boomer: IMO, the question was asked if Green could also provide the VALUATION services that Brooks can provide. They couldn't match that possible NEW development (The 'new' Bravatech BPlan) which may directly have to do with spinning off Viking Telecom. Afterall, if you read their filings, they were brought in as a services division so revenue could be generated as they were going through the long process of getting EcryptONE ready for sale (3rd party eval, etc.).

They don't have to spin it off public. They can sell it off private. If they did that they could earmark that money for share but backs.
