judging by 52 week low, this last week, that appears to be troubling. Hopefully, w/an announcement (PR)
concerning any type of a "closed" deal, this goes over a penny w/ease. USA deal, make that at least a double. If they don't close any deals, by December, well, you know the rest...
AIMHO
slim, his reply was to me, weez talkin
charts, that's why he here, bro.
lol.
SH101, I did, it is now .0053. :( eom.
crashman, how's those charts a-lookin? Sure looks
like your in the "red", currently. USA deal has 3 months to go, hopefully they won't pull a "Gobility" deal, could be a very bad Christmas, for some, if that happens. Sooooo, what's your charts telling you?
thanks so much,
Zgold
Bid is at .0054, who bought yesterday =
OUCH! Not that I'm happy for anyone else, but this stock is freefalling extremely fast, w/no end in sight. What a terrible way to go down w/the ship, imo.
not the least bit surprising, imo. eom.
"red" is the prediction/norm. eom.
johnnyfiber, w/all due respect, my
most humble apologies. You, along w/a select few, have pumped this MF for quite some time, w/no respect for others. Egg is in your face, wipe it off, and let's continue on. What "big" news is next?
SH101, w/all due respect, .0056 was expected,
and w/no news, will likely go lower. The lower pps will entice a few new suckers, but these new lows won't fare well w/potential investors/newbies. I could very well be wrong, all the posts, and more importantly time, you and that "johnnyfiber" dude put out may be a huge waste of time, in your lives. I wish you the best of luck, but watch out for these BB's, nary a one of them comes to fruition, imo.
PS- penny swings are the way to go, and don't marry them, "trade" 'em!
Z
yea, I guess there was this "business" plan that
many anticipated, I seemed to have missed it. I also understand why no one would answer my question of why MobilePro would remain a .01 stock. It's back to reality time. By the way, has anyone noticed that the chartists here on the MOBL bd. always "tell" of a run-up, but never say one word about a "run-down"? Huh, I wonder why that is...
heading to sub-pennyland, yet again. I'm surprised
it stayed at .01 for a few days, all the glitz and glamour fading, it appears.
SH101-that is usually the way it works out
for me, lol.
"I think you are going to miss out BIG TIME!"
Jay had some reeaalll bad days at SpeedCom,
so I don't think he's got a "handle" on learning much from the past. I'll buy for a flip when this falls(more).
The traffic sure slowed down on this bd., I see,
guess .006 will calm the optimism. Is it still "any day now" as far as anything goes w/DNAG, lol? Man, this thing has been sputtering at .006 for a long time, sure glad I got out when I did.
Looks like those that are stuck here will need some good luck, so good luck, DNAGers!
Cougar40, what does he do all day? Well, for
starters, he supplements his fat salary @ MobilePro by being chairman of Bayberry Capital, as a consultant, w/locked in income and %'s from there. MobilePro is only a part-time job for Jay, he has much more important things to attend, does Texas Prototypes" sound familiar? I'm telling you man, this guy is one busy MFer.
Mike, I could care less if your a bit
tired of my game, I'm tired of you talking like it's a given MOBL will be debt-free. We can't even close on the Kite deal, your counting chickens before they hatch, not a very prudent investment strategy for such a pro as you. Keep things in perspective pal, and show me why MOBL will remain .01 stock, that is a simple question/task, isn't it?
Why should this remain a .01 stock for the
next three months? No business plan, Gobility possibly reneging (contractually, they already have), and nothing definitive outside that? Litigation will never be seen, we already realize that, but it is still lured as bait by many, increduously. If nothing materializes in the next month, no way this stays at .01, it looms for the .007's, as it has been doing on these "pops".
AIMHO, of course.
crashman, about the nickel thingy, i think
what Maddog meant, and you "failed" to comprehend, is that the SH's "won't see jack squat", ever, from the supposed litigation.
Jay is simply throwing "bait" on the hook, and you seem to have taken it.
"You", nor "I", will never, ever, ever see that money, EVER!
Do you think you have a better "concept", or "feel", for what Maddog conveyed?
I hope so, although I sincerely doubt you do.
AIMHO
Good job, Jay Wright, at least .01 was fun,
while it lasted.
AIMHO
Thanks Maddog. eom.
edster1, my thoughts exactly! eom.
market rallied today on rate cuts, unless,
of course, you live in pennyville. :(
well, the day is over, down nearly 18%,
I guess my RB post is more accurate than even I wanted it to be...
That is why when it "free falls", you have
parasites who p/u shares much cheaper, and start the process all over, you know, "buy low, sell high" philosophy/bash/pump/dump/lol...
Thanks for your note, crashman. I'm glad for what I did.
slimfast, how's that portfolio looking now?
You know what to do, good luck slim, and glad to see you making $$$.
Z
Splitting the operations from the litigation is a feasible
strategy.
-per Jay Wright
As of June 30th, 2007, +24,000 Davel sites,
but Jay get's his bonus, as 80% of Davel is now sold.
AIMHO
jbwins, "deeck" coming out of your mouth, every
post. WTF is up w/that? Every post man, your making me nervous, pervous...
jbwins, "If" we close on USA deal, for starters,
the pps will not retrace, imo. I say give the man "bonuses", no one here complained too much when Jay was receiving bonuses as the pps was driven to sub-pennies. Now, everyone's beeching/moaning for him to bring the pps back up, I say let's give him an incentive to close on some deals. At least for me, from my standpoint, I have a chance for an easy gain, "if" Jay pulls through.
I accidentlty hit that "position" button,
upon further review, as i did not even know I did that, until you brought it up. My open, honest position is to around .01, but don't hold me to it, as it may never get there, and I may decide to sell tomorrow, dunno.
Z
Maybe .015-.02 if Jay executes on his new "business"
plan.
wow, matched 52 wk. low @.006, too bad here. eom.
jbwins, once again, there ya go, throwing some really good advice amongst some logic. It's getting tough not to ignore you, imo. In at .072, .073, out by .095-.01-.012ish.
_______________
Great education in pennies however. "Trade-em ...don't marry-em"
I'm glad you called it a long time ago,
thanks.
Thanks crashman, glad to be back, I guess I'll follow up w/a lol as well! Guess if you can't beat 'em, join 'em.
Good luck to those that give a rats azz.
Z
crashman, yes, me of all people, and what about
"the commencing share sale next week"? Uh, doubt there will be one, for starters. Perhaps you missed this part of the filing, so here is part of it, fwiw:
We Do Not Have Enough Registered Shares to Cover the Scheduled Debenture Payments with Our Common Stock
To date, Cornell Capital has been a significant source of capital for the Company, providing financing in several forms. Most recently, the Company has borrowed funds under a series of convertible debentures. The total amount owed to Cornell Capital under the debentures at March 31, 2007 was $18,149,650. Using shares of its common stock registered on Form S-3 in November 2006, the Company made principal and interest payments on the debentures that totaled $4,880,489 during the fiscal year ended March 31, 2007, and that totaled $1,967,908 from April 2007 through May 2007. However, the supply of shares registered for Cornell Capital’s benefit related to the convertible debentures has been exhausted. Cornell Capital has agreed to delay additional installment payments until January 2008 when the Company will be obligated to make total weekly principal payments of $375,000 plus accrued interest.
slimfastjunkie, looks like we both know Jay,
and the money trail he likes to follow. Fatten those incentives up w/mula($$$), and Jay will most likely produce, imo. If he achieves most, if not all, his objectives(goals), SP will move north for the obvious reasons. Hope to see you recover most, if not all, of your losses.
Take care Andy,
Z
Zgold back in, 8-k convinced me. eom.
Good, I say we pay the SOB w/incentives, and why
not? We all paid this guy handsomely in bonuses as the pps dropped continuously these last couple of years, not much beeching and moaning at that point. Now we simply pay him bonuses to bring the pps back up, if he achieves most these objectives, the pps will indeed go back up. He wins no matter what direction the SP went(goes), but if we want it to go back up, throw those incentives($$$) in front of his face, he just might pull it off. I'm all for it, give that greedy SOB an incentive to bring the pps back up...
Sometimes, you just gotta say, WTF...?
