stem: IMO, Brooks CPA's were brought in for one PRIMARY reason...THEY ARE VALUATION EXPERTS. To valuate what specifically in this case? To valuate VIKING TELECOM FOR SALE.
D. Brooks and Associates CPA's, P.A. = CERTIFIED VALUATION ANALYSTS
Brooks CPA's are a member of this group:

What could then Bravatech do with the proceeds of that sale? COMMENCE A MASSIVE SHARE BUYBACK PROGRAM.
Primarily for who would they do that and primarily why? YKTG,LLC because they were paid SOLEY IN COMMON SHARES. TEN MILLION OF THEM. No cash ever exchanged hands.
They only brought Viking Telecom into the fold to get them "over the hump" so to speak (generate revenue) while they cleaned up all debt and got the software division ready for global reach and smoothed out any rough edges in the Ecrypt One "whitelist" patent, perfected the bundling, etc. All software related projects.
They want to do right by YKTG,LLC and rightfully so. In doing so, the common retail shareholder benefits greatly. An understatement.
Which, in turn, will make the statement, "LONG AND STRONG AND LOVIN' THE RIDE" have true meaning.
Get it now???? And, you think they just went w/ Brooks because they're cheaper. ROTFLMAO!!! Have proof??? NOOOOOO!!!!! You don't. It's just your opinion. We know that.
Here, again, in a nutshell...
YKTG,LLC has 10MM common shares for payment for bringing in all of the massive Viking Telecom services contracts. Not a single dime. Just common shares.
BVTK brings in Brooks CPA's to place an accurate valuation on the sale of Viking Telecom. BVTK sells off Viking Telecom making BVTK a pure-play cybersecurity software company. BVTK uses the proceeds of said Viking Telecom sale to commence a MASSIVE SHARE BUYBACK PROGRAM.
Everybody is happy. You will be too if you own common shares.
Then, you too will be uttering the phrase...
LONG AND STRONG AND LOVIN' THE RIDE!

p.s. - somebody who has a good rapport w/ TC needs to get this thought in front of him. He gets so many emails, he won't pay mine any attention. And, I don't want to join Facebook just for this. Please. TIA. lns

stem: If they sell the services division, Viking Telecom, this is exactly what I think they could seriously have in store for the common shareholders...A massive buyback of shares.
And, don't forget, they paid YTGK(?) LLC 10,000,000 COMMON SHARES. The same common shares we all own.
IMVSHHO, they wanted to bring in Brook's CPA's because they are CERTIFIED EXPERTS in that very specialized field.
See my last posts and a couple others from this on the same subject.

stem: IMO, the question was asked if Green could also provide the VALUATION services that Brooks can provide. They couldn't match that possible NEW development (The 'new' Bravatech BPlan) which may directly have to do with spinning off Viking Telecom. Afterall, if you read their filings, they were brought in as a services division so revenue could be generated as they were going through the long process of getting EcryptONE ready for sale (3rd party eval, etc.).
TC is talking w/ equity investors, isn't he? Yes, he is.
Its all good.
lns
stem: It's about VALUATION SERVICES!
Answer me this...If no intent on spinning off Viking, why in the world would they have authorized 10BB shares for them, like cjstocks showed?
Seriously, stem...we've been told on more than one occasion by TC (and officially in PR, I believe) that they have actively discussed the buyout option as well as SPIN-OFF of their SERVICES division, Viking Telecom. Now, they change accountants to a firm that SPECIALIZES in VALUATION SERVICES.
http://www.dbrookscpa.com/palm-beach-valuation-services1.html
Do you care to comment honestly or just continue to disparage dishonestly?
lns
stem: Hey, don't PM me. I blocked ya. And, NO, TC did NOT change accountant firms to save a buck. And, NO, the previous accountants are not VALUATION EXPERTS like Brooks are.
Get your facts straight.
Don't PM me anymore. Be a man and post publicly.
I will reiterate...IMVSHHO, Viking Telecom will be sold and the proceeds poured back into a MASSIVE SHARE BUYBACK.
I will repost that.
You have no clue. And, your charting skills leave a lot to be desired.
lns
mikar: Sell off Ecrypt? I NEVER suggested that. In fact, I suggested quite the opposite. SELL OFF VIKING TELECOM.

Richkat: And the beauty of this whole thing w/ Ecrypt One is its virtually seemless transition to it. End users will hardley notice at all. IT admins will be loving its ease of use and operations. The bean counters will love it's pricepoint for total and complete email cybersecurity overhaul. No need to upgrade any hardware or servers. Simple like that.
How long will it take for the U.S. govt to get a C-130 full of Ecrypt One software packages delivered to all their main braches for disribution and install?
Could be breakneck speed. Three to six months?
Now, let's talk NATO...a year, tops?

Its hard to believe nobody is really discussing this in depth. This is my third post on it today and my first two got ZERO comments. And yesterday regarding the Viking Telecom CO SOS certificate. No comments.

They don't have to spin it off public. They can sell it off private. If they did that they could earmark that money for share but backs.
Its all good.

EcryptONE would have prevented it had it been installed.
Oh, well. NEXT TIME EcryptONE will stop it because it WILl be installed.
lns
Rap: Read an d you will see. EcryptONE would have stopped it dead. Part of its security deals directly with attachments.
lns
stem: How wrong you are. This latest, largest attack was due to an attachment. Read up on how and what Ecrypt does and works.
EcryptONE everywhere would have stopped this. In fact, it would have never even started to replicate and proliferate.
