Locks, You are probably right, but I'm here for the loooong haul so I don't care much what others say, I'm giving the company room/time to grow. This management, I believe, has dug in their heels and look to be focused on the future... that's the future for ALL of us. So what if they are taking payroll in shares, I'd rather they do that and keep any actual cash for running the company. Going profitable does not happen over night, everything takes time. So again I say, calm down, don't let others bug ya!
Stayin' looooooong with UBRG!
MB
As always, this is only my opinion!
Calm down Locks, that was the OLD acct. that 'went fishing', we have a new one now, and we ARE getting the reports. If you believe in UBRG as I do, don't let anyone jerk your chain, just sit tight and let this company work through their growing pains. Think of them like a toddler... going thru the terrible two's, which could take longer than you'd like. Ultimately I think we will be OK here, but what do I know...
This is only my opinion!

Hi Geo,
Where can I find this info about the rigs? Do you have a link?
TIA

Good morning Johnsyn,
I'm looking forward to a good week for CAVR... lets hope we get it!

Here's another one of Geopressures' interresting SIOR posts. I need to double check this, I don't remember where I first read it:

Unfortunately, I think I have dirt in my yard that is younger than me!
Woo Hoo! Closed ***UP*** today!
Nice way to head into my birthday weekend!!!

down~ yes, but not by much, I'm not worried, I think it's just a matter of time for sior, and I've got nuthin but time...
MB
No, I dont have an answer to that.
Just fwiw, I already bought into it back in January.
I don't believe there is any connection, they are just another small O&G company.
If you go to their message board, the most intelligent post have come from a guy named: geopressure. His 'on the job' type techical info is good; I don't believe he works for SIOR, but he does work in o&g;
there are other good posters there too.
Okay, back to serious here,
Have you ever looked at SIOR?
They have been thru some troubles (with the family trust) since the death of the owner, but they are sitting on some good leases in the middle of the mississippi play, with neighbors like: Sandridge and Chesapeake. I think the leases alone have value if only as a takeover/buyout; they are working it out with the family trust,
& they are under .02

Oh my! You made me a 'MOD', what a priveledge! I'll be in charge of jokes and 1-liners!

Yes, I read that you were thinking of clipping all 63 pgs. to the intro for all to read... seems like a rilly big bite... how about tossing up 10 pgs. at a time, debate, then switch to the next 10, you know... wash-rinse-repeat... Hmm, now where have I heard that line, oh yeah, some guy named 'Flip'
I was happy to see that Billy posted that report first thing in the a.m. when it was due, others that I watch waited till the end of the day as if they were having their arms twisted.
Will you/we be discussing/suggesting other stocks? Occasionally I come accross one that I would like an outside opinion on, but you know how touchy the boards are.
MB
Go CAVR
I'm not sure what I could contribute here since I have no real trading knowledge, I'm just a retired daydreamer, flying by the seat of my pants! Oh..... except that, I suplimented my income nicely for years off of 'Petrohawk', Starbucks is changing it's name to "starBUGS!" and 'tilapia', a nice, light flavored popular fish, is a bottom feeder, that lives off the droppings of hippos, (or so I saw on TV once) EEEwwww................. I eat it anyway!
Oh yeah, 1 last important thing: I am Loooong on CAVR!
MB
Hi all,
Thanks for the invite Johnsyn.
MB
Super-
If you go back to (watch) the link to the SWIA Conferrence (March 10th), you will see that Billy is hard at work to raise funds already this year. If my memory serves me right, during the presentation, there was at lease 1 investor that requested a packet, and if you watch Billy's body language, (at the end of presentation) it would appear that he was making 'eye' contact with at least a couple of others; as he was shuffling to hand out needed # of packets. I'm waiting for the Q1 to see if there is anything new in 2012.
IMHO

GM V63,
I agree with you.... toooo many 'nay sayers' on this board. But as for me, let me just say in those immortal words from the Monkeys: "I'm a believer!"

It's the RAIN before the RAINBOW !!!!

Just went COPPER...

Leigh01, if they are trying to drive down the pps so they can 'rinse & repeat', they're NOT gonna be able to do that with the 300k more sharz I just picked up on this dip, 'cuz what I BUY, I HOLD!
Laffin' all the way.........
Go CAVR!
MB
Hi Johnsyn, I'm probably wrong, I had 2 companies that gave off divvie sharz last year around that time, I didn't check first B-4 I spoke...oops!
Same message tho...
My Bad!
Sorry, spin off date of record already happened last July. I keep hoping that they will do it again; I have MANY more sharez now!
MB
CAVR # 1 on the Breakout Boards!
Loooong on CAVR!
MB
Opened @ .03 and moving ^ (up)!
Even with 27mil +/- in trades today; many taking profits after this week's spike, we have NOT dropped back down to 0.01. Looks to me like a healthy pullback, especially with the sideways movement. It could go either way, but I think we are in good shape here today, and for the future. But this is JMHO!
MB
We've hung in there with you Billy, can't you toss us a few crumbs here? This thing is drowning in the lack of communication!
MB
Okay, okay... let's everyone just calm down... and pray that we close ABOVE .03 on Friday; that will surely improve the atmosphere here.
lol!
MB
Ameritrade will not trade this, I had to open an acct. at scottrde.
New PR
I found it on the YMB-
IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 27, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Universal Bioenergy Inc., (OTCMarkets:UBRG.PK - News), a publicly traded independent diversified energy company, announced that 7,130,020 shares of its stock traded on Friday February 24, 2012 after it reported that it set a new record of over $71.74 million in sales for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2011. The Company's annual sales continue to grow at double-digit rates. The $71.74 million in 2011 sales was a 73.75% increase over the $41.29 million in reported sales for 2010.
Encouraged by the news of the 2011 record sales, investors quickly purchased the stock at a rate of nearly 3.5 million shares per hour, or over 58,000 shares per minute in the last two hours of the trading day. This was the highest volume trading day for 2012 thus far. A total of 7,130,020 shares were traded on Friday, which was about 9.68 times the average daily trading volume of 736,646 of Universal's shares.
Solomon Ali, Universal's Senior Vice President says, "That was a very strong trading day for the Company, and it certain demonstrates strong investor interest in the Company. We are trying to build a greater sense of confidence in the Company and its future growth by our shareholders and investors. The year 2011 was the best year in our history so far, and we project an even stronger future in terms of revenues and potential profits this year. We hope this interest will have a positive impact on our stock price and the value of the Company. We are continually pursuing various means to bring increased value to our shareholders."
The $71.74 million in revenues are preliminary and unaudited. The Company anticipates the formal audit of their financial records will be completed soon, and the full details of its financial results will be reported in its Form 10K Annual Report, to be filed with the SEC.

Yes Cinfuax... hopefully that action will start right AFTER I buy more shares!
MB
Joe,
As I read that, Vince & Ali hold the most important 2% of NDR; I believe these boys know exactly what they are doing to build this company. I cannot imagine anyone taking their payroll in sstock instead of cash and then NOT doing everything they can to create a strong base for the company and it's eventual sstock value. And since nuthin' in business happens overnight, I am happy to sit back and wait for the good times. As a matter of fact, I just moved some more $$ over to my Scottrade acct. yesterday so that I can take advantage of this current dip.
Anyone who's not happy with UBRG should just move on!
I wish IH had an "ignore button" like YMB does; it would sure remove alot of angst from the UBRG board. No offense meant..... Just sayin'
MB
Hey BigFish...
Howzzat action forya today?
Finally!
MB
420 shares purchased... moved this up $0.10.... WOW!
Interesting company, and so close to home.
I think I'll watch it for a while.
MB
Good to see it hit .02 !!!
would be nice to think we are turning the corner here.
I googled Texas Gulf Oil & Gas, based in Houston, and found the info on the purchase by Global NuTech.
Then I googled Texas Oil & Gas, based in Midland, Texas... It's a separate company.
I guess I'll just wait around and see what happens from the sale!
no matter, still like the bit of action we're getting.
