I don't know much about stock manipulation but it seems to me like this one is being completely controlled. Maybe the investment firm that is funding everything has a plan. I imagine when this stock gets introduced to the world in a few more weeks. The investment firm will want to show strong and steady growth even if we don't see any financials by then.
On a day with No news, the Dow down over 450, Nasdaq -193 and the S&P down 58 points....our LDSR is over plus 5%...Congrats to all!
To add to that all businesses small, medium and large can benefit from ClassiDocs software. It’s still a little early for guys like me. The iT security software industry catches on very quickly and I maybe saying something completely different 6 months from now.
Yes, Jason has two major companies selling ClassiDocs. I probably should have been a little more clear with the way I worded that. Some medium sized business’s like the one I’m part of have limited budgets and small IT departments. What I refer to as a medium sized business is between 50 - 100 million a year revenue and 800 - 1000 computer devices. I would definitely look to install ClassiDocs one day but just not today. It’s a great program and I am recommending it to many of my friends to look at. it’s also far more advanced then we need at my current environment right now. We do not take credit card payments nor do we store much personal data. I’ll wait to get feedback and read reviews from other companies first. When I demo’d the software a while back, Jason didn’t have a company similar to ours using ClassiDocs whom I could talk to. At least not in The United States. Before I purchase something I always consult with companies similar to my setup and IT professionals who have been using it. That’s my honest answer. Companies who already work with the two companies selling ClassiDocs will have no problem installing it. Plus, In time this will catch on and become more popular.
Thank you for the detailed description. That helps to understand the current share structure. Of course I have questions, probably many of the same ones as everyone. Hopefully when they file and release financials we’ll have a clearer picture of how everything looks. I’ll turn to all of you for updates for that. If you have any tech questions I’m always happy to do my best to try and answer. This software is going to need a lot of push and lots of exposure. I have a lot of IT eyes looking at this as well. The big thing is we always look for proof of concept and reviews. Unfortunately no one has been able to find links about companies using this software yet. However, the one thing in our favor is that what companies are using now are failing and data is being breached. That’s causing everyone to open up to new solutions including startups. April is going to be an interesting month for all of us.
I really wish I knew more about stock share structure, charts and otc shells. However, I’m really not the right guy to ask about that. My expertise is in the IT industry, 30 plus years of IT experience. Plus I was selected to sit on the cyber security board for our city. All that means is if we ever get cyber attacked, I’m part of a volunteer group in Las Vegas that works together to try and fix it. They hold classes and train us every few months on cyber threats. I’m invested in this company based on what I know about Jason’s team and his product ClassiDocs. From what I know about other software companies billions of share doesn’t seem uncommon.
I agree....The more we read the more exciting this gets. Everyone does a nice job with supply news and links, thank you. Just curios Apex are you making your prediction based on charting? Stuff your reading or both?
It's complicated...the best clarification you'll get is from watching this video...Even if you don't understand everything they are saying you'll get a better idea of what you own...from what I've seen so far I can say the software is brilliant! Jason emailed me an invitation to attend the conference as his guest. I may try and be there.

I understand your point. I'm not sure what happened with that other company Jason was with before he broke off and formed LDSR. However, my best guess is if we want to try and gauge what LDSR's financials might look like then we should probably be looking at the financials of that previous stock he was part of. My guess is some kind of fallout caused Jason to leave and take ClassiDocs with him in such short notice. I don't think this was something he wanted to do.
Wow...Great find...Thank you! This post should be put on the main menu and everyone in here needs to watch this video. I have seen a live demonstration of this software with Jason and Robert. This is incredible technology and the video explains it well. You'll learn how N8 is including ClassiDocs as part of their product portfolio. Everyone who is holding LDSR long like myself should be excited. We maybe on the ground floor of the next revolutionary breakthrough in the Information Technology industry. Congratulations!
Malwarebytes cleans up computers that get infected with malicious software. ClassiDocs secures and protects data from being stolen or viewed by anyone you don't want to see it. I hope that makes sense.
I agree with you about this stock going up...I don't know much about how share structure works, nor am I familiar with OTC companies and what could happen to our position if LDSR gets bought out. However, I can tell you that in the tech world security software is the hottest issue right now and it's not uncommon for software companies to quickly increase in value. A great example of this is with a security software company called Malewarebytes started by a 12 year old kid with no tech experience a little over 10 years ago. This company is said to be worth 50 billion and employees more then 500 people. We are sitting in a great position with this company. Let's not forget another huge thing surfacing is cryptocurrency. Big companies are testing cryptocurrency right now. This will be the biggest thing that has ever hit the technology industry ever. Changing the worlds financial capability. New security compliance's will also open the door for the use of cryptocurrency. Data443 is in the early stages of this market. They are already securely and successfully validating ripple currency. The process and software Data443 is using will also work for many different cryptocurrencies. This will be incredible when this starts boiling over and will move very fast. Cheers to everyone holding LDSR long!
I see your point but there is a lot of that going on in here even with people who don’t realize they are even doing it...when people throw out predictions like this will be at .025 by the end of the week or this is going to silver. It’s misleading for people trying to gather facts and credible information. Why say anything? Shouldn’t we all be sharing facts. I’m long but I don’t discredit someone who can make money flipping this or shorting this stock. They face plenty of risk just like all of us. Our best chance is to debate ever angle and possible scenario.
I enjoy your charts and learn a lot from them, thank you Clay. I noticed you erased a support line on your last chart at .012 and that number ended up acting as resistance. I also like how you mapped out and show the stair climbing pattern of LDSR. That pattern is important when people look at long term investing in LDSR. I also have enjoyed Chartmasters charts for over ten years now and wish he put them back up.
For all of you critiquing people who post clear visual opinions on how they feel a stock will perform. It is only that persons opinion and it's clearly explained on how they came up with that conclusion. Please don't ruin it for the rest of us who enjoy weighing out many different educated views to help us form our own opinion. Thank you again Clay for your input.
Just to add to this a little...if you look at the 2018 Cybersecurity Product Awards Website – Winners and Finalists...ClassiDocs is the only software that I've seen to win 3 Gold Medals. They won these in three different categories. That's like one guy winning a gold medal in figure skating, snowboarding and curling at the Olympics, it's unheard of.
Look at the categories ClassiDocs won: Data Classification, Data Governance & GDPR Compliance...THAT'S HUGE!
I've been looking at all the competing Cyber-security companies and everyone who is anyone is competing for an award. Well known companies like Symantec, SentinelOne, Malwarebytes, Dell, Airlock, Watchguard and Kaspersky are just part of the 245 companies who competed in this category. All eyes are going to be looking at The Gold Medal award winners when it comes to protecting companies most valuable data.
You make a compelling argument and it is clear to see a resemblance to the previous company he was involved with. He may have been trying to promote his ClassiDocs software through them and maybe more to come. A lot of things could have happened. Maybe a partnership agreement never came to terms. Some of the wealthiest men in the world have failed multiple times and went bankrupt before they made it. I’m confident he is not trying to con stock holders and risk going to jail by committing fraud. There would be a lot of people and businesses who would also be an accomplice to a crime at this point. Plus, this is a United States Business not some China, Russian or international business. Plus, again I’ve seen the product and it’s good
If anyone is questioning the magnitude of this show then your time is poorly spent. This is the Super Bowl of security events! The biggest thing that has happened to LDSR since being awarded 3 Gold Medals for ClassiDocs. We should be focused on trying to figure out the best approach Data443 is planning from now in till the show. What will they want everyone to see when all eyes are looking at them? What will they want new investors to see when they look up LDSR? If they do a name change prior to the show does the chart history transfer over to the new name? I imagine they will want to cover every angle. They will want investors to be attracted to the stock as well as making software deals with everyone.
Thank you for the clarification. It just seemed a little odd. I know from my experience that eccentric software scientist can be very mysterious. Anyway, he was all about business and the first words out of his mouth were if you’re an investor we are under strict confidentiality agreements that forbid us from discussing anything about the company. Then Jason did the demonstration and Robert sent me technical sheets afterward.
Now that's a talented prognostication. I think those are Boston Tarot Charts you're reading ;)
That’s probably for the new product showcase where ClassiDocs is going to be. The main floor will have all the major companies. Let’s face it we own a stock that’s prices at .015 cents. I think we all know it’s risky and a lot could happen. I also think with all of us joining together and contributing our area of expertise we can hedge our investment odds. I can say is that I’ve seen the software and after they get more established I would absolutely purchase the product to protect our data. I need to see more of a history of customers similar to our business. Plus, I need to know about the companies support structure. Is it 24/7 tier one support and Monday-Friday tier II? There is a lot more to a software company than just a great product. I think Jason is making similar moves that I would make if I was in his shoes.
That’s funny and very true Erin...many professional weathermen in here. Today just happens to be partly cloudy with a chance of rain
Lol, you’re funny Erin...I miss that Boston witty intelligent humor...takes me back to my college days :)
What’s interesting to watch is Chartmasters post regarding our new zones between .015 - .025 so far has been spot on we’ll see...I realize the charts are just a tool to help gauge how a stock will perform but it always amazed me how people like CM and Clay and a few more of you in here do it...thank you
Darn just noticed my grammatical error three times...I meant medal not metal...sorry, I wrote that while brushing my teeth...
Erin great post...I agree and believe that Jason and his previous employee ran into some sort of disagreement that caused Jason to separate and take his ClassiDocs software with him. That’s why everything had to happen quickly. Something else we need to clarify is that ClassiDocs is one piece of data protection and it’s not the only piece. What I liked about it is the fact that the data you secure never leaves your server. The software adds another layer of protection. A network can still be hacked. However, with ClassiDocs a hacker will not be able to extract protected data. Companies pay to have their software professionally reviewed and critiqued. Metals are given to the best in the industry. Every big company in many different categories are part of this every year. To win one gold metal is incredible but to win three gold metals is almost unheard of.
Your research is concerning. However, No reputable law firm would ever take on a client that is operating fraudulently. Has anyone confirmed the news that Data443 is a client of Whiteford, Taylor & Preston?
They were invited after winning 3 gold awards. You have to still pay but only a select few out of 1000’s get invited. That is a discounted rate. Some of those companies spend in excess of a million dollars to be there. It’s a huge deal and being offered an opportunity for 20 minutes of media spotlight is priceless. That’s limited as well and offered to the top companies first.
Ok, thank you...I did read that so I Googled Robert Mercer's prior hedge fund, Renaissance Technologies and found that they were the third largest share holder of Rosetta Stone. I read that Robert Mercer likes to stay out of the public eye. Rarely has he ever done interviews. A behind the scenes man. When I demoed the software I had Jason & Robert on the phone together. Jason did most of the talking and the entire demonstration. Robert sat back listened and interacted to some of my questions.
To answer the question about the technology. I'm the Chief Information Officer of a medium sized business for 15 years now. Plus, I've been in the IT industry for over 30 years. This software platform is the most advanced and well engineered software that I've ever seen.
Congratulations to everyone holding LDSR long and working together as a team to contribute valuable information to this board. We should all plan a trip a year from now to celebrate and meet up!
ClassiDocs software is going to be huge at the RSA Conference. The demo Jason and Robert showed me was very impressive. My question to is...Ok, we know who Jason Remillard is by now but does anyone know Robert Mercer? I googled him after speaking to him on the phone. I'm not sure if this is the same Robert Mercer I googled, but if it is then we have a legendary computer scientist on board Data443. I've been trying to put the pieces together and it looks like Robert Mercer stepped down from his CEO position at his multi billion dollar hedge fund just around the same time Data443 and the LDSR ticker came back to life. Plus, the ClassiDocs software they showed me was loaded with artificial intelligence. After reading up on Robert Mercer he is an American computer scientist and one of the early developers in artificial intelligence.
I think you can get away with just purchasing the Expo pass for $150.00. You may want to double check with them but I think this will give you access to walk the floor all of the days and visit ClassiDocs and with all the vendors. This would be a great opportunity to talk to people and gather feedback as well as meet Jason and his crew.
I believe you can. It looks like as long as you pay the admissions fee you are able to attend the show. This event is going to be exciting and can possibly be the launching point for LDSR. Keep us in the loop if you decide to attend. A couple people in here had discussed scheduling an interview with Jason. I think that would be an outstanding idea.
From a business perspective. Data443 has to be extremely excited with the way things are evolving here with LDSR. It's going to take a lot of money to properly position this company to where it's about to head to. Like I've said in my past post. I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to reading stock charts. However, it seems like strategic planning from the investment company is moving LDSR more than the chart indicators. I feel like it would be in everyone's best interest if the MM's keep this stock trending at a healthy speed upward. I base this hypothesis on facts for a major event right around the corner. The date April 18th is a very important for ClassiDocs and LDSR. They will want the investment world to be introduced to this investment looking healthy, stable and priced at a very attractive startup price point. My guess is they will release financials either right before or a little afterward. Check out the following link to see what I am basing this on.

What do you all think will happen when the largest investment publication in the world writes a hopefully favorable article about ClassiDocs and GDPR compliance?
Hello All...let me try and explain this software to the best of my knowledge and as simple as possible. ClassiDocs is a cloud based security software program that protects and secures critical data on a companies network. The data you assign to protect is easily defined by whoever has permission to do so. You can create user permissions and learning habits. For example: If you setup a rule to secure and protect anything that says project orange in it and the software detects a pattern of data reading project apple the software will prompt you and ask if you would also like to secure and protect project apple. The software constantly scans everything on your network including attachments in and out of the network protecting your secured data. The software will do what you tell it to do when the data is found. You can block it, scramble it, many different options to have it display whatever you like. It also provides easy accessible reporting of who is trying to breach your data. What's nice is it sits on top of a companies network so your data never leaves your database. You can kind of think of the technology sort of like Googles search engine. You enter your search criteria and Google scans the internet and report back your results. The data Google searches for is not part of googles software. However, Google uses algorithms to report back your search relevancy. ClassiDocs is similar in the way that your data always stays with the company and continually scans the network in the background. So even if a company gets hacked the secured data remains protected. The hackers won't be able to retrieve your secured data. The GDPR requirements are going to add another level of security to critical data by mandating companies to install GDPR compliance authorized software. I think this will eventually end up becoming mandatory for most of the world in my opinion. For now companies fear being subject to fines and penalties. All you old time techies certainly remember the Y2K scare when all computers could possibly shut down on the turn of the year 2000. Many new software companies capitalized and made billions selling a fix. However, in till January 1st no one really knew what was going to happen. GDPR is a little different but all companies are always looking for ways to secure data. This Aprils show is going to be exciting for ClassiDocs. The Wall Street journal has exclusive media coverage so imagine what could happen to our LDSR stock price when the Wall Street Journal introduces ClassiDocs to the world.
Thank you, that's a great post. I remembered reading it when first posted. LegalandCompliance.com is obviously manipulating and controlling this stock. I believe Jason is all in and leaving it up to his investment company to raise capital. However, the investment companies are brutal and only care about making money for themselves. I wouldn't put it past them for screwing investors anyway possible. I always like to look at different scenarios and try to figure out how we can protect ourselves as investors. Let's say they completely dilute this stock. Doesn't the company eventually have to report financials? And, won't the financials determine the true value of the shares? Plus, can't they add or eliminate shares anytime they want? Create a new par value per share? If no one here is from San Francisco who can attend this Aprils show then I may take a trip to San Francisco this April 16th to attend that show. I really think the April show is a huge deciding factor. The May deadline is important but not as important as what the outcome is from April's show. To not only meet everyone from Data443 but to see how the people shopping for data protection software is reacting to this software. I would even be willing to put some money into hiring a team of experts to attend this Aprils show to get a true evaluation of our investment. If anyone is interested in doing that then let me know. For those of you who want to learn more about our Jason of Data443, here is a video I found on YouTube. A couple things odd about this video is it looks like the interview was taken in 2009 while Jason was managing director of a company called 54f3.com, a very similar name to Data443. The video wasn't posted in till 2013. I can't figure out why they waited so long and after digging a little deeper couldn't find any information on the company 54f3.com's existence anymore. From what he is saying on the video it sounds like it's a similar software to ClassiDocs that has evolved through the years and he has found a new nitch with the GDPR Compliance regulations. He may have found this investment capital company to back him late in the game and needed to act quickly and as cheaply as possible. Anyway, here is the link to the video
I think the question of why the LDSR shell has been answered. The investment firm of Data443 needed a shell of a company that would quickly generate revenue. They knew those of us with stock shares we couldn't unload 10 years ago would quickly spark an interest. Starting a software company and more specifically a data security software is extremely expensive. Requires 24 hour tech support technicians a sales team and a team of software engineers. You need an exceptional product a strong business plan and a good clean trust worthy reputation in this industry. Let's face it, no company is going to trust just anyone with a software product that claims to protects a companies valued data. Most importantly you need lots of money. This stock has been completely controlled by the investment firm raising capital for Data443. I think they are going to keep controlling this stock by defining what price they want people to buy into at and what price they want you to sell at. I don't know if this is legal or not. However, there is a lot of talent and experience in this room and we should probably all put our heads together and be discussing every type of possible scenario. I can express my opinion confidently that this software is real and it's good. The people I've talked with have true technical experience and this is a field that every knows everyone in.
What happens if Data443 reports strong revenue? with the O/S, charts and the volume is there any way to determine the bottom line?
Hello All...I would like to bring to your attention an extremely important date for all of us investors. This date has been brought up on this board before. However, the particulars have not been discussed. The date I'm referring to is April 16th - April 20th. The 2018 RSAC Early Stage Expo...The Early Stage Expo is the perfect megaphone for emerging infosec startups. Located at the Marriot Marquis in San Francisco, CA., it is an innovation space dedicated to promoting up-and-comers in the industry. With emerging talent at every booth, participating startups have the opportunity to tell their stories and showcase their products to tens of thousands of cybersecurity’s most influential decision makers and investors. Now let's discuss why this is so important...From 2017 & 2018 this event is hosted in San Francisco, Japan, Abu Dhabi & London. Next month the event is here in San Francisco. Tens of thousands of people come from all around the world to specifically address cyber-security. Check out the exhibitors list. Hundreds of the biggest names in the IT industry will have booths at this show including Microsoft, Amazon, AT&T, Malwarebytes, Eset, The Federal Bureau of Investigations, Fortinet, IBM, IBASE, Kaspersky, Splunk, Watchguard, Cisco and ClassiDocs. What's even more exciting is ClassiDocs is one of 45 businesses in the early stage expo area and they have a great booth with full exposure at the entrance. ClassiDocs also has a specific time scheduled on the calendar to present and introduce their product exclusively. That will be at 10:00am Wednesday April 18th. Plus, The Early Stage Expo exclusive media sponsor is:
The Wall Street Journal. I don't know what is going on with this stocks price fluctuation. I could only guess that it would look a lot better to investors at this show in April if the price was higher and LDSR was showing great success. Either way I believe in this product and the management team. If someone can attend this event that would be a huge bonus. Shake hands with management and ask questions for everyone here. The event is open to the public but is not free. Here is a link to the website https://www.rsaconference.com/
Hello All...I've been following this board and a few of you old timers here for many years. I'm not very good at reading charts or understanding all the particulars of a stock shell structure, understanding delusion, market makers, pump and dump and the way outstanding shares work. However, like many of you, I've owned shares of LDSR dating back since 2008. I've also received all the bankruptcy letters and notices of criminal activities from the pervious owners of LDSR through the years. I hope that there are new laws and regulations to prevent any of that activity from happening again. I would like to contribute a post to this board reflecting my experience. I've been in the IT industry for many years now, 33 years to be exact. I have spoken on the phone with Jason Remillard and Robert Mercer regarding ClassiDocs. I had to first disclose that I hold an interest as an investor. It was made clear that they can not discuss anything regarding the business or investor relations. I did get to see the software live and in action. The functionality, design and ease of use are outstanding. The architecture work that went into this product visibly displays many years of hard work and experience. The software's artificial intelligence are light years ahead of any data protection software I've ever seen. For anyone in the IT industry I highly recommend checking this out sometime. Jason seems like a nice guy, very honest and straight forward. He is passionate and extremely verse in the IT securities field. Jason does a great job articulating a complex software platform making it easy to understand. From what I've seen so far this software is exciting. Not just as an investor but as a solution to a huge and on going problem in the IT industry. We have all read about data being jeopardized and breeched over the years. Huge companies with deep pockets, who's entire business platform relies on data security such as Equifax. It's exciting to see how ClassiDocs can possibly present a solution to a serious threat. It's even more exciting for every small, medium and large business who can all benefit greatly from this success. If this software performs like I have seen, this can possibly become a standard product just like seatbelts to an automobile. For this product to fly they need credibility, proof of concept and an excellent rapport in the industry. From what I've seen so far they have all of what it takes. The challenges they face seem to be getting addressed by strategic partnerships they are making. I can tell you that I would never consider looking at a data security demo that wasn't mainstream unless the creators were credible. All the best to LDSR & everyone who has invested their hard earned money to it's success!
It makes a little more sense on the why part....
Great article...thank you!
https://singlegadget.com/new-york-ibm-garage-soho/
What's the magic number LDSR needs to break? How do you guys determine that? Is it based on supply & demand?
For those of us who have been holding LDSR...The fact that this stock is finally moving again after 8 years is outstanding...I think it's a good sign if it just gradually moves up slowly
