I hope
I would like to accumulate for another 6 months
Ya, for a day
I remember buying at this price last week or was it Monday?
It’s always best to buy a start up company in the early stages
Lol
It’s been 40 minutes and 5.2 million shares have been scooped up by “Smart money “
Absolutely!!
I didn’t expect this much progress so soon
I really don’t expect any real traction to show for another 12 months
5 million shares purchased in the first 1/2 hour!!!
Beautiful!!!!
Only wish I had more ready to buy!
Anywhere under $1 for d$mn sure lol
I’m investing
I don’t care what the price is in January….
If it’s a good price to buy then I’m buying, if it moves higher then I’m holding until it gets to the point I want to sell.
I’m not flipping
It’s ok to flip but this one is an investment
I would not own this for a short term flip, I don’t think the price will be over $1 for a while
Ok
Hopefully I get a lower buying point.
I don’t believe the selling volume will increase at all.
I already have 7 billion shares factored into my investment and I don’t believe that number will ever be reached
More specifically, the applicable Series B holders are limited to converting no more than the following percentages of their Series B shares into common stock per month during the restriction period: (a) 5% for December 2021 and January 2021; and (b) 3% for February 2022 - May 2023. In addition, the number of Series B shares available for issuance was reduced from 900,000 to 570,000.
330,000 preferred shares taken off of the table says a lot to me.
Company and Foote are constantly improving the company SS
They reduced the number of Pref B shares…..
Foote retired $100 mil worth of his own shares.
No buy back, wrong wording.
This has been known and PR’d
And the stock price only “ran” to $7, not a realistic price obviously. I can’t imagine there are any buyers left that bought in even the $5 range.
It didn’t drop really, it shouldn’t have been there
He also reduced the Preferred B by 330,000 to 570,000 from 900,000.
We will just disagree about the selling pressure to come. Your opinion is they will sell all available ASAP, mine is that they are more intelligent and forward thinking than that. I know they will take some off the table but they would be insane to flood the market and reduce their potential profits….after all they only paid .000
Do you believe the people who have the most to gain from the share price will crush it with unprofessional, thoughtless selling on the open market?
“Could”
I’m not in the same camp as far as the story that is being posted about the selling pressure to come.
If the company keeps making the quality decisions it has with share structure reductions the pressure will be minimal at best.
I see Pref B’s being sold outside of the open Market, reduced again.
Again, I’m excited about next year…very excited about 3 years from now. Nothing happening with the share price hurts at all, more to buy
Yes, they have to be.
HMBL is a new company
I don’t expect much revenue to speak of until next year….hopefully I’m surprised
Anyone who is yet to factor in the Pref B shares is what’s hysterical
Not sure why people keep bringing them up…
Great news
There would never be a need for them obviously.
So far the number of B’s were reduced and BF retired $100 million of his own shares in the last 4 months.
Great investment and more great moves to come!!
See, you buy before a company becomes profitable
It’s called investing…you buy into what you think the future will be.
Do people really wait until a new company already is mature to invest? Doesn’t really make sense …. See that a lot here
Since the company isn’t fully operating..yes
Does anyone expect profits already?? Lol
No doubt….
Just want to see progress
Only a moron would expect much more
Name something HUMBL did that has failed please
Tomorrow should be a good day
Hopefully earnings will come out soon
Ok…they are separate entities
You thought differently??
This is a HMBL board….
What day are the earnings supposed to be out?
Yes…
The price was too high
Nothing to do with the companies operation or it’s progress.
The Market bid it up like that….not the company
Because ppl got caught up in it doesn’t change anything about the company itself
They haven’t had a quarter of full operation yet……
Still building the company
Obviously they have done a tremendous job getting to this point
It’s been all retail selling and crying so far.
The company hasn’t had the time to even report any progress yet.
It’s like making fun of a guy in the first month of designing an apartment building because he hasn’t collected any rent yet.
I’m going to keep loading, much more to come
Uplisting will happen and revenues will come….this is when investors should be buying and I’m enjoying it
Isn’t it great!!
If someone expects anything out of the price for at least 6 months to 2 years they need to find a new hobby!
Invest
I loved adding this morning!!!
Investors don’t calculate the value of the company they invest in based on authorized shares?
The amount of authorized shares has always been publicly available….
I’m happy to see them.
They are pumping HMBL
My point……
I know nobody can come up with any facts about any pump and dump cuz it never happened
Anyone know how to get that information?
So that we all can see who was pumping HMBL and then selling into it?
I can’t think of or know of anyone who pumped and dumped either..
I hope someone can show some facts that would show that it occurred.
But what most ppl are trying to attribute the falling stock price is company performance…
The price is just becoming “right”
Investing is betting that when you think the price is “right” or undervalued that it is time to buy.
I’m investing and invested in the belief that the company will perform (financially) better next year and in years to come 10-20 times (financially) than it has been able to publicly show so far.
We will start to see that performance (physical) show in the performance (financially) in the next 6-12 months.
Yes it was overvalued but I strongly believe that at this price it is very undervalued in 12 months…..that’s why I’m investing now as is all of the other millions of dollars of shares bought as it’s declining
With all authorized shares figured into the market cap it equals 4.7 billion correct?
