I googled Texas Gulf Oil & Gas, based in Houston, and found the info on the purchase by Global NuTech.

Then I googled Texas Oil & Gas, based in Midland, Texas... It's a separate company.

I guess I'll just wait around and see what happens from the sale!
no matter, still like the bit of action we're getting.
