They must be expecting big things with all that space....
Or, maybe, they forgot to notify the landlord in time????.....
Or, maybe, they just don't care????....
What to do with over 12,000 square feet of space? All three of them likely never see each other.

A stellar day. A shareholder would have gained $38(less commission) for each 10000 shares sold today, or gained $38 per 10000 shares owned(not sold), real decent day.... happy days. It does appear the engines are roaring.
Are you willing to formulate how you came upon the estimated range of $.70-$2.80 range?
Or, are you throwing darts at a board?
"Those aren’t whispers. They’re cries of pain being muffled. Go IPIX"
Many are clearly enthralled by the performance of this stock to date, others disgruntled(for good reason) by being muffled by farts in a mitten.
L- Hello Arthur, my good man, no one ever taught me how to do that. It's always been done by someone learned.
No argument there. However, using history as an indicator, as noted by you, and examining that history, company pr's have not served common shareholders' well, at all.
Why do say that, and what "sort" of pr do you likely expect? Good, or bad?
Try reading it again. The point made is clear.
Good question,
Clearly there are questions, hopefully, more "infighting"(Arthur, how should we phrae this pr) among big pharma's about who will ultimately possess this "mega" jewel.
"I believe there is an extremely large naked short position against IPIX and that some hedge funds and offshore shorting cabals have put a large position in to see IPIX fail."
What facts, or episodes, is your statement based upon? Please justify that sentence.
"I believe there is an extremely large naked short position against IPIX and that some hedge funds and offshore shorting cabals have put a large position in to see IPIX fail."
Again, please justify your belief that "there is an extremely large naked short position against IPIX and that some hedge funds and offshore shorting cabals have put a large position in to see IPIX fail." They've(ipix)hired the best lawyers in the land between Ashcroft Sullivan and Hogan Lovells. Why worry now? Are they(hired law firms) still on board? Did they take the money and run?
Dan Seiffert, a Boston Business Journal reporter covered them(ctix) a few times. Dan Seiffert, please follow-up and pipe in.
"We will find out soon who is correct."
I think i'm looking at they(we) "square in the eye".
Some fear the exposure of truth, others seek and fight for it. Some ask no questions, most wonder aloud by exchanging information verbally to assess conditions.
idk
The old "The fly in the ointment..." trick.
Dead flies cause the ointment of the apothecary to send forth a stinking savour. (Ecclesiastes 10:1)
For four centuries, 'a fly in the ointment' has meant a small defect that spoils something valuable or is a source of annoyance. The modern version thus suggests that something unpleasant may come or has come to light in a proposition or condition that is almost too pleasing; that there is something wrong hidden, unexpected somewhere.
Well said, and well chosen opening words(your response to my post).
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fly_in_the_ointment
"Up front could be in excess of 100mm that is could be."
To date, up front has meant- nothing.
Could it also be we are are being told fish tales?
Anything is possible, and the true potential will be revealed one way or the other.
I believe the question has boiled down to, Columbo states,
"ah, ah,could you tell me why is it that no one, apparrently, believes the statements of the (ipix) master? Could you tell me why? Thanks".
Answer: quiet period(he-he-he).
I suspect this Grinch story shall end differently than Dr. Seues's original(sp?).
Your assessment will be easily measurable.
"I understand. Notice the lack of a response from the person asked.
Times have changed. Today's version of "exaggerated optimism and puffery" has been toned down quite a bit. But just the tone of it, not the substance.
The distinction between exaggerated optimism and puffery and "false PR's" is one that is worth making, especially from a legal standpoint."
Well stated. Your last paragraph rings true to me, more and more, as time wastes. Would have never contemplated it when I initially invested.
If managements proclamations ring not true, investors will be able to see written proof of those, past declared proclamations,
I'm quite sure Sullivan would have demanded proof of their proclamations and claims before he decided to represent them.
"The funny thing is that all the bashing in the world is not going to stop IPIX from doing what they are doing and also will not keep dedicated Longs from buying, buying and buying."
What are they(ipix) doing, and the better question being what have they done? Are you arguing the sp is were it is because of bashers?-Wow
"The more they manipulate the price downward, the more the buying will continue increasing."
Whose they(the referenecd manipulators)? Please provide an historical, justifiable, source for this statement, makes no sense to me.
"At this point it has become laughable watching their efforts."
No argument there, "ipix management" has, thus far(they, ipix, declare by inference, to continue to just wait) and apparently "laugh" at anyone dumb enough to invest in this company, and believe themselves(ipix management) to be protected by "the forward looking statement clause".
Not only is LE's reputation on the line(not sure how high flying it was before ctis/ipix), Sullivan should be more concerned about legal action, imho.
How do you conjure these thoughts? Puzzling, for sure.
"Any day. Would love to see some after hour news of a deal!!"
No offense Boo, but you have been anticipating tomorrow for a long time(while "accumulating" all the while).

"Anything will get us off the ropes and back into trials. Still a good chance the upfront will exceed our market cap which should send us soaring."
Not sure if they are still on the ropes. As a shareholder I feel as though they're on the mat flat on their back. They tell shareholders what shareholders want to hear, but do so in vague terms without providing substantial backup.
They(IPIX) remind me of stories I heard as a kid about Orsen Well's "War of the World" radio broadcast. No t.v back then just radio, and a lot of people believed what they were being told.
We have the "respected" Atty Daniel Sullivan to protect us... fear not.
Still, imo CTIX/IPIX is a high leverage bet/investment.

Try calling 617 227 2200, you may get through there, and ask some basic questions.
Businesses use deadlines all the time when negotiating, it's nothing new. In most businesses, if not all, time(and money) is important.
This company seems to have no concept of time, or regard for money.

I fear we were basted, and flipped, long ago.
LR,
Agree 100%. I should have posted with the direct quote, or provided a link, not just put down my thoughts in a rush before leaving.
Would not be surprised to see a pr very shortly coupled with incresed price in volume for a day or two while management "walks the dog"(so to speak) so it can do it's business again.
I suspect it's mfo unloading shares which they aquired at a price of 85% of the ten average.
Learn to have a little patience. They said coming weeks. Remember, there are 52 weeks in a year, 520 weeks in a decade. Typical US life span is probably near 4160 weeks.
PR's were they've referred to coming weeks:

After reading your post I feel like I'm watching The Shining again.
a ball at the lowest point of a valley possesses zero potential energy. Even if it's near the bottom, the kinetic energy established from the potential energy won't be much.
neither.
TY LR, got it(and should have known, but...).
KarinCA,
Sorry to ask(too lazy to look up now, I must say, much of anything on this company), but was that a study done in Italy and not registered with clinical trials?
What? What does that even mean? You realize, wise guy, you responded to a question I asked of another, not you (don't you)?
What, may you suspect, if we hear nothing, then(this week)?
He already advised investors months ago.....coming weeks....
Fear not investors, the combination of managements leadership(LE/AB), hired guns(lawyers) DS(Boston)& DC(Denver). and local coverage (BBJ's DS), why worry now?
Perhaps I've missed something. August, 2013. Not looking for a fight, but, is that the best you got, or did I miss something? (I'll be the first to proclaim, I'm not perfect).
Was there a notification deadline given back then? If they(ipix) suspected they could not meet payment terms, why, and how, are they paying now(if they are)?
"You think I made that up? Good luck showing it."
I know what I read in the filings.
Don't take my word for it:

Appreciate your posts, I will find it, or call HQ and get a direct answer.
"On September 11, 2018, 19 days before the lease's expiration, they signed and filed a 10-K that said:
ITEM 2. PROPERTIES
Our current principal offices are located at 100 Cummings Center, Suite 151-B, Beverly, MA 01915. The Company signed a lease extension agreement with Cummings Properties which began on October 1, 2013. The lease is for a term of five years ending on September 30, 2018, and requires monthly payments of approximately $18,000.
The exact same language had appeared in the filing signed and dated on September 11, 2017.
On 5/10/18 I posted "They're paying $18K a month for a noncancelable lease that expires on 9/30. He better be looking for a solution to that."
There were 98 posts with the word "lease" in them between that date and the expiration of the lease. It was a very hot topic and this board isn't that easy for this Company to ignore, especially given the willingness of some participants to keep them informed. "
LR,
I disagree that it was non-cancelable(who would sign such an agreement?). I remember reading in some filings that the company(ctix/ipix) must notify 6 months prior to the lease end date that they would not renew the lease. If no notice was given, it would automatically renew.
I'll find it.
They weren't asleep at the wheel....they made a choice. It's their biggest potential liability (as a non related party).
"Give it to the end of the year. If we don't have a deal signed by then it's probably worth worrying about. Until then, relax, enjoy the sunshine, and let Leo work."
"Let Leo work". Look what that faith has yielded! How dare you suggest such a proposition.
