit the bulk of shareholders that have purchased market shares during the course of the past year. The PPS will get back up to the big board range soon enough. I am thankful to be able to continue adding to my portfolio at the current PPS!
I get a 'no answer' every time I call it - since last week. It rings about 4 or 5 times, then it gives me a 'no answer' disconnect.
You should be able to cancel if you can get someone to answer the phone number. That is the only way to cancel after you sign up. I haven't been able to get anyone to answer my calls yet, so don't hold your breath.
Neither...I prefer to refer to them as a progressive oil and gas company with built-in support mechanisms at all points.
Obviously not, as the same post keeps coming round and round again. Actually, there are many similar posts that just keep making the rounds - pro and con. Its no wonder that new IH eyes on this one have so much difficulty diciphering the wheat from the chaff. Hopefully, no one is basing their stock investment decisions solely on SMB's.
Pray for him.
Amen brother! Yours and John's frustrations are well founded! Not only with the headaches that are contributory to political and regulatory agencies, but also those that are hellbent to destroy the company as a whole, and then to have to deal with whiny babes about the stock pps! My hat is off to the whole JBI team that have accomplished so much in such a short period of time, all the while enduring the headaches mentioned above, and them some!
Always good to see insider buys! WTG Robin!
In order to establish a long term, stable and prosperous relationship with other entities, the chain from supply to production to sales must not be broken - even briefly would cause too much strain on a business relationship. It is obvious to me that we have the supply side locked in. The storage and blending side is confirmed. Now all we need is adequate production means in order to establish a lasting relationship with other entities. I hope that there is enough cash from the latest round to get both new processors built and operational!
I suspect that some of the proceeds will be used to complete the 2nd processor and get it ready to go online. It is quite possible that the company has more plastic than 1 processor can currently handle, thus the urgency to get the 2nd one constructed and placed into operation as soon as possible.
Probably took some of that 401k cash and rolled it into JBII shares. I know that is what I would do if I was in his position!
I have no problem with it either, and I am still buying shares of JBII.
A smart group of investors have either just entered the arena, or adding to their JBI long portfolio! I suspect that it is the latter of the two.
You just have to use titanium tubes in the condensers, and completely enclose everything to counter the high corrosion factor associated with sea water.
Finally filled...
Doesn't appear to be too much retail support left on the bid though...
And now eturd has dropped down to .5 as well....silly games...
No can do now - they have already filled 380 of them. Will not give the turds double commission on any trade.
No, dropped it down to .71
Just changed it to 2500 - they gave me 380, then dropped back off. Hmmmmm....
Just shy of that - let me bump it up to 2500 and see what happens...
I would like to add more shares of JBII, but it would appear that ETURD doesn't want me to. I have had an open order at .72 for over an hour and they have yet to even show it on L2. Even after just hanging up the phone from them, it is still not showing. I have had similar problems with them all week on this security. I am almost ready to change brokerages.
I believe that you are on the right track fc. The Captain always knows best onboard! I doubt that he has been sitting idle by awaiting some other opportunity to present itself. JB just doesn't seem to be the CEO that would allow idleness in any of the JBI business sectors.
Classic Chill
Merry Christmas to the Coptic Christians.
Those were certainly the "glory days". Complete with razor-sharp edge and the looks! One must be very careful not to diminish the reputation by prematurely eluding to the opinion that a company is illegitimate and/or fraudulent though. It usually only takes one big mistake to wipe out all of those hard-earned 'atta boys'.
I will be the first to apologize to you and the others if this company turns out to be as fraudulent as you and many others here make claim and elusive comments about. I would certainly hope that overwhelming pride would not prevent those making such claims from making a similar public apology once it is proven beyond a shadow of doubt to be a legitimate company suffering the birthing pains on its path to growth and prosperity.

This comment would seem to contradict a "letter" that I just read about JBI:
Yes it is and was! Happy New Year to all JBI'ers! 2011 will be our year to rock!
Its not showing - do you have AON?
