ACH processes $44T.
MYEC only needs to capture 1/100th of 1% ($4.4B) to bring in enough net profit to trade at Dollars per share.
$4.4B transaction volume x 1% fee / 3B shares = 0.015 EPS x Forward P/E 75 = $1.12 or a P/E 150 with Ed retiring another 1B shares = $3.30 per share.
Keep in mind that is ONLY 1 slice of 1% that is cut into 100 pcs. 1/10,000th of ACH's market share.

GCBD
Looked at MyEChecks follower list & didn't see Carl. Looked at Carl's following list & didn't see MyECheck or Ed Starrs.

If management wants to take full advantage this year is critical. This is the year of change in the payments industry & you know exactly what I'm referring to.
TCHH
There is no connection to the PayPal app, sorry. Maybe in a couple months we will hear about our CEO & Paypal having a meeting to talk business.
Think your on to something. I just read through all of the benefits, features, capabilities, fees, & funding methods. A lot of it sounds identical to MyECheck.
"Everyone who receives money can choose how they want to withdraw or spend it: directly to their bank account or Visa card."
"We’ve made Skrill iT totally transparent and low cost. The basic fee is just 1% of the funds sent, capped at $10 maximum. If you are sending to countries with a different currency, foreign exchange rates start from 2.99%."
"The money sent is instantly received in their Skrill account. This can then be withdrawn directly to their bank account or Visa card."
"The funds are transferred right away and can be spent or withdrawn by using local bank withdrawal. Local bank withdrawal timeframes may apply, though these are usually much quicker than traditional international bank transfers."
He owns 1 series A preferred share that gives him majority voting rights & he owns 55% of the AS.
Even when this was in trips at an all time low for the company Ed still maintained full control of the company, he's had several buyout offers but he wouldn't even think about giving up the company then, even more so now.

Can you give an example how someone could takeover Ed Starrs?
Hope we stay under .05 for you to buy more next week, although we are on the verge of a PR campaign starting possibly next week.
Been flipping other stocks (mostly MMJ's) to get extra funds to buy here. Other than that I'm 90% vested here while using the other 10% to make profit to take advantage of our quiet sideways trading.
Ed is back & so is bid support.
News imminent?
MYEC
TCHH CEO is busy with at least 2 companies right now. I've seen where they try to be a successful CEO of 2 companies & either 1 gets more attention & succeeds or they both fail. Looks like he's forgotten about TCHH & his other company is doing ok.
Actually we can uplist to OTCQX without being registering with the SEC.
MYEC is currently following the Alternative Reporting Standard
"OTCQX U.S companies not reporting to the SEC can follow the Alternative Reporting Standard. These companies submit information pursuant to the OTCQX U.S. Disclosure Guidelines and are subject to the eligibility requirements and terms of the OTCQX Rules for U.S. Companies. OTCQX companies provide current and potential investors with a set of "material" information to help investors make a sound investment decision. OTCQX company disclosure enables an investor to understand the company’s business operations and prospects"

We still need Audited Financials for OTCQB, that's why we are stressing OTCQX. Once fins are audited & patent evaluated we will qualify for both, might as well go with QX.
The benefits of QX will exponentially increase our PPS in a short time. QB is low-middle tier, MYEC is 1st Class only!
When the patent gets its price tag that is our ticket for the Net Assets requirement.
The most the patent would need to be valued at is $5M. I am unsure if we qualify for the $2M requirement, if MYEC was in continuous business for at least 3 years or not.
Since you already know MYEC will be making MILLIONS you can disregard my last question.
We will meet the revenue requirements for OTCQX.
Which part of the revenue requirements will MYEC not qualify for OTCQX up listing?
"I expect the SEC to pull the plug on SUTI any day now. Beware of the DILUTION. Pooffffffffff!!!!!!! Just like that and all your profits vanish into thin air."
Management is selling shares like there's no tomorrow.
What makes you think SUTI has any momentum when it's been stuck at .0002/.0003 for months?
Are you invested here based on the possibility of another PUMP or the company fundamentals?
Here's a recap of all the share selling from year end financials. Can't imagine what Q1 is going to look like.

"MyECheck has discontinued a number of services such as check remittance processing and remote deposit capture (“RDC”) services for brick and mortar companies, such as banks and retailers."
This is taken from the financial report, it serves as proof that MyECheck is capable of creating an electronic check from a paper check.
Very similar to our platform, I believe they are using ACH for check processing though.
Invested here since Oct2013, can wait a few more weeks for a name change. TTDZ/GCBD is THE#1 MMJ stock to hold the entire year of 2014.
This is the year of Mobile Payments. TCHH is a safe one to load & hold at these prices. Hopefully TCHH can find a way to enter the exponentially growing payment market.
Many institutional investors are only allowed to invest in fully SEC reporting stocks. We will see many when our time comes. For any of them to invest now is a huge risk even though we know what we have.
The other part that confuses me is the 0.42% stake (which would be 12M shares instead of 10K)
We can see they bought at .073, wonder what MM they use.
Great find!
Only 10,000 shares though?
Thank you for making that wish.
MAJOR POSITIVITY on the HORIZON!
TTDZ
The true market value is between .0025 & .0045.
AEGY already tested two cents & the market said it was way overvalued.
Complacent management is going to have to pull a rabbit out of their hat to keep this on OTCQB with only a few days left before it goes back to OTC Pink.
By the time we're trading dollars & dividends are considered, there won't be 3B shares.
MYEC
Your right there will be dumping of BILLIONS of shares, just not at these levels.
We all know Clarke is trash but there's tons to be made here nonetheless.
Thank you. I will try & catch it, If you see anything MyECheck related be sure to let us know.
Do you have a link or is it live public TV?
Interested in watching, what time is it?
Thanks
VFIN Gone :)
New HOD coming!
You must know of new buyers joining tomorrow.
BIG Investments also puts out his top 10 long term stock picks tonight, MYEC will certainly be on his list.
I love going up on low volume, especially if news is right around the corner.
L2 shows 75K shares to .05
The .01 min bid rule is only for OTCQB.
This is an OTC PINK.
Got it?
This is already an OTC PINK stock.
What'd you think it was?
It's called a Forward P/E Ratio.
