Welcome aboard sabong !
We know all about that already ! Thats the very nature of lotto plays----"risk vs. reward". If you're not strong enough to withstand limited risks , perhaps you'd be better served on the bond market. If INCL had high ratings , we wouldn't be here w/ this tremendous opportunity for huge gains. INCL is in the process of updating their ratings/filings and it should have already been changed to "Limited Information" status because they already gave Pinksheets a pre-lim update in August , pending further action. It has recently been made abundantly clear (as corroborated by recent Nevada SOS filings & BEHL's PR's) that INCL is well on its way to bigger and brighter things. I'm "glad" Pinksheets has had that rating on INCL....it allowed me (& legions of like-minded souls) to attain very healthy positions in INCL by virtue of the low pps.
They have been (successfully) under-going a re-focusing of their business model....this will be changing soon enough. Ratings might be all well & good but then.....I seem to recall Moody's and Standard & Poors had a "AAA" rating on AIG..........so much for the credibility of rating agencies !

mugwumps; Here's Boyle's hydro/gen. patent.......
http://www.faqs.org/patents/app/20080302670
I've heard he has others as well.
One smart guy you are !
Arnold Boyle...Hydrogen Generator...anybody here heard that name in connection w/Fisker ? He's the inventor of a proprietary mobile Hydrogen Generator , most often used in retro-fit applications (to date). I hold another stock where he is the CTO....his name was brought-up in connection w/ possible collaboration w/Fisker & their aspirations in using hydrogen as a fuel.
Huh? "Overbought" or going "North".....which is it ?
Wrinkles; I'm w/ you on that....Yahoooooo
Have very high hopes here !!!
INCL & LGAL......BREAKOUT !!!
INCL & LGAL.....BREAKOUT !
imo
darealmr; Not related; chk. post#15667 for other possible links.
Aaaargh !
Yes; we are....plenty more2come !
Wow; Everybody woke up...."Up", like LGAL !!!!
ghostone;
The only thing I've heard in that regard is a "RUMOR" that they 'may' be considering 'retiring' some shares. This is nothing more than a "rumor" at this point but.....there was a post here a week or 2 ago by someone who said the TA told them that the O/S was 1.23BB (down from 2.5). "If" this is true, that might lend some credence to the 'retiring rumor'. Thats all I know at this point.....we'll be finding a lot more very soon.

matt;True: Another source of ready income is in INCL's retro-fit Hydrogen Generators. There is a gov. mandate that all off-road construction vehicles (over a certain size) be made more fuel efficient. By coincidence, the construction industry shut-down just as these mandates took effect, That means that when things get going again , they will have to 1st, make these machines compliant....thats where INCL comes in. INCL's generators have also had some involvement in the marine industry as well (don't know of any mandates there except to max-out fuel efficiency.
es1; INCL, more of an 'Investment' than a 'Trade'. This is starting 2 (quite possibly) look like more than any of us could have dreamed for.
'Consortium'....
**1st, the BEHL link
**then, possibly SGT
**then what....thru private channels, I just heard the name Fisker Auto. [QWTT] as a possible customer, mentioned in connection w/Arnold Boyle (a very smart guy w/hydrogen patents & INCL's CTO)---*"Trying 2 validate this claim right now". Incidentally, INCL,BEHL & QWTT are all based w/in 15 miles of each other (if that means anything).
'Hydrogen' IS the Future" in alternate fuels (the ultimate clean/green tech)....and we have a leg-up in that direction.
In addition, the more you research 'algae' as an alternate fuel , the more sense it makes.
*Much higher % oil per acre/unit than other food-based fuels'(incl.Jathropa).
*Can be grown in arid regions (like Las Vegas) so it doesn't take up valuable farmland space & eliminates the need 4 food-based products, that lead 2 food shortages & higher food prices
*Algae farms can be stacked vertically (=much higher yield per acre)...can't do that w/sugar, corn etc.
We might just be sitting on top of a 'Big Player' here at INCL.
AIMO but Food 4 Thought
Hydrogen from Algae? What if? link:
A little hypothetical DD or; Why does BEHL need Envirotek (an excersize in conjecture).
***As I recall, BEHL's last PR stated that they would be producing 'different algae strains' in each of the 3 planned algae farms (including Las Vegas w/Envirotek).
***INCL has a history of being involved in 'hydrogen' production and has a proprietary hydrogen powered engine (as I recall).
*** What if the 2 functions were combined ? Turns out that they can...algae is not just capable of producing bio-diesel but , hydrogen as well. Now going further; If hydrogen can be produced economically (currently, a very expensive product to produce using conventional tech) , then it would be safe to assume that anyone possessing a new cost-effective tech for that purpose would have a big market edge on this lucrative product. The high cost (& safe portable storage) of hydrogen is the main thing thats holding back hydrogen powered cars.......the "ultimate" in clean/green technology.
For further reference (I can provide more) , chk. this out: http://www.oilgae.com/b/cat/algae_hydrogen.html
*Note: This has been a hypothetical construct of my own making & does necessarily relate to the the joint venture plans of these 2 companies. It is merely 'food-4-thought' & is AIMO.
Welcome 2 the MONEY TREE !!!
Yes; GREEN IS GOOD !
stnkng1; It's a "start-up", going in a new direction (per confirmed PR's from both companies), thats why. When BEHL's announcement was made , INCL's pps was what ... .0003 , something like that. It's not like BEHL was doing a "Joint Venture" w/ General Electric or some other monster "established" company..... having a stratospheric effect on BEHL's pps. Further; I noticed that the BEHL folks had a "who's-the-new-kid" kind of attitude about INCL at 1st but many have since come on-board & hold INCL as well (as evidenced in numerous prior posts from them , here on this board).
INCL will be (& already is) coming into it's own in due time.
Sure are a lot of nervous-types around here today. Relax; it's Saturday , have a beer..... all is good !
If you're that worried , there's always Monday....trade away.

In Top15...for several days now....lots more2come !
veloyt; You're assuming all worst case scenarios....I'm more of a positive thinker myself. Thats not to say I'm a sucker....I know reality when it hits me. Sure , this is still a lotto play to a certain extent (but far less , given their recent PR's) but for the low buy-in pps , its hard to rationalize dumping this puppy , with its enormous potential for gain.
The IR firm might be holding 100m (could have sold some or all already) but I don't know that these aren't 'restricted' shares (posing less potential pps impact). Even if there's no restrictions (& they haven't sold them already....maybe thats where some of yours came from , who's to say) , it may well be that they (the IR guys) are smart enough to sell in increments , hence, not posing any significant negative effect. They have a vested interest in seeing their potential realized (just like us) so its reasonable to assume they keep abreast of their trading strategies (just like us).
I'm not seeing the 'glass 1/2 full' here by any stretch of the imagination. You're more than welcome to hit-the-road on this , do what you like , i don't care. I'm just saying , don't expect the rest of us to freak-out w/you.....this is , afterall , the Pinks (+ or - , its Risk vs. Rewards). Sounds like you might be more comfortable w/ BigBoard stocks or in the Bond Market.
Best of Luck on your next play.
veloyt; bye bye now.........more 4 me ! thx
matt,mugwumps&FN; O/S
The 2.1bb O/S count is from Jan.'09 per reports (incl.Pinksheets).
There was recently a post stating that someone here (can't remember who) had contacted the TA & was told that the O/S is: 1.23bb---a substantial difference. I don't know which is right , nor more importantly , what the 'Float' is. I also heard a 'rumor' that INCL was considering the option of 'retiring' some of this O/S as opposed to the more un-attactive alternate options to get the count down. If the 1.23bb is correct (I hope I hope), that 'might' suggest that they may already have retired some. FYI: INCL's most recent corporate filing w/ the Nevada SOS shows a 400mm sharecount structure ... the ramifications of the opposing figures are discussed in detail (using the 2.1bb vs.400mm figures) by one of our more esteemed members (just-an-ant) in post#13999 (those prognostications will be even better if the 1.23bb count is valid).... I suggest you read that one.
In any case , I think we will be finding out pretty soon , when they complete the name-change filing and they have their coming-out party (contracts announcements).
Obviously , much of this is conjecture and based on very limited info but one way or another , I think we have a very promising future here ---perhaps even better than we think.
