highly unlikely...they have no cash? if you think demand is exceeding supply right now that means all their cash is going to inventory...they'd likely retire the debt first in my opinion...
Makes sense...Market a product before it's available for sale
went from .01 to .034 in 7 trading sessions...no worries here, next leg up will test .05
she's ready to go!!! Fire it up...
reversal in progress...big news imminent...we're good here, longs bend but never break because we know we have something big in the making
All the meat is off the bone! Could go slightly lower, but we all know its going up, way up...very soon!!!
Legit companies aren't concerned about 60 day price changes...Their more concerned with annual price changes...This is an investment not a trade...You'll figure it out one day
Drinking a glass of Bellissima for bed...I hear the bubbles are good for your heart...Many good people here...Enjoying the ride with a good group of longs
from wholesaler PO to delivery to retail has to be at a minimum 3 to 4 weeks...people think that because we are live in a State the product just magically appears on shelves the very next day
I get the chart...The charts beaten to hell and looks terrible as it stands now...One thing that trumps charts is news and we should very well be getting a PR before sub .01 happens...When it does up we go
Its obviously pure speculation but sub penny seems highly unlikely...I know stocks, especially down here, can act very irrationally, but anything around .01 is going to generate significant buying interest...At .01 there shouldn't be much supply...What would be causing all the downward pressure? Someone unloading a substantial position to take a substantial loss? Doesn't make sense
Supply and demand of the stock is very close to flipping, there's little meat on the bone for anyone at these prices...any dips buy them up now...the technicals are beaten down and each day that passes is one day closer to the next PR
LMAO!!!
I sure hope so!
when I first bought the stock I was down 50%, within 10 trading days I was up 120%, now I am up only about 10%...this is how these stocks act...I may sound greedy, but frankly I'm not here for a 120% gain because I know what the potential is here...this is currently trading at a measly market cap of about $13 mil...and I say measly because I believe the annual sales in our very first year will likely approach our current market cap...if you believe the product is available (which shouldn't even be questioned at this point, but some still do) and you've tried the product, and you believe it's selling out in stores and right now the biggest hurdle is matching supply and demand then there's no need to worry...Sales for Q3 (holiday sales) are going to blow this stock in to the stratosphere...there currently are no comparables...we have no reported data...nothing at this point is verifiable and subject to significant volatility until we get that...but do know this is the ground floor of something very big, the question is, just how big? In my humble opinion, bigger than a $13 mil market cap...
glad to see that frown turned upside down = )
Theyre both pretty dry, but the brut is more dry in my opinion...also my favorite of the 3....I've been drinking Prosecco for about 4 or 5 years now and hands down our Brut is one of the best I've had...maybe I'm a little biased, but it's damn good
that's what a lot of people are missing...yea yea Christie Brinkley is important to the brand rollout, but the products are very good...its not like we have a celeb marketer and a shit product
Lets define the different levels of selling activity - I could be missing one, but these are the major ones that apply selling pressure
Profit takers
New short positions opened
Panic sellers
Profit takers - only people with any real meat on the bone at this level that substantiate the risk/reward profile and expected ROI are people in the low trips...maybe .003-.005...as far as I'm concerned if they watched it to run up to .034 and didnt sell they probably did some selling from .025 thru .017 to maximize gains...if they're still holding any of their positions I doubt their holdings are substantial and are unwilling to sell down here
New short interest opened - possibly, but there's plenty of speculation that given the risk/reward ratio and cost of opening a short interest on an OTC stock you'd be nuts...I believe the short interest as shown by FINRA are MM's, not retail anyhow...they need to settle these transactions at some point, but when and can they continue opening new unsettled positions going forward? If so, how much?
Panic sellers - thank the Apostle and others for this...when there is low liquidity even the smallest of sales can dramatically impact the price...see yesterday open...2 million shares moved the price downward 25% only for it to rebound
With this all being said there may still be some room to move down, but believe me now this will be very temporary...this stock will be back above .02, then .03 in a very short period of time...one of the biggest question marks is knowing what the MM's have at their disposal and what they are doing...masked accumulation or selling?
Yup, Rich owns 60 million common shares
2 billion authorized, 820 million o/s
he just did ; )...low of day .012
what a gift today was for people who still have powder to buy...
I dont believe it CJ...a retail seller doesnt unload that many shares all the way down from .022 area down to .014...they lost a TREMENDOUS amount of profit by doing so, I dont think they're that dumb
todays price action is hilarious...market fill at .0133 when the stock is climbing
Still have yet to hear back from Ryan at Circadian regarding my question...my guess is it is going to be addressed very soon with PR, hence why he hasnt addressed my question....tell one tell all
NITE IS DONE!@
we know where the dilution is sitting....VNDM @ .20
Buys are heavily outweighing the sells today
NITE been applying the downward pressure for a while...the buying pressure has been relentless today...once NITE comes off this going to rocket...
they say NITE is ALL RETAIL...BULL crap...NITE is a manipulating MM and they are accumulating a mass amount of shares at the expense of weak hands and flippers taking losses...watch the next rally, it's coming...there are NO FUNDAMENTAL weaknesses in the company as of today...this is pure manipulation to allow MM's to acquire more shares at fire sale prices
this isnt Rich's doing...no dilution and Rich isnt selling...this is manipulation by NITE to strike it big at other's expense...mark this post...this stock will be trading over .03 by the end of March
my guess it NITE is filling up BIG time at the expense of flippers and weak longs
stocks follow supply & demand principles, where no dilution exists...most trips buyers exited for substantial profits between .02-.034, those who still hold lost a lot of those gains back and likely wont be selling down here....day traders likely lost their asses over the last 15+ trading sessions , took their losses and accelerated the selling pressure...longs who got in at .03 & high .02's are likely very nervous, potentially selling, however, this was a only a few days worth of buyers (not much volume)...new buyers will emerge at what will be viewed as fire sale prices due to panic in the market...when news emerges regarding the fundamentals of this company this will rise much faster than it has in the past...dont be scared, just hold on
hard to tell...NITE been showing 10k for last 3 days
This got walked down 25% on less than 2 million shares...unreal manipulation going on...anyone selling is gonna be very disappointed in the next 60 days...
Took you that long to figure it out...geesh
still no reply from Ryan at Circadian
the fact that the IR firm has not responded to me and is addressing others on this board leads me to believe my answer might be in the next PR
