My brokers are TD Ameritrade Trade Station and FXCM trading station for Forex.
Who is your broker?
Can't use stops in OTC
On what basis?
And the current market valuation is so absurdly low!!! Puts a smile on my face every time I think about it.
$0.15-$0.20 would be a fair valuation.
Wrong
That's a T trade not a buy
$ICLD is not even close to being in the the same category as $ASTI.
$ASTI was burning through cash every quarter and their products are "cool" but not "necessary"
Cloud computing is the future and $ICLD is growing revs every month.
Last Q was net profitable and I don't know if $ASTI ever was.
The OS may include the "floating share count" but the "floating share count" does NOT include the entire "outstanding share count" which is what you were using supposedly using to calculate.
Next time don't make a fool out of yourself and try to insult others in the process.
Try again
This should help you...

Not to mention when YOU started yelling at everyone YOU said the market cap was FLOATING SHARES x SHARE PRICE = MARKET CAP.
Which is essentially. Not correct AT ALL.
What about preferred shares?
Restricted shares?
Have you tried your market cap calculation method on a stock that has a current updated outstanding share count?
It's as simple as this. The transfer agent hasn't updated the outstanding shares since Nov 7th, 2016. (see link provided)
So the current market cap is currently based on the listed (but out of date)
65,991,089 shares outstanding x the current share price $0.0199 = 1,313,222.6711 market capitalization.
By the way, this valuation will change as soon as the OS is updated which should be soon.
Regardless, it has nothing to do with the floating shares as you are confusing the difference between outstanding shares and authorized shares. Authorized shares are what the transfer agents will sell from as the outstanding share balance increases (dilution).
Any other questions before you slam other people and name call and make a fool out of yourself?
Found a website just for condescending know-it-all noobs like like you. Sapling.com
Use this link

Has nothing to do with the floating shares as you previously mentioned.
HAS EVERYTHING TO DO WITH SHARES OUTSTANDING MULTIPLIED BY CURRENT PRICE. HOW ABOUT YOU DO THE MATH!
And not just on $ICLD. Here a genius idea, See if your method of calculation works with any other ticker.
You are quite the yahoo... guy.
Also you are incredibly wrong which I will prove to you.
You mean Market cap = Outstanding shares x share price.
There aren't after hrs trades here that'd be a T trade. Watch for them to get smaller and smaller as the dilution is finished.
That's my plan
IHub is waaaaay better!
This board going to get a lot of followers. Spread the word on StockTwits. You can still post in message threads just not any new posts
Too funny man. That's hilarious
I just want to welcome everyone coming over from StockTwits since they finally removed ICLD from their service due to the OTC listing.
This board is going to explode
Has anyone been tracking the T trades daily? Would be nice to start calculating what is left to finish the note.
John has plenty of shares and has supported this ticker plenty. I suggest everyone else "hit the 2s man"
We are certainly a forward looking group! We are looking forward to the roll out of 9 or more new locations, merchandising sales and greater brand awareness and inevitable uplisting. GIGL expansion seems to be fueled more so by the establishments reputation & popularity than interest bearing loans.
With the inevitable expansion and a price to sales ratio brought inline with the industry average $1.00/share isn't too far fetched.
...not much longer
I think your posting on this board for a reason lol
Oh contraire my friend. I love the current share price!
This is the moment to start or add to a position
VFIN at .019
VNDM at .03
And then on to $0.15
I refused to buy from retailers. Waited until they were gone an hit VNDM for 200k and he didn't fill my order for 5 min
VNDM moved to $0.03
And boom! There it is
What's not to love about $ICLD? Last Q was NET PROFITABLE and we are at a run rate of 80mil per year. And the current market cap is...
Just over 1 mil.
This is a BUY AND HOLD no brainer.
400k on the bid at $0.02
Took 5 min to fill my order which was placed at the ask
Added 200k today
Get out of my way ETRF, CSTI & CANT! I will only buy from Vtwins.
($0.017)
Have you read the filings? They are trying to clean up the balance sheet and streamline operations so that future forms of funding as needed will not be dilutive. Last Quarterly report showed net profitability.
Do you like to by stocks at the bottom or after they've already started to run?
My avg cost per share here is $0.17
GLTY
Up until last week what we had was geopolitical AND financial uncertainty.
The market would like us all to think that the refinancing isn't that big of a deal or that the terms weren't favorable. I'm guessing peoples sentiment will change when this starts to go up.
