You continue to indicate something is coming, just wait. Curious what your source is....or is it all IMO?
So about the insider info.....? Anything?
You comment comparing a Lear to a G650 is like comparing a Volkswagen to a Bentley. Obvious which one you would rather have....
Anyone else spouting the big news coming, have additional context they can share with the class? I only have about 1.9mill shares, curious.....thanks.
You guys have insider info the rest of us can't access?? That the takeaway here?
Little momentum, looking more better!
Go TRON!
Add a digit stud. It was .0021.
Giddy up, go team go..!
Obviously. Go team go. Ignored. Good luck, hit a new 52 week low this week. Giddy up!!
Can you prove that, or is that just another guess?
Anyways, to the people who are actual investors, I am following up on my previous. Still awaiting the investigation. Remember this...

I called the rep this morning....said the patent office shows Advanomics owning the patent....BUT...I mentioned the agreement between the two companies, he stated since it was a "business decisions" and if the company doesn't care about shareholder input, then as long as it's filed with the SEC (which it is), it's technically a legal agreement. Didn't get into why they still bill Advanomics for non payment.
Part 2.
I contacted the SEC today, they told me it was a "business decision", as long as it was filed correctly, the appropriate parties would review the numbers for validity/red flags. I explained the same people buying a 51K asset (patent), few years later selling it to a broke public traded company for 4million, she was shocked. She told me: I'd have to contact the state with the business was incorporate (Colorado). I sent this email:
Hi,
I am an investor of the company: Sunshine Biopharma (SBFM), they evidentally were incorporated in Colorado, but reside in another country, Canada. I spoke with the SEC about some issues I have with the company, and wanted a few items clarified.
They are run by 3 individuals, they apparently have/own ALL voting rights, so shareholders have little to no say in business decisions. Do investors have any recourse here? The reason I ask, is these same 3, own a private company in Canada, known as: Advanomics corporation. It has been shown on numerous quarterly filings, that they exchange stocks, assets, and monies back and forth, to their benefit, as they own both.
My issue is the purchase of a patent. Advanomics paid a company 51,000USD for a French patent, from a French company.....as a private company (Advanomics), they held the patent for some years, let it rot, or realized it was useless or a failed patent......then turned around and sold it to themselves for over 4million dollars, funded it with shareholder money. I understand it may be considered a "business decisions", but I'd like some accountability on how they got that number/justification for wasting our investment on a literally useless patent. All this information is filed with the SEC, I just don't understand how this could be allowed as a legitimate business decision/transaction, they are simply funneling money from a public traded company, to a private one. Using investors. Sunshine has reported yearly losses year over year, not sure they have ever made money, let alone afford a 4 million patent, on a patent that had no provable value greater than what they bought it for, 51,000USD. If it wasn't about making the private entity rich, and about "curing cancer", why not gift it, you own both companies...this is highly suspect, and needs to be reviewed!
I'd like to know if shareholders have a right here, and what we can do. If this is legal, I am going to start a private business, and a public one, and make myself a millionaire on lies and assumptions.
Feel free to call me,
Part 3
The inspector general called me 20minutes ago, came up "restricted" and all.....told me it "stunk to the high heaven with red flags", that I should call the Canadian authorities in Canada immediately as she has no jurisdiction. They didn't even have an address for this place. Wish I could play back the voice mail I got from her. Wish she could have handled it, but she did say the Canadians take this kind of stuff very seriously, it would be handled.
So when I get some time, hopefully this is the last stop to putting these guys away, or fined, whatever. There is no logical explanation to why that patent sold for what it did, to a broke company, plain and simple.
Stay Tuned....I'm coming for you Camille ;)
For those who still don't believe, I strongly recommend you review your financial decision here. How can they possibly justify the price tag on that patent?! It's a dead patent.
To help those who actually perform DD on this company. I reviewed this topic last time they lied about a drug license. About a year ago. Went right to the source. I will be reviewing this link weekly to see if they filed anything or more lies....can't wait.

Hi Michael,
This is to confirm that we have not received any application from "Sunshine Biopharma" for a Drug Establishment Licence (DEL).
I am attaching below a link to the website which provides information for all the Drug Establishment holders in Canada:
http://healthycanadians.gc.ca/apps/gmp-bpf/index-en.html
I hope this will be helpful.

Drug Establishment Licensing Unit/ Unité des licences d'établissement de produits pharmaceutiques

Regulatory Operations and Regions Branch / Direction générale des opérations réglementaires et des régions

Obviously true, most governing bodies require SOPs to ensure quality control, legitimacy.....pretty standard business practice. Similar to starting an airline. You aren't going to get certified to fly people without SOPs....cant get one without the other....doesnt sound like you have ever owned a business.
Didn't they claim a few months back they created a strategic alliance with another company for this exact reason/purpose? More lies. Keep hiding behind the safe harbor Camille, scumbag.
Not a bad run, usually around 11EST, dump fest. We will see.
It was a pump, got an email about it. Careful everyone.
It's all smoke and mirrors. Compile all of their PR's, what has actually been accomplished? I've reached out to so many of their PR partners, never get a response......SBFM is just an ATM for them. Nothing more. Once in awhile they conjure up a new lie.....generic drugs are hot right now. Except instead of selling the 3 they initially announced, the idiots announce 23 more?! None of it verifiable, no drug license. It's all a scam, ending with their safe harbor statement, which legally gives them the right to lie about, well, everything.
I'd love for someone to inquire about acquiring their useless patent....see how much they want for it. They purchased it for 51K, sold it to shareholders for 4mill. Be great to see how they approach a sale......i may, just to see how it transpires, as I await the Canadian governments investigation of the sale.
Btw, where is the other dude that was looking into this? What have you found so far? You were hot and bothered a few weeks ago, now gone.....
I'm just waiting to hear back from the Canadian authorities on their patent sale to themselves.
Otherwise, just more dilution.....that share count is the only thing BIG going on here. Look at how much that has increased in the last year....
Great news! Thanks for sharing!
I hope you are rich one day my friend! Probably not with this company.
If we all take a step back, do you really think this "game changing", "life saving", "16x greater" cancer drug...known as Adva-27a would honestly be sold for 51,000USD from: L'INSTITUT NATIONAL DES SCIENCES APPLIQUEES DE ROUEN, on March 26, 2013, if it was all those things???
If it was the end all be all cancer drug, the French government would have bought it, funded it, helped humanity. Or......actual drug companies would have purchased it.

Excellent Alyssa, thank you for the update!
As a mod....I have no problem answering that. I Was here when they announced the patent purchase a few years ago. I still own a small count, and in the past, I have been quoted as admitting to a loss of 1800$. So the answer, is both. I own some, but lost. The more I read about the company, and listened to others, the more I want answers. It's only 1800$, that's not the point.....if a crime was committed to screw people out of money I want to properly reveal it, and want accountability. This isn't me using foul language or rattling off random hate. I try to provide links, emails, documentation to back up my arguments.
I applaud your efforts! Patents or no patents, the price is highly suspect! A traditional board of directors would never allow this sale, IMO, it's all about shareholder value..... Especially for a patent that really hasn't produced anything, historically....i don't think 51k would be appropriate, let alone 4 million.
If they never made the sale/transfer legal, but have been accepting payments for it, that's fraud. They won't have to explain to me, it would be feds, but let's hope it's just a paperwork issue.
Talk soon.
I applaud your DD. It's an agreement, a signed agreement. Was it ever formally submitted to the patent office? From what I see, the patent office contacts Advanomics regularly for missing payments. You can file whatever you want, doesn't mean it's law. To me, there is no proof Sunshine owns the patents, sorry.
I put an email into a reliable source, not Camille, the patent office. I'll forward you their response. Think they've had plenty of time to make the change.
Ask Camille, since he only replies to you, where the inflated price from 51k to 4mil is all about.
Sure about that? Or relying on a company publication littered with past lies.....?

Think they'd be looking for payment from the PREVIOUS owner? Or Sunshine?? I'd bet they'd bill the OWNER, ADVANOMICS.......no? Like I said, I can do this ALLLLLLLLLL day!
I'll ask again...can someone please send me a document showing legal transfer of ownership of Adva-27a drug patent from Advanomics to Sunshine Biopharma? Not being redundant, I just can't seem to find a legal document that can substantiate what Advanomics charged for the patent, and if they even legally sold it to Sunshine. I understand the same Canadians own both, but there is legal process. According to filings, sunshine has paid money for the patents, curious if they ever legally took ownership, or this another part of the scam?
Thanks in advance, I've reached out to Camille, no response.
Very very very untrue. Or actually, elaborate how a private company and a public one, both registered as their own, can be the same?! I am literally walking you into our initial claim...has anyone contacted the SEC.
But.....you are the pro, I only work all day as a pilot.
I actually referenced the fact that it exists. Where you completely missed the boat was my question of where is says who owns it. I literally already posted that exact link. It was the basis of my argument in fact. You are a pro??
I'll ask again....where does it show Sunshine Biopharma owns this patent?? Clearly shows Advanomics. Sure you can keep up? I can do this all day.
Show me the document that states they own the patents. And I mean show the transfer of ownership form from Advanomics to Sunshine Biopharma. I understand the same people own both. Explain to me why they bought it for 51k privately, but sold it to themselves for millions, using public money.
Not impressed at all with the rest of your dribble.....yawn.....all hearsay. Welcome to join though, doesn't look like you spend too much time posting, so thank you for sharing with us.
What did anything that was said have to do with advice?? It was someone referencing the US patent office, comparing the results to this companies statements.....try to keep up.
They bought a patent for about 51k USD from a private company, sold it themselves, for millions.
No problem there?
Anyone ever reported these clowns to the SEC? I'm pretty sure Sunshine doesn't actually own the patents they paid millions for.
Sorry, one of my links was bad: http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/sunshine-biopharmas-wholly-owned-canadian-subsidiary-completes-sops-required-health-otcqb-sbfm-1952414.htm
This is their lie about a drug license years ago...idk, ask them what happened?! Looked pretty convincing at the time....October 1, 2014......when asking Health Canada if they have ever received anything from Sunshine Biopharma, guess what their response was.........We have never received an application.
Take a look: they make all these claims....where is the actual data? Not in Canada...

I can't find Sunshine, Advanomics, or the correct Atlas in health Canada's database. I reached out to the Atlas that Sunshine references on their PR, let's see if they respond ;)
This is a web of lies and deception to make money, not a real company.
Welcome newbie110, pretty much says it all. This company preys on new folks who are unaware/uninformed. But what you call an opinion, I call a conclusion. I'll copy and paste their previous "big news" and you can evaluate accordingly...KEEP IN MIND, THERE ARE SOOOOOO MANY OTHERS I COULD POST, THESE ARE JUST A FEW.
WASTED GRANTS:

Make your own conclusions, there is so much more I could post, I wont even start about Adva-27a, even they stopped touting that failure. It's run by three clever Canadians who use it to scam shareholders, and pay themselves a nice salary by selling/diluting it. All their business is done with shares, they don't pay for anything, as they have no money. So you will see this stock go up quickly (as the folks they sold their shares to make some money) then down quickly, as those folks sell of their stock to make their money back. They are literally operating SBFM as their own personal bank.SBFM will not accomplish anything, they won't sell drugs, they will never even have a drug license. It's literally the equivalent of stocking a bar, but not purchasing an alcohol license. USELESS. They will always keep the carrot dangling in front of you. They are running out of lies, luckily...
Only way they might get anywhere with health Canada would be spending money, and that money would be taken out of their unjustified salaries, so you can bet, that wont be happening, and since they have wasted so much funding and/or grants, they wont be getting those anytime soon either.
Call Camille, ask him why he feels he deserves his salary, ask him why they are letting Adva go dormant, ask him when a drug license will be up and running, been 3 years since the paperwork was compiled (according to them), ask him why no one is ever at their office, ask him what the future plan is......you are an investor, you deserve answers, it's what he pays himself 6 figures a year to do. I've never gotten an answer back from him on anything (and I was an investor at the time), I'd go up one side of him and down the other, he would have a hard time lieing to me, but good luck, hopefully my "opinions" don't get in the way of your personal due diligence. If you want my opinion, SELL, immediately!!!
Anyone else see how much they pay each other?!?! Over 400k a year among the 3. And then look at the revenue. How is this allowed!?!? Hahaha, what a scam. Private company (Advanomics) sells stock to a publicly traded company (SBFM), and vice versa. They are selling your stocks to pay their unjustifiable salaries. Most that have been here awhile also understand, there is no Adva-27a. Sorry, doesn't exist/huge failure/money making scam.
Rest is copy paste BS. Seen it for the last 3yrs.
Buy first research later huh? Nice!
Added as well!
Added 80000 more!! Love the impatient dippers.
Finally this thing is moving!!!!
Good points smitter. The penny world is littered with impatience, short sighted traders. Once a stock shows potential and a positive charts shows up, the rif Raf moves in. Happens all the time. It's unfortunate, but it's penny.
I'm 90% confident we haven't even started yet, this is just small fry people making a few bucks. Really not a big deal.
Phase 1, lol. You are still talking about phase 1 here?!?
That was the topic over a year ago.....guys start selling generic drugs yet??? Hahah
Hmmm, that's one way to interpret what I said.....purchased more today. Swing and a miss, strike one bud.
Been in since trips, loving the ride here!!
Looking great! Pennies here we come!
