Added again today at 9.45. Ready for the 17th, uplisting and hopefully partnership as previously stated. Too many positive catalysts not to own this one. It should be an interesting year here.
Very Interesting Pink, Thanks
Interesting Bio, I did not know the filing would be posted on the FDA website, i was under the understanding that only accepted IND's were posted. I hope you are right.
Intrabio CEO Mallory Factor was interviewed by Maria Bartiromo this morning discussing the difficulty of bringing new treatments to trial at the FDA. His company seeks treatments for rare diseases, and has a promising drug that could treat several of these diseases. It took his company 8 months just to get a pre IND meeting.
His point was that it is too difficult to get new treatments to market in the US as compared to Europe because of our strict regulatory environment.
PMCB has battled through this environment and now is on the cusp of submitting their IND for LAPC, an unmet medical need. I think that last PR emphasized the importance of that last test to the IND. The heavy lifting in preparing for a trial is over I believe.
I agree with Efood, They will not tell us when the IND is submitted, we will find out when it is accepted. If they file the IND and it is not accepted immediately (FDA wants more tests), then the stock will shoot up on filing and then tank big time if FDA wants more info. Just my humble opinion, not advice.
Just sold my Tilray, Used gains to buy Aurora. Exciting times here!
"The beta radiation has a short penetration distance so there is minimal collateral damage to healthy tissues outside of the injected area"
In other words, there is collateral damage to healthy tissue outside the injected area. No thanks! Go PMCB!!
In at 41, out at 115...good trade.
I am having fun with you, too easy!
Nope, look at my posts, in at 41. Wrong again
Ah, now you are yelling. Your too easy. Good luck! LMFAO
Why are the bag holders "rich". Is this to make them less likable. LOL
I bought at $41 hoping it would go to $60. I wasn't ready for this show. Holding to take long term gains unless it goes to 300 again. I have a standing sell order at $300. I will pay more taxes at $300. LOL
Nice trade!
Thanks for posting
You are making the assumption that all 81% of the shares would be sold. That would never happen.
"Completing the full production process and testing the final product now are the major items that remain to be accomplished before submitting our IND to the FDA.”
Wolfy, whats your guess for timetable for IND?
Yes , I read the filing and went through recent PRs. I took $ from Tilray profits to invest in next wave.
Hey pink, I am looking this over. Do you like this one?
Maybe, and then back to 127
Oh yes, There is nothing personal here. We may meet at shareholders meeting, who knows.
Geeze Vinnie, I don't know. They did say there would be more regular PRs. There content will determine that. This stock is a good play for flippers. Look at the chart and you can see that. Nothing dramatic to the upside until IND submitted. Just my opinion, not advice.
Everything has been politicized in the US. We now have liberal stocks vs Conservative stocks. I am an independent. I just want stocks that make money. Buying dips here.
It is hard to believe that this Politico story is true. Am I going to get jailed in the US for investing here.
If a Canadian has several speeding tickets are they prevented from entering the country. This policy would cost the US millions in tourist dollars. It's just s bad policy no matter what side you are on. Agreed, buy dips.
I feel and have always felt that an excepted IND is the tipping point. We will get there in time and when that happens outside money will come rushing in. Until then, it is a slog to the IND.
There are companies that file INDs and the response they get from the FDA is to do a battery of tests that takes a very long time. PMCB is trying to file an IND that will get accepted, thus all the tests.
Vinnie, I replaced the mans actual name with Fred Flintstone because I don't feel it is my business to out him.
Lets get this over with, Its the last paragraph I edited.
We need updates on progress on all fronts.
Our recently filed Form 10-K and our Form 10-Q we filed yesterday with the SEC set forth all of the information about our progress that is publicly available. If there are material developments we believe should be disclosed, we will issue a press release. We are an Research and Development (“R&D”) company with projects involving cancer, ascites, diabetes and cannabinoids where we are trying to develop therapies for different indications. In any R&D enterprise, there are periods of high productivity and periods of lower overall productivity. This is because in the second type of R&D period the work being done is more difficult for various reasons and therefore it simply takes longer to complete. Things do not occur with regularity in R&D – it is not like paving a road where one can accurately predict when the entire job will be finished.
Is there still research being done on your behalf at The University of Northern Colorado involving cannabinoids and brain cancer?
Yes.
Are there any new results on the diabetes testing? Does this program still exist?
The program still very much exists. There are no results of our R&D to report at the present time.
Ascites?
This program still exists as well. Where things currently stand is described in our last 10-K.
I recommend to you that you appoint some shareholders to the board of directors that are not involved in daily operations of the company.
While we appreciate your recommendation, we have filled the Board with individuals who we feel will serve the Company’s best interests. We do not have plans to increase the size of the Board at the current time. An increase in your compensation should be performance based. Compensation of management is performance based. Management’s compensation is determined by our Compensation Committee and approved by the Board. For more information about the process, please review the 10-Ks we have filed with the SEC. The lack of updates does not support this. We respectfully disagree. We recognize that we have not published any information about developments in the company during August and thru today. However, there are several reasons for this: (i) we have been fully engaged with the preparation of our annual report on Form 10-K and working with our audit firm to timely file the 10-K; (ii) the same applies to the 10-Q we filed yesterday; (iii) we have been waiting on Austrianova and others to complete work over which we have no control; and (iv) we usually go dark during the months of August and early September because many shareholders and investors are taking vacations during this time. We often see a sell off of our stock during the summer months and then a pickup in shareholder activity after Labor Day.
The company told us the IND is "just about done". Please explain in more detail the status of OUR IND?
You are not alone in inquiring about the timeline for the filing of the IND for our clinical trial in pancreatic cancer. This is very difficult to pin down with certainty because most the work that remains to be done to complete the IND is now in the hands of Austrianova and our FDA regulatory consulting firm. We are informed and believe that they are working as diligently as possible, but PharmaCyte has no direct control over what they do and how quickly they do it. We have only final control of the accuracy and completeness of the work they perform for us. The latter are important factors because, when the IND is submitted to the FDA, PharmaCyte wants it to be as good as it possibly can be given the current FDA regulations. Please be assured that everyone at the company is working as diligently as possible to get the IND submitted and then the clinical trial underway. We are as anxious as you are to see these things happen.
PMCB is being vetted heavily by its shareholders at the moment and this will continue.
We have been advised of the numerous posts of Fred Flintstone on Investors Hub and the road he is encouraging other shareholders to take. But we also have been contacted by numerous shareholders that have a very different impression about PharmaCyte and the criticisms Mr. Flinstone levels at its management. More contact is not just appreciated but required. Please respond. Now that what we described above is behind us, we plan to begin to update shareholders as material events unfold. Look for a press release as early as next week. I myself, along with other shareholders will being knocking at your Laguna Hills door if these issues are not addressed. You are more than welcome to visit us in Laguna Hills. However, given how much we travel, we suggest making an appointment to be sure the person(s) you want to see are in the office.
Its late for me, the response is long. I have a full morning tomorrow. I will edit tomorrow early afternoon and post.
Look, the major point is accusatory using that persons name. Someone on this board. I am about money, not scuffles online.
I have quite a response from my questions and I am not Sure everyone on this board wants me to post them. Let just say that everything is fine with PharmaCyte and this board has been somewhat tainted and it is not my business to out anyone here. I am removing myself from the situation and maintaining my position in PMCB. Good luck all!
It's good to know some progress has happened. Bring on the .4s
Spot on correct! The world is covered with diamonds, but only a few dare to reach and pick them up.
I bought in at 41, was excited to add more on pullback. Where is the pullback? I have already doubled my investment and the trader in me wants to sell half my position. I am going to hang in on this one though as I anticipate deals with Pharma, tobacco , and/or beverage company. Good luck Tillray investors!
LOL, we did yes.
I here you RC. I am sure you have.
RC, you have been here a long time and I am sure you are correct but writing an email takes very little time and any information that we get from it that is new is worth it for me. They need to know that shareholders own the company and need to be more informed.
OK, here is my letter to them. Unfortunately I am as tactful as a jackhammer so I hope this is not to strongly worded, but here it is:
Dear Gentlemen,
I am a large shareholder of PharmaCyte Biotech(PMCB). I have been acquiring shares for over two years. I am writing to you over concerns about the companies credibility. These concerns have risen as your shareholder base increasingly communicates with each other on various stock message boards.
We need updates on progress on all fronts.

Thank You for your time gentlemen. I know you are busy men. Please help us change the modus operandi at PharmaCyte Biotech.
I am hoping they did not answer your questions because those questions will be answered in the next PR. I hope that is the case.
I certainly will. I am long here. We need to know whats going on.
We hold the meeting and we invite them. I don't want to be led around by them. It's our money.
