What are they(ipix) doing, and the better question being what have they done? Are you arguing the sp is were it is because of bashers?-Wow

Whose they(the referenecd manipulators)? Please provide an historical, justifiable, source for this statement, makes no sense to me.

No argument there, "ipix management" has, thus far(they, ipix, declare by inference, to continue to just wait) and apparently "laugh" at anyone dumb enough to invest in this company, and believe themselves(ipix management) to be protected by "the forward looking statement clause".

Not only is LE's reputation on the line(not sure how high flying it was before ctis/ipix), Sullivan should be more concerned about legal action, imho.

How do you conjure these thoughts? Puzzling, for sure.
