You make a compelling argument and it is clear to see a resemblance to the previous company he was involved with. He may have been trying to promote his ClassiDocs software through them and maybe more to come. A lot of things could have happened. Maybe a partnership agreement never came to terms. Some of the wealthiest men in the world have failed multiple times and went bankrupt before they made it. I’m confident he is not trying to con stock holders and risk going to jail by committing fraud. There would be a lot of people and businesses who would also be an accomplice to a crime at this point.
