Sky-King, if you don't believe this stock will go anywhere, then why do you spend so much time here? (We believe that you actually own some stock and that you are sore about losing a lot of money right now.) It seems that you're looking for assurance from us here.
Our advice is "hang in there" and watch this stock rebound after the Audited Financials (AF) come out. It's expected to be quite refreshing. When it goes up, the time spent on this will have been worth our while. Stop worrying so much.
In a few more days we'll most likely have more certainty.
Will you be honorable enough to admit that you were WRONG if Steve stays on and Audit news comes out within a week?
If the stock goes up to .30+ this week what will you say then?
YOU made statements such as "Steve will have had it", what if he's still with Veltex in a month from now? YOU will be wrong.
When the Audit comes out and it matches within 15% of originally reported numbers, what will you say then?
YOU are PERPETUALLY PESSIMISTIC. Will you change if the stock starts flying. If it does it will be proof that you were wrong as many investors will be making money and don't care what you write. YOU have little impact on the stock price, remember that.
YOU are WASTING your TIME!
IF the stock price stays at .30+ this week, THEN this will be a good indicator. It shows that demand for VLXC will be rising and investors of VLXC would most likely want to hold on and watch VLXC FLY.
PATIENCE is requested as the Audit results may arrive in another week or more. Once it arrives and IF the numbers match with those originally reported, THEN it'll have definitely have been "worth the wait".
Let's all hang in there for another week (maybe sooner - YIPEE KI YAY!)
Have a Great Weekend and please respect the sanctity of Memorial Day by supporting our Troops stationed around the world.
Best wishes,
Gratzi
What are you going to do if Net Income on the Audit Report is within 15% of the Originally Reported Net Income of about $5 1/2 Million?
All your bashing will have been a waste of time, WATERBOY! You'll have to admit that you're just a FOCKER!
Yes, you'll have been beaten up by a bunch of POM POM GIRLS!
The Exciting Day is on it's way - just 3 more trading days, if you count Tuesday May 29th. It'll be interesting if we at least get some kind of Press Release.
Any last minute predictions here?
Maybe it will jump to .40 or higher if the audit matches with originally reported numbers, or if the audit is within 10-15%.
I hope we'll here more about the China trip (and the new Distributor acquired there).
We shouldn't expect 1st Qtr Financial to be too bright, since 1st Qtr is usually a fairly quiet time, but who knows?
We have just a couple more trading days before many traders will be on there way for an extended weekend.
We are getting very close to the last minute here. I wonder if we'll get some news by the end of this week, or on Tuesday May 29th, or later next week.
Does anybody here have any idea?
Why did the stock go up to .29 and now it's about .22 again? Even though it had a nice run up - it was short lived.
Here's the Deal:
The POM POM Girls will put down our POM POMS if the price doesn't hit $1.00. What will you do if it does reach $1.00?
You may be right about us being POM POM Ladies. But remember that you and Paintball are just the WATERBOYS, and JAVEED is the QUARTERBACK, NOT YOU!
HERE's the Lineup:
JAVEED = QUARTERBACK
Sky-King and Paintball = WATERBOYS
PUAL, GRATZI, herman12, DavidBowie = POM POM Girls
STEPHEN MACKLEM = FIELD GOAL KICKER
Do VLXC shareholders own the Bangladeshi operations?
We need evidence of this, or some kind of clarity in a Press Release. Is there anyone here that can make this happen?
If we don't own the BD operations then we are being fooled into thinking that we are a part of the big numbers, right? All the big impressive numbers are out of Bangladesh NOT NA.
Possible Buyout of Veltex? Rumor?
On January 2, 2007 at 7:52 AM Eastern Time, there was an inquiry made by the poster named "gwroaden" asking the following:
"Is there any updated information on the rumored Gildan buyout of small cap Veltex ( VLXC )
Sentiment : Strong Buy"
Obviously, this was just a rumor, but consider the possibilities of Veltex being bought out. It would be interesting to see what the offer price per share would be (in whatever form it might be - cash or stock swap) Just imagine the possibilities. Sounds interesting.
Sky-King, I tip my hat to you.
We are very impressed with your terminology (your reference to "POM POM GIRLS". You have contributed greatly to the humor of this chat room)
However, we do not surrender. We express our firm belief that VELTEX will "Get to the Mountaintop". We have concluded based on keen analysis that VLXC is POISED to EXPLODE to the $2-3 level.
Consider these events:
Impressive acquistions
Marketing License Agreements (Major Corp.'s)
Intent to enter into Designer Clothing Industry
Constant Revenue Growth
Agressive Trade Show activity
Attractive Catalog
Competitive Labor and Vertical Integration
Strategic Warehouse Location
VLXC - RATED STRONG BUY
Actually, the VELTEX UPCOMING EVENT is this:
IT'S GONNA FLY ! (Yes, the event is VLXC Price FLYING)
YIPEE YAY!
WE GOTTA SAY,
WHAT A GREAT DAY,
HIP HIP HOORAY!
GO VELTEX GO!
VLXC - STRONG BUY
Upcoming Event involving VLXC shareholders:
It's gonna be really funny when VLXC flies and omegaman5x5 cries, "Oh, Why didn't I Buy, WHY, WHY, WHY... BOO HOO HOO... COULDA WOULDA SHOULDA... when VLXC was selling in the .20's it was a deal of a lifetime - such a good deal!"
AND, WE, Current Shareholders, who will be holding on until it reaches $1, $2, $3 or even higher, we'll be "LAUGHING ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK"!
VLXC is POISED TO EXPLODE to EXTREMELY HIGH LEVELS because soon when Audited Financials arrive we will be experiencing a TIME OF CERTAINTY - YES, OUR HAPPY DAY IS ON ITS WAY!
(Attention Loyal Shareholders: Hold onto your shares of VELTEX just as you'd hold on to the football and get to the end zone for the touchdown - omegaman5x5 is someone that seems to fumble the ball and consequently cannot score the touchdown)
GO VELTEX GO
VLXC - STRONG BUY
IF the Audited Financials come out on time, or within a week of estmated time of arrival, AND they closely match the unaudited numbers THEN, the NAYSAYERS will be crying out, "Oh, if I only bought some, coulda, woulda, shoulda!" And the current shareholders will be "laughing all the way to the BANK!"
I expect to be part of the LAUGHING GROUP and NOT the CRYING GROUP that Sky-king will most likely be a part of. Sky-king will have to change his name to CRY-king ha ha ha LOL!
GO VETLEX GO
VLXC - STRONG BUY
Hey Sky-King, are you willing to "put your money where your mouth is"?
If you think it's likely to crash to .03 than go to .40 - how confident are you? Are you willing to support your words in any other way (Place your bet - I dare you)? What are you going to say when it goes up? Yeah, you'll just have your jaw drop - NOT the stock price drop.
We have a few more trading days and we'll see what happens then. And if it's a few more days or another week that's ok also. Be patient.
VLXC is strongly poised for a massive upswing!
VLXC - STRONG BUY
This week should be very exciting.
Please post your Stock Price Predictions for what you expect the closing price on May 29th will be.
My guess is:
.40-.45 (+ or - .10)
Audit and News Release will most likely be out by then.
Chances are, based on the previous Audit years ago, that the Audit for 2005/2006 will be within 15% is my guess. And this will be good news because it will provide certainty as to where we stand.
From March 8th PR, "China National Television will cover the opening of the Mega Mall and Veltex will be interviewed on camera." - What ever happened to this interview? Does anyone here know or bother to ask Stephen Macklem or Javeed Matin?
Also,
"Veltex will also be meeting with investment bankers and government officials of the Shanghai Stock Exchange during its visit. The Company is aggressively exploring the option of the dual listing of its common shares on that exchange." Any news on this also?
Just because only a small portion of the buyback has occured so far doesn't mean it's not going to continue, right?
Remember, the focus recently has been on progress in China with our new Distributor. After the doubt has been cleared upon receipt of Audited Financials, we'll most likely be entering new territory. There is a lot of potential for great rewards if we hold on to VLXC and see what happens.
Stephen Macklem seems to be working hard at getting things clarified for us and takes our suggestions seriously.
Are you worried because of a drop of a penny from the previous close? If you look at the rise in the last week or so, it looks like VLXC is doing well and poised for a nice breakthrough to higher levels soon. Especially, since we're all getting excited about expecting upcoming Audit news and Press Releases.
By the way, who are the Major Shareholders? (This question is for anyone who can answer - How many shares must someone own to be considered a "Major Shareholder").
Does anyone here ever speak on the phone, or in person, not just email, with a Major Shareholder besides Javeed?
It might be a good idea to ask a Major Shareholder why he/she became one and what is the target price.
VELTEX NEWS:
The Veltex Survey on Investorshub is officially out. It consists of questions designed to create a better understanding of Veltex Investor Behavior.
Here it is:
1. What is your target sell price? (i.e. if the share price reaches $1, will you sell or respond to this as a threshold for further price jumps and wait until it reaches $2-3?)
2. How much longer are you willing to wait for the stock to reach the $1 level? $2 level? $3 level or higher?
3. What do you think will be the stock price on May 29th - the deadline for the Audited Financials given that they come out and match with the Unaudited Financials?
4. With the possiblities of Continuation of Buyback program, possible listing on Shanghai stock exchange, Trend of Revenue Increases, possible advancing to Major Exchange (i.e. AMEX or NASDAQ), what do you feel will be the stock price in 1 month from now? 3 months? 6 months?
What we all would like to know:
Since the announcement of the Buyback, were there additional shares issued, thereby increasing the O/S share count? If yes, how many more shares issued since then?
Do shareholders of VLXC effectively own the Bangladesh operations in addition to the North American operations?
So, mainly TWO ISSUES of Concern:
NET ISSUANCE of shares since Buyback Announcement
AND
Status of shareholers of VLXC ownership of Veltex Bangladesh
(Will the auditors of the North American portion and Bangladeshi operations be reputable?
Will Veltex ever be advance to a Major Exchange?
Will Veltex ever be listed on the Shanghai Exchange?)
We all hope that these questions could be answered. Let's all try to urge Steve Macklem to get these answered by Javeed soon.)
As the saying goes, "Something's Gotta Give". We can feel sure about receiving some kind of news shortly, right?
Either the audit will be out on time, or we'll probably receive some kind of news release about when the Audited numbers will be due - this should be expected, and would show some kind of sincerity from the Company towards its shareholders.
Are there any naysayers here that can possibly turn the other way in response to the above scenario?
You're all invited:
Time to post your Forecast for what you feel will be the stock price Tuesday May 29th at the end of the day.
My forecast for 5/29/07 is this:
.50 (+ or - .10) if Audited Financials are within 15% of Unaudited numbers
However, IF the Audited Financials fall way below the Unaudited numbers, then, my guess is that the stock might slip down below .20 - Keep in mind though, the company might use investor pessimism in its favor by buying into the panic, at what the company considers to be a good value for the stock. This buyback activity, of course, means that there's a likely chance that the stock might FLY very soon.
It might just be a WIN-WIN opportunity for VELTEX Shareholders.
Stock Symbol: VLXC - RATED STRONG BUY
One interesting question could be, "How much longer do you think Stephen Macklem will endure and stay on as Investor Relations Representative?"
The others (OTCGrowth.com, Allpennystocks.com, E&E Communications) came and went, were rather short lived and gave up after questions couldn't be answered)
Here's what we really need to get VLXC to get moving to impressive heights:
Articles that contain excellent publicity from objective sources
News of Impressive Multi-Million Dollar contracts (There should be statements of certainty about Revenues to be Earned)
VELTEX becoming a candidate for takeover by a Major Corporation. If word goes out that a Major Entity wishes to Acquire VELTEX - just imagine the crowd rushing in to BUY VLXC stock!
IF any of the above scenarios occur, THEN we would most likely see VLXC rise at a rapid pace - maybe even to $2 or more.
Does anybody have constructive and productive ideas to contribute to the success of VELTEX?
WE are ready for your suggestions.
Everbody please post your predictions for May 29th. What will be the approximate stock price for VLXC?
My feeling is IF Audited Financial are within 15% of the Unaudited amounts THEN the stock might reach about .50 + or - .10 IF the Audit is disappointing then the stock could probably go down to a level we haven't seen before (i.e. .15 or lower, of course, the Company might use the "bad news" as an opportunity to "grab" a bunch by continuing the buyback while everyone is crying the blues)
So, even with bad news, the company could trigger massive buyback - the optimal time for buying in stock for treasury.
Anyone else here brave enough to post a prediction?
Mainly due to fear and a higher share count that the stock now has an even slimmer chance of going to $2.50.
The only thing that could make this stock rise to $2.50 is if Veltex wins a major Multi-million Dollar contract with a Major Corporation and/or Military Contract. And how likely is this to occur? It's unlikely is the answer.
The Buyback, if continued, but just provides "Temporary relief" due to Veltex having limited funds (Cash). How high do we think the Company is willing to buy its own stock. Remember, they're in business to make a profit, not just pump up the price, and sell at a loss later.
Most likely, there will be some "good news" coming up either preceded or followed by a price hike to .50, give or take .10, and that's it. This is mainly because of FEAR. Everyone here wants to jump out at the .50 level because of the FEAR of a downward slump after the upward jump (Volatility of the past is guiding our buy/sell decisions NOT logic based on Revenue/Net Income indicators)
Best wishes to all,
Gratzi
It's sort of ambiguous here how on one hand a lot of us here are feeling doubtful about this stock yet we are optimistic as well.
When the Buyback was first announced, logic would tell us that this stock was gonna fly. It didn't happen though. Then came the unaudited Financial Statements touting Revenues of $70 Million. But the stock continued to slump downward. And then news of the New Distributor in China. And, as we all know, the stock continued to go down. Why? Who was selling with all the good news? That's the big question.
What we hear is that investors have lost confidence due to lack of Audited Financials to support the reported financials (Unaudited). This sounds like a good reason but there's gotta be more to it. Who was selling? Can anyone here answer this question?
Anyway, IF Audited Financials come out any day now AND they resemble closely with the Unaudited figures THEN we all can agree that THIS will be a GOOD SIGN, right?.
Good question asked on this forum: why did the stock spike to about .55 and then slip back down?
Any ideas about the above questions and forecast for the next couple weeks?
Integrity of Management is put into question constantly.
For example:
Why Annoucement of Buyback with hardly any purchased (2.5 Million announced and only approx. 1/2 Million purchased)?
Why Strong Emphasis on Buyback but no disclosure about sell-off of shares preceding and following Buyback actions?
If company has bought back only 1/2 Million shares and sold many more before and after, there doesn't seem to be any net benefit to shareholders, right? (Due to an actual NET SELLOFF of SHARES).
Why no Press releases for over 2 months (and the Press Releases we received so far yield nothing so far (it's like being fed bread crumbs)?
Have you spoken to Steve Macklem or Javeed lately (in last few days)?
Audited Financials for 2005 or 2006 - When?
China News - When?
Continuation of Buyback - When?
1st Qtr 2007 Financials - When?
TO EVERYONE HERE:
If anyone gets in touch with either Steve Macklem or Javeed Matin make sure to get these questions answered.
Thanks,
Gratzi
Would any of you care to share how you first heard about Veltex?
When is the ASI show in Chicago? I might be traveling there in a few weeks or maybe Mid-July.
Are audited financials coming out soon (within a couple of weeks or so?)
Was it the last conference call that the time frame of the Audited Financials was mentioned? Was it 90 days estimated time of delivery? If it was mentioned on the conference call and that was Feb. 28th then for sure we should be receiving the audit by the end of May (a couple weeks or sooner).
Let's all keep our eyes open. If any of you have a clearer picture please update us.
Thanks,
Gratzi
Hey anyone here: What is the probability that the Audit will come out within 2 weeks from now?
If the numbers in the Audit are within 15% or so of the Unaudited figures, where do you think the stock will go with this refreshing information?
If positive Press Release(s) touting the impressive deals in China, the Audit, 1st Qtr 2007 Financials, Buyback continuation, etc. come out... then where do you think the stock will go?
These are sincere questions. Please provide sincere (not obnoxious) answers to them.
Thank you,
Gratzi
Is there a way that we can get info on a list of Veltex Shareholders?
Mainly, we should see who the Major Shareholders are.
Comparing the performance from a few years ago vs. Current, based on the most recent audit would behoove us to admit that we're dealing with a New and Improved Veltex. Yes, we need more clarity as to Legal Status of Bangladesh operations, Audit for Year 2006, Buyback, and China distributor transactions.
Let's all make an effort to obtain answers for all the above mentioned issues. This can be done via email to ir@veltex.com or is it ir@veltexcorp.com?, call 909-595-1977, or 312-553-1235 (Steve Macklem - Investor Relations Rep for Veltex)(I'm not sure if his cell number is still working, 312-933-5884, I've tried it at different times and no answer) Also, try islandcreek@gmail.com and you can supply your contact info and request other Veltex investors' contact info.
Items to consider:
Veltex makes impressive acquisitions
Veltex plans to expand into Designer Clothing Industry
Veltex plans to continue Buyback of shares
Veltex exhibits impressive Revenue Growth
Veltex has competitive advantages (Low Labor & No Middleman Markup)
Veltex has acquired Distributor in China
Veltex has a well presented Catalog
Veltex stock has potential for sharp rise (Thinly traded)
Best wishes,
Gratzi Prego
VELTEX - VLXC - STRONG BUY
Important issue to consider:
Just take into consideration that the Company has been busy with a number of issues right now (China Distributor, Audit, Legal Status of Bangladesh portion, 1st Qtr 2007 Financials). With the price at the present level and Audit due to come out any day now (or about a couple weeks, perhaps), we can feel confident about good news on the way.
It's possible that the Company has not been active in regard to the buyback due to a trading restriction in force before a news release comes out (temporary suspension of trading imposed on Corporate insiders). It's a good sign because once they are given the "green light", we will most likely see a sharp increase due to the continuation of the buyback process.
Steve Macklem has stated that he receives no compensation unless the stock reaches certain thresholds (i.e. .50+). If true, why do you think he invests so much of his time (fielding calls, china trip)?
Have any of you spoken at great length with Steve Macklem? Are you receiving straight answers? Is he yet another firm that will fade away eventually (i.e. E&E Communications, Allpennystocks.com)? What ever happened to Finn Walstad (253-564-9264, former promoter for VeltexA - he seems to have no more connection with Veltex)?
Any suggestions?
Regards,
Gratzi
Future looks bright, here's why:
1.) Great opportunities in China
2.) Audit results expected to confirm success (Rev & Income)
3.) Buyback expected soon
Possibilities is the key word here.

CHINA DEALS (AND SHANGHAI STOCK EXCHANGE LISITNG)
1st QTR FINANCIALS
It's interesting to see what will happen in the next few weeks.
This could be a great BUYING OPPORTUNIY!
Even though price is low, the volume is low also, which means that this THINLY TRADED Stock offers a great potential for Giant Profits quickly.
Possibilities of Good News:
Possibility of continuation of Buyback
Audited Financials for Year 2006
1st Quarter 2007 Financials (Unaudited)
News about Recent Trip to China
