Do VLXC shareholders own the Bangladeshi operations?

We need evidence of this, or some kind of clarity in a Press Release. Is there anyone here that can make this happen?

If we don't own the BD operations then we are being fooled into thinking that we are a part of the big numbers, right? All the big impressive numbers are out of Bangladesh NOT NA.
