Nice analysis. I think it will play out exactly as described. Once the green light is given this could hit $1+ within days.
Bought some .03 yesterday. Chart doesn't look like it will go much lower than .03
Grabbed some cheapies yesterday morning. Always nice to see substantial green immediately after entering
They've now incorporated and integrated their patented tech into their entire platform. "Representing a culmination of several years of development... "
Right at this moment is a pivotal point for this company.
Yep agreed, it's always a good sign.
Nice. This must be the V2 that was reported in the form 7 monthly report scheduled for release in August, but they've released it earlier than expected.
What's impressive is how well this is holding up with lack of volume and updates. Most OTC stocks deteriorate pretty quickly when there are no updates and very low volume. Indicates to me there are very few sellers at these levels.
Down 14% today. Anyone worried?
Yeah, $100,000+ in dollar volume is not chump change
It's appreciated. It's always good to assess ALL DD available, both pro and con.
Fun fact: we are up 21% on only 33 million volume. Back on July 10th it took 150 million volume to increase the same amount(20%). When a stock is making greater gains on much lower volume you know that:
1. Dilution is not a factor
2. The likelihood for a higher percentage run is greatly increased.
It takes someone like Elon Musk to FORCE the auto insurance industry to change. But it will happen I guarantee it. Auto insurers use old antiquated methods to determine insurance rates but technology ALWAYS WINS. And IGEN is perfectly positioned to take advantage of it.
$5 - $10 longer term
Tesla insurance will bring this technology to the forefront. If Tesla Insurance is going to revolutionize the insurance industry with advanced telematics, you can bet every other insurance company will follow suit. Even if they don't make a deal with Tesla, the exposure it brings will be just as good. Neal envisioned this many many years ago. It's actually great for IGEN because it increases the chances of a massive buyout a thousand fold.
No, it's just conjecture at this point, but not completely unfounded. Neil has been talking about telematics being the future for the vehicle insurance industry for many years, and he has built his company based on that vision. Now Tesla is saying they will revolutionize the insurance industry through the use of telematics. See the correlation and the interest Tesla might have in IGEN's technology?
I think Chan is simply pointing out that this type of technology is the future for vehicles and insurance, using Tesla as an example.
Are you saying that Tesla would be a competitor to IGEN? That is a possibility, but then why would Chan post that on his LinkedIn if that was the case.
The global usage-based insurance (UBI) market is expected to grow from its current value of USD 34 billion to over USD 107 billion by 2024; according to a new research report by Global Market Insights, Inc. One of the major factors driving the market growth is an increase in the production of passenger & commercial vehicles that is embedded with telematics or the use of external tracking systems to capture data about the vehicle’s health & the driving behaviour. Car makers and the insurance companies then use telematics data for calculating the insurance premium for clients in accordance with the usage rate of the vehicle. The insurance telematics enables customers to lessen their premium rates by adopting safe driving.
The OBD II technology held a major share of over 48% in the usage-based insurance market in 2017 and is expected to dominate the market with a share of around xx% in 2024. Vehicles equipped with telematics devices allow insurance companies to get a more precise information to rate a driver’s premium. The traditional UBI programs use OBD II, which allows car owners to manage and remove engine malfunctions and improve vehicle reliability while reducing the fleet operations cost. By implementing OBD II fleet management telematics systems, which track driver performance and allow vehicle utilization, the companies can reduce their fleet insurance premiums.
The commercial vehicles segment in the usage-based insurance (UBI) market is projected to register an excellent growth rate of over 18% from 2018 to 2024. The commercial vehicles segment is widely deploying telematics solutions to analyse vehicle and driver data to assess the risks and restore profit margins. These solutions are used in commercial fleets to help in integrating capabilities such as traffic updates, roadside assistance, and smart routing and tracking. Telematics insurance data is used by the insurers to review driving behaviour and promote safe driving through insurance incentives. The technology is playing a key role in commercial logistics and supply chains as it helps in addressing the challenges related to driver monitoring, insurance, and safety.

I think you are absolutely right reindlll, great insight. Elon Musk knows better than anyone what the current trends are in the industry and let's face it, he is a freaking genius. Even if they don't make a deal with Tesla, we know that IGEN is in the right place at the right time with their technology.
Sounds like Elon and Neil Chan are on the same page.
Agree. Let's just stick with the legit DD that we have, which is plenty.
Oh man the plot thickens. Someone should make a damn movie out of this!
Plenty of buying above .01 on friday. I expect that to continue this week.
Still a lot of flippers but once shares are locked up this will glide through to silver
Haha yes! Unfortunately I don't have a large position here but I'm still going to enjoy the ride immensely =)
They are really going after the credit unions which is smart imo. Credit unions are a stepping stone to dealing directly with insurance companies. The sky is the limit here really.
Credit unions are on the rise

Gaining +10% on days with barely 300k volume? I can only imagine what will happen when real volume starts hitting

No, they will continue to offer their products on the IoT factory, after Sprint and Tmobile merge.
Exactly. And it will not require huge volume days like today to keep this running to multiple pennies.
True! But my target is $5 =)
The 2 HUGE deals signed this year are just now starting to hit deep pocket radars imo. Combine that with dilution ending and you have a perfect storm for a sustained parabolic run.
