What kind of BS is that?!? They don't drop the A/S accordingly during R/S?
Also of note, insiders own 71% of this stock??? You'd think they would act in their own best interest with the future of the company value from here on out if that's the case... Whether or not that includes shareholders might be a different story though.
We knew this was eventually going to happen as well as the conversion of shares. So if I read this right, a Share Structure of 13B goes to a SS somewhere between 43.3M and 260M? 300:1 to 50:1 range
So using today's price it'll be a PPS of .075 to .45? Both the SS and PPS sound more reasonable for the market at least...now what they do with it might be another issue.
Good to see others doing their DD and actually talking with the market segment. That's how the guys in "The Big Short" uncovered the housing market bubble and got rich. Manipulation only goes so far, it's where the rubber meets the road that counts most for the long-term.
ACOL charts looking ready. ADX reset and prepped back to December '16 position. When +DI crosses it'll be back off to the races again.
Perfect! Thanks. I was using daily so yes it wasn't showing...thus the confusion.
LOL! I just said the same thing...
13's flashed early on premarket during population. Things looking better now with .0161x.0175 here.
OK, I'll bite. What gap are you referring to specifically? I'm seeing a descending triangle as this consolidates and it's decision time of if it needs to drop lower (hopefully not, because it'll trend lower over the 50) or if it's finished basing it will have completed the step for the next leap up which should be triggered by news, fins, updates, etc.
Right! Which is setting up for a phenomenal 1st qtr of 2017 followed by another record breaking year too. Things are looking great leading into the ACOL expansion(s) next month.
I had figured 1, maybe 2 weeks of sideways trading left and then the ramp up to where the company PPS belongs. If it ramps earlier, so be it... already loaded and no chasing for me; just patience.
Should be a ramp up to earnings release anyway and nobody says they have to file the extension. Could be a 31 Mar filing coinciding with the new product line, facility opening in Canada, and update on record 1st quarter 17...
Leading to dime to quarter land.
Sure, TDCP can have mine...for the right price. Now they have to get to it.
Well in that case, if we're dealing with tangentials, here's another one for the ACOL crowd to feast the eyes on...
Here's a story that defines what the Washington state representatives think about industrial hemp, so if we apply the same to medical marijuana we're looking pretty darn awesome even if recreational is a mixed bag of state-level decisions. A bipartisan UNANIMOUS vote is these days?!?!? That's a strong message being sent...
http://blog.tenthamendmentcenter.com/2017/03/washington-house-votes-98-0-to-decriminalize-industrial-hemp/
What in the world does that have to do with ACOL???
How's L2 looking?
Oh there may be reasons, but they all involve manipulation.
Correction-If u don't quit... and didn't lose your capital investment core because you invested in crappy TDCP. :-P
But I consider recreational only a tiny tip of the iceberg here. We're talking what has already been built first and what the potential in the market is second.
When we consider that 2016 sales numbers that they posted (and are about to post) included only 2 (now 3 and growing) states max under a recreational title we know that they've managed to get to this sales point based on a tightly constrained and brand new emerging market that is just now being introduced to Medtainers. To look at market potential then would involve moving several of the MMJ states to the recreational side which would be a incredibly huge BOOM for sales even more...icing on the cake and nothing but good from an investor view.
In order for us to go the other way, and remove recreational and MMJ off the list just to back down to tobacco pipe smokers, culinary, tea, pharmaceuticals, and vet categories it would require those metrics to be captured; I don't think those are currently...
That said, recreational might end up overtaking and being the single driver of massive sales into the future making the primary design market secondary.
I don't think they are capturing the "intended purpose" metric when people call in and order/email,... it might be iffy whether that is even defined in contract orders. It may just be a blank "sales is sales" category regardless of use.
Same, just watching here. The more this spring is artificially compressed and compacted, the steeper and faster the rise when the downward forces are removed.
Panic sells in large blocks being lumped on top of manipulation down just makes it pick up momentum.
What a shakedown!
And more new accounts...
I tell ya, this is better than a soap opera... "As ACOL Turns" ...or maybe "ACOL and Restless".
We (ALLEGEDLY!) have Clay and minions doing Shorts and Distorts, Shaark and Cube doing Poop and Scoops, Frank and others long and strong holding the lines. And us spectators watching the ACOL tennis match from the stands.
Simultaneous Pump and Poop would just make a mess...
Stay tuned for more right after these messages from our sponsors!
ROFL!
Whoa! What did I miss?!? I take the holiday day off expecting everything to be quiet and dead. Sounds like the grapevine exploded in here...? What did Cube stir up?
Explain. You don't get to call me on the carpet in front of everyone without explaining why that perspective is wrong. What's false about what's presented in those statements? I don't mind being wrong, but it better be justified...
Precisely. ACOL is an MMJ play without actually being MMJ, it's also a pipe/tobacco smoker play without actually being tobacco, it's a healthcare assist tool without actually being healthcare or the medicine, it's a shipping container with being so much more than "just" a shipping solution.
This is a supplier of a tool for the industries, and they show multi-purpose needs for it. Win-win.
Home Depot isn't doing the home repair, they are just selling the tools to do the repairs, is another example.
Company gets rich selling it's patented product, or the company gets richer winning patent infringement awards... still the same result.
Who would've thought MMJ and the products that support them (like ACOL) would be a bridge builder internationally. Kind of spins the whole drug war upside down when it's legitimate businesses and legal trade of materials now... LOL!
What an interesting transformation happening policy-wise now.
They want to ensure Canadian access to ACOL products. Nothing yet from meeting, just that Trudeau is in town and they're working together.
"Roland Paris, a former senior foreign policy to Trudeau, said the prime minister needs to build a relationship with Trump to ensure Canada is not shut out economically.
"The overriding priority will be for Canada to maintain secure and reliable access to the U.S. market and the supply chains that crisscross the border," Paris said."

Position dump?
...or fill outside window. LOL!
They can chase or be left behind.
Plowing thru roadblocks! Shorts have pulled way out of the way. http://otcshortreport.com/?index=ACOL&action=view
Good! Looks like bipartisan support on a number of these. They might not have much common ground out there on any other subjects, but it appears they are listening to the states that are overwhelmingly for legalization. Mark another prohibition removed. Bad for black market, good for taxes and honest business creation! That means it's GREAT news for ACOL!
I did it! I broke the code!
I solved price movements of ACOL, and even bigger, of the market itself too! I think I'll name it Beek Rule Of Three... Here's how it works..
ACOL's price can only do one of three things go up, stay same, or go down; so we're at a 33.3% chance for each. That means 66.6% of people getting in will be no worse off in the long term and good chance they'll be positive. Only 33% chance of loss=good odds! Just follow BeekROT. Haha!
LOL! Just keeping it light ladies and gents while we pass time between good news and financial reports releases... :-PPP
Long and strong.
AON? That would definitely slow the algorithm... lol
Loading where I can for the long haul...
Shoot, if they're just giving them away, might as well put money in my pocket in a few months.
In fairness to all parties though
(I tend to research both sides of the coin) I did find both the charts posted from OTCshortreport and Clay's video "The Claytrader curse explained" rather interesting and revealing. It seems rather logical for the shorts to follow and mirror the spikes in anticipation of the consolidations. They don't seem too out of proportion historically to my eyes.
That still puts the longs on the right trajectory overall on the chart, but folks have to be willing to hold positions. Too many weak hands and it crumbles down into valleys...but the good news is that only just makes for a steeper ramp back up on the other side of the valley with next step up. That leads to those that bailed out freaking out because they're constantly wondering if now's the right time to get back in before the step up, or now, or how about now? ooo, what if I miss it?!? OOPS, now you're chasing the price on a steep climb. LOL! Holding stable just smoothes the wave amplitude then as it slides up/down.
Prediction=ACOL will be one stock that frays nerves, causing alternating euphoria/fear, and will have a lot of volatility over the next 12 months as it finds it's new valuation in the market with the sales/profit/market cap being released and judged. If lots enter/exit, it'll be a jagged sawtooth chart of glee and anxiety; if lots hold and wait, it'll be a smoother ride up with ripples only as folks hit exit points. All while flippers bracket the action.
Either way the company is looking great and seems to be setting itself apart from the pack of other penny stocks more and more. It'll be great to see where the market cap is a year from now. All imo.
