I'm with @-@ in that I think our regi will likely be revoked by the SEC. After all, Nicaragua, having had 60,000+ of their women systematically raped on the orders of the US Shadow Government, is hardly the poster child for favors from the US bureaucracy. The question then becomes -- where will $$ACDU$$ re-register. To review -- BRICS!
Thanks, Kaitnick. Last I heard there were roughly 1.2 billion shares outstanding. Anyone know the current O/S?
Not surprising to me, I figured the SEC would wrap it up with one announcement. Think we have a shot?
You beat me to the question, PhillyMike. @-@ for CEO! $ACDU!
In the words of my esteemed folklore professor Katharine Morgan, "How y'all know?"
ACDU's largest stock holding is 125,000 shares or so of IAHL, whose business in cryogenic LNG production and transport in Columbia gives a clue to the volume of LNG tankers the Nicaraguan Canal may expect. Looking forward to the SEC's decision. Bear in mind the SEC has to relent at least once or twice a year to showcase its due diligence and spirit of fairplay. Happy St. Joseph's Day, when the stocks are green and the beer is red...
Super- or Ultracapacitors hold tremendous promise for electric transportation and off-grid power systems. Also, EIPC subsidiary Sol Rayo's spray-on nano-coating for Li-Ion battery anodes and cathodes, developed under their phase I National Science Foundation grant, is very promising. The key may be the results of Sol Rayo's phase II grant.
Just a hunch, Murmel, big fish holding..
Expecting some movement here soon.
I believe ACDU invested in BCND (Beacon Redevelopment) some years back, and are still holding those shares. Again, for the record, Beacon has an office in Staten Island, my home town, and last I heard, Frank Castellano is at the helm. One of their endeavors involves the purchase and rehabilitation of distressed real estate on Staten Island's north shore (Port Richmond) -- cool old industrial brick buildings all along there, lots of potential if they follow through. Like ACDU, a no dilution 200 million and change shares company, could be a winner!
I tell you, Xan, it's all coming from the same office... in Bluefields?

Nail on the head there, Philly, at least we still have prospects!
And here we're back to an age old observation of yours that, why would they put in all the effort of a rigorous defense with the SEC, and not get their reporting ducks in a row? It's almost as if the delay through March provides for doing exactly that. And of course we must remember Chili Palmer's surmise that cooperation with the USA Gov would likely score some points at the SEC. Bullseye, Sky, Youngblood, et al -- Hola! And see you on the beach!
The prosecutor's opposition brief is due March 16th, and any reply brief by ACDU by March 30th. When do you figure any news on that would be released?
Lack of financing for the canal is not an issue. With all five BRICS countries standing to benefit handsomely from its construction, the BRICS' newly created New Development Bank would likely invest heavily.

Don't know how I missed this one. http://www.newyorker.com/news/news-desk/breaking-ground-nicaragua-canal
(Btw, thanks for the weather report!)
As far as we know, the SEC has accepted ACDU's brief due on 2/13/15. Clearly, this one is still in play! GLTA, $ACDU!
Further evidence the canal's final route is still unknown.

Today's the day the brief is due! GO A$C$D$U !!!
Huge news on ACDU's major stock holding IAHL, whose subsidiary Altenesol is apparently rocking. http://globenewswire.com/news-release/2015/02/06/704053/10119003/en/Altenesol-Completes-15-Year-LNG-Contract-and-Doubles-Canacol-Energy-Ltd-Gas-Supply-Contract.html
Does it strike anyone as interesting that ACDU's brief to the S.E.C. is due on Friday the 13th?
Nicaraguan government changes its rhetoric. https://www.bilatam.com/news-alert/nicaragua-canal-amidst-negative-opinions-governments-will/
Looking good here. Should see a buck by the end of the year!
"Nicaragua’s channel will require the removal of more than 4.5bn cubic metres of earth – enough to bury the entire island of Manhattan up to the 21st floor of the Empire State Building."

Clearly a brilliant strategic move, and as Sky Soldier observed, why would China risk losing face unless they had the Canal in the bag, so to speak.
Means, you're telling the truth..
And on to new business. Funny thing at our supposed .000001 share price I feel more confident than ever, no lie! $A$C$D$U$
Real company, falsely accused, eh, Guv'nor?
Check @-@'s Post# 67353 http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=109970013 We're still afloat. And many Accredited Biz affiliates are active.

Wonder if we'll see any action today.
And to all a Good Night! $A*C*D*U$$
Jokes aside, anyone up for a recon mission to Bluefields to see wtf is up? I've got time in February and wouldn't mind a break from a long Iowa winter..
Cheer up, Philly. I'm still hoping for re-registration in one of the BRICS countries, but admit it's looking bleak. Andy William, give it a last shot and hire an auditor! Loophole, I hope you're right. Sorry if I steered anyone wrong. For the record, I'm holding long. Go ACDU!
I don't think so, Mojo. If ACDU gets revoked, they could seek registry in a foreign market, hopefully one of the BRICS countries.
I'm with Philly -- highly interesting!
