The DTCC uses carbon copy paper EOM
I guess the big boys in Washington are not allowed to just state, " the mob has taken over the trading system in the United States."
I have forgot, how
many months it takes for Diamonds to form in the ground. I have had CMKX stock now for 18 months, they should be ready for mining by now. Ha
It was determined here to day to use calling prior to the Washington date in front of the Judge. Think IBM may have arranged this, or pushed for it. (Contacts in Washington)

Citigroup Global (ASBXL)
I find it hard to believe I found this stock yesterday, and last traded in Dec, and traded today, the next day after I bring it to the Members Attention. Really can not find a chart where it ever traded before.
Somebody buying 50,000.00 of stock on a Pink Sheet with no news history, or filings, I can find. HHMMMmmm

Just read on that Spitzer sight, that if a Brokerage states you have shares in a stock, but could not sell, then the Brokerage could be considered to have been involved in MAIL FRAUD!!!
Looking down from the top, it appears he is not holding back on fraud cases. He has Warren Buffett coming in to talk to him regarding the AIG Insurace thing.
Guess, the bottom line is, Mr Spitzer is more for us, than against us. (Us little people)
Do know, that the wall street journal keeps putting his endeavers in print.
The Neat thing About Mr Spitzer, is all the people involved, or I guess I should say, "Could be involved in Naked Short Trading, have Headquarters in New York state."
Go get em Spitzer

Little more on codes
This is a shell, (clean, based in Dallas)
You will note, that a 100 code is noted in the volume for the day of 4?6/05 and 3/24/05. As this stock very seldom trades, they put a code 100 in the volume box, to let it be known, it still is tradable.
So, had you put this stock on your portfollio, and seen 100 in the volume box, you would think, somebody bought 100 shares, but it is the 100 code in the volume box.
http://quote.barchart.com/quote.asp?sym=caml&code=BSTK
About codes mentioned friday on GEMM
Ok, finally found the codes, relating to what I stated, I have seen in the past. Have really seen these codes on 2 different stocks in the past, that proved out in a day or so, as to what the code was reflecting.
Usually, in the volume box, you will see one of the numbers that are on list here. Trading seems to be delayed a few hours when these codes are in the volume box, then after a period of time, normal trading will begin, and volume starts showing again in the volume box. Codes I have seen, have been the 100, 200, and 300.
Hint, that a 200 in the volume box, and the share price, is .03, and the 200 code stays in the volume box for 2 or 3 hours, gives a hint on codes in play.
Not many people buy 200 shares of a .03 cent, ($6.00)and pay 4 times that stock price for the commission to buy. But yes, could happen.

Anybody have thoughts how IBM became Co-chairman of the BOD?
Was it from the request of UC, or was he forced to be placed on the BOD, by other forces in play?
Citi buying outs NITE liability, is there some source for this info, posting, etc.
In other words, who determined this to be the fact. Thanks
Have a good day Hasher, got to go EOM
Your to smart for me, anybody that has a family tree, with no forks or brances best not be messed with, I can see that.
A rebuttle to you is a waste of web paper EOM
Whatever you say EOM
I think it mines on the basis of a strip mining operation.
Bulldozers, end loaders, large trucks, etc.
Large mining trucks can carry about 80 tons, plus each load.
Cost of operation would be based on amount of equipement and employees.
If they mined, moved 1,600 tons a day, and finished processing that amount at 17.00= 27,000.00 a day.
Specualtion on my part here.
Worth the effort, on revenue, or I guess they would not mine it.
Thanks, seems to be an every ending battle in the trenchs here over CMKX. People have so much negative time on their hands, I guess.
Whatever you say EOM
Was selling for 17.00 a ton agregate befor being processed.
Not sure what your problem is? However would say, my problem, is that I did not get quide lines on what to post, from the likes of you. I guess, if a person does not post on the subject you want, then you go into your tantrums.
I guess, if I were to be negative about CMKX, I'd fit right in.
As for the motivation & reason you say, " Is getting people to buy CMKX," you must kidding, right?
Know you will not believe me, but
What I tell you, you will not believe

About a year or better ago. Noticed a stock that had a 100 in the volume box, then the next day, was a 200 in the volume box.
Well I went searching, and found out, there are codes that are put into the volume box, for MM"s to see whats happening with a stock.
I seen this work on one stock.
A 100 showed for a long period in the volume box, and the next day, a 200 appeared for a long period of time.
I found, but can no longer find these nasdaq codes.
But when I once found them listed. 100 code meant stock still trading, and the 200 code, meant stock in process of merger. The stock then the next day, announced a merger.
I have noticed this morning, that GEMM has a 200 in the volume box.??
Could it be? a merger in process
Carryed over from RB, for what its worth

Ain't over, till the fat lady dances or sits on your face or something like that.
If CMKX does nothing else, it will, or may, or could expose the DTCC for the trillion of shares, that have been sold.
Called naked fat lady no, naked short trading, I think
Just stopped by to think, if somebody was wanting to buy out CMKX, they could buy on the market for some time now ay .0001.
So, 200 billion shares, would cost 20 million dollars, then they could kick in another 350 million, for the whole shooting match buy out.
Na, don't make sense, I guess
Paychecks for Bashers to end sooon? Makes sense, that if the CMKX stock is revoked, and fades away, so will the bashers regarding the CMKX stock. Perhaps, bashers should watch how they spend their next two weeks of pay.
See, I can think on my feet!
I am not pumping anything, just try to put some info out from time to time. However, if I was a pumper, I figure I should have equal rights as do bashers, which I have trouble understanding. The need to bash a stock at .0001. is beyond my brain cell capacity, but then, never claimed to know it all. But I can spell Mississippi.
Thanks for your concern regarding me.
Dateline on NSS has been canceled, like I did not know that would happen!
Holding it,going home, will sleep on it EOM
Yes, I am aware of that post by Granny, as I am a Mod there. Howerver, Granny may have been told this, trust her alot, but it is not true, that Citigroup, gives warning to the public prior to an acquisition.
I seen this pc today, an was quite surprised of the people, comes off as a close knitt group of people.
Time will tell regarding CMKX, however, I thought a few might like to see the relationship, among some of the people here.
