Exactly, MMs try to bring it down to shake out the weak stomachs so they can keep their games and personal piggy bank going. Luckily, the base is being built up with stronger and stronger hands who are much smarter than to sell (give away) any of their shares anywhere subpenny, thus, the low volumes earlier. The more strong hands who understand the potential pps we will eventually move up to and don't sell down here, the more the MMs are slowly losing their grip on this stock, and pps will continue to move upwards. Love it...

Closed HOD. Beast in the making. Just wait till the real run begins, we haven't even started warming up yet...

Looks like he sold super prematurely for a couple bucks profit and wants it to drop back down to buy more. Predictable. Unfortunately, one of these times the flippers doing this are going to get caught with their pants down when the price rockets up and never returns back down to those levels. That's what I'm holding out for...
FITX
Best part is that the real run hasn't even started yet. The last couple weeks we've just moved back up to where we were on the way back to proper valuation, although still it there yet. The people here now are just early to the real party and this slow rise has been the appetizer before the real party starts up and the main course is served. I'm thinking the CEN Biotech update will likely be the primary catalyst for that (depending on magnitude), but increasing revenues from Cenergy products will also play into that eventually...
FITX
I don't trade this stock, I invest in it and stock pile it for much better days to come, well beyond a penny. This company has tremendous long term potential, so until we get to multiple pennies at a minimum, I don't care too much what it does in the short term. I do prefer the slow uptrend rather than a fast spike up , so am happy there is not a mass rush in. That's the healthiest pattern of stock consolidation for a long term investor's point of view...
FITX
It's very surprising how quiet it's been despite the discussion points in the interview today. Part of the problem is that it was not sent out as a PR on the newswires, which would have likely brought a lot of new interest. However, then people would have also complained about it being a paid promo to dilute into. Logic down here cracks me up...

Missy, Missy, you and the rest of us would be so much happier if you'd just join the train and put your personal vendetta with Bill to rest. You have got to see the objective tangible progress that the company has made. I know you can see it. The leap forward on the bodybuilding.com Cenergy product popularity to under 300 of over 400 products in only a couple weeks with only 2 of their products is actually some of the biggest magnitude unrecognized news here. Your past issues with Bill are water under the bridge at this point, so move on past it and climb the rails to the train, because I think we are in store for a monumental leap upwards IMO:)...
FITX
Your point? I heard Nike also does paid promotions and commercials for their products too. Shocking. Do you think companies interviewing would be doing it on a voluntary basis? It's called advertising. Just like the dilution argument, it's all integral to the term "business".
FITX
Fully agree, organic movement is the healthiest and most stabilizing. The outlook has never been better here for the company since I've been invested from early 2011 on. It's all about the long term strategy, goals, and continued milestones being made, as they've clearly done...
FITX
Amazingly quiet here after that magnitude of a positive interview. I think everyone is being silent to lessen the hype and try to get any cheapies they can try to scrape up at the bell:)...
FITX
"GNC order expected any day" and international marketing occurring! He also reinforced NO REVERSE SPLIT coming. Great interview!
FITX
Sad isn't it?
FITX
Development and growth stage of a company = large expected dilution (I suspect the large majority of which is done, but am still expecting some periodic need for dilution, unless revenues surprise us). What part of that equation still doesn't make sense to you? I'm fascinated by your fascination of expected and necessary dilution. Your ship is slowly sinking here...
FITX
I fully agree...typical scare tactic. Luckily, our CEO is on the ball and smothered that rumor outright...
FITX
To our shareholders: we have received numerous inquiries regarding a reverse spilt. I STATE CLEARLY... WE DO NOT HAVE PLANS NOW OR IN THE NEAR FUTURE FOR A REVERSE SPLIT. We thank you for your inquiries. Please continue to send them to info@cenergynutrition.com

CDEL has been hijacking this stock for a very long time and using it as his personal piggy bank. CDEL needs to be burned...
FITX
There's been no mention of a RS whatsoever. However, I never said it's not a possibility. Worst-case scenario, if they did reverse split, it's not always a bad thing. My experience has been quite the opposite. When it is done strategically, and at the right time in which the company does not need to dilute largely afterwards, it can be a very positive thing for stock, for the reasons which I have outlined previously multiple times...
FITX
You need to keep in mind that penny stock company financials are useless at this stage, and for the most part the share structure is too. Virtually every penny stock financials are an utter nightmare (FITX is nowhere near the majority of them), share structures are always terrible and companies should be fully expected to dilute. None of these factors are unique to FITX, and in fact, most companies are much worse in all of these regards. Those factors are why these companies trade here until they build enough capital to eventually turn into increased revenue, at the same time as lessening the need for dilution to achieve this. If you are so focused on financials (which are useless at this development stage), you may want to stick with blue chip stocks, where it does matter more. There is no indication there has been any recent dilution here, but even if there was, it should be expected at this stage. If it doesn't happen...well bonus. Also, please stick to true facts when posting, and I hope you're joking about the "expert" comment, and that you are not basing opinion off of a jaded view...

Haven't been to the Earthsearch website in awhile, but looks like they've been working behind the scenes and continuing to increase their partners and certifications for their technology. I'm surprised they didn't PR any of this, although we've already known about the SAP certification for awhile now.

We were floating in subpenny territory...

I've bought their products repeatedly, they're excellent, especially the AminoPlex and HyperInfusion. Just reloaded at bodybuilding.com a couple weeks ago...
FITX
More likely MMs manipulating and not showing them until after the close to lessen the height of the green candle close IMO.
FITX
Beautiful day indeed, the engine has turned over and restarted...
FITX
I, and many others, have never thought for a second we would not return back to penny land. I fully expect it and am holding every share for well above a penny. I'll hold as long as it takes...helps to cut out capital gains that way too, although most of my shares are long at this point over a year anyway, so I'm good there:). Just the way I prefer to play these stocks, and it works out great with the right picks, but requires long term patience. I realize that most traders do not play these stocks that way, but if they did, pps would rise much faster for the good of everyone...
FITX
You couldn't be more correct. If everyone thought the same as us longs, the base would remain solid each leg up and would allow us to continue to steadily move upwards and everyone would then make real money rather than these few tick flips which disrupt the base and feed into the MM's manipulation at the same time...
FITX
You know it buddy. Anything subpenny are freebies because this stock belongs in the pennies, and no doubt we'll surely continue in that direction in the long run as pps valuation corrects itself...
FITX
Holding without even thinking twice until multi pennies, where I would still not sell my whole position. This is not a sub penny stock and the market valuation will correct itself in due time. I will wait as long as that takes, because it will happen. Yesterday's drop was triggered by a massive trader selling his 30 mil shares for profit, followed by mass weak hand rookie panic selling. That seller's screen name now makes perfect sense in terms of his MO.
FITX
Started with a trader who mentioned he had accumulated 30 mil shares yesterday and then later this afternoon posted that he sold and was out (followed by the 30 mil shares showing up on L2), triggered a chain reaction of panic selling from weak hands and on down she went. That seemed like the main catalyst, but we can't exclude the possibility of some toxic financiers cashing in too. Someone posted earlier they emailed Bill and he said neither he nor the company sold one share today.
FITX
People who understand business building call it raising necessary capital. It can be painful, and you can try to spin it anyway you want, but it's ultimately for the long term company growth and shareholder value for those like myself that consider patience a virtue that will pay off...
FITX
What are you talking about? Bill owns more shares than anyone here, as do the other insiders, and they are all averaged well above a penny, closer to .02. He doesn't take a salary yet from FITX, he's said that repeatedly. If he wants to sell some occasional shares, he is more than welcome to cash some in for the hard work he's done and tremendous progress made, as are the others. He responded to someone here earlier that neither he nor the company sold a single share today. So, there goes your repeated dilution argument again. If some toxic financiers decided to cash in, he has no control over that, but the shares didn't come directly from him or the company. The amount they may have sold in the past was a fraction of what they own...in other words, irrelevant. The catalyst was likely the guy who had 30 mil shares here and cashed it all out, as he posted. That starting the panic chain effect of weak hands selling, so I see the current pps as not real, and it won't stay here forever. I agree with him, as do many here, that only a fool would sell their shares down in these levels, and anywhere subpenny for that matter. This stock will be heading back to pennies, no matter how bad you want it not to. Only a matter of time, not a question of if...
FITX
Exactly. Plus, if you're in for the long run, these typical pops and drops should be ignored anyway. This is not a subpenny stock, and no doubt market valuation will correct itself appropriately over time. Until then, what happens with short term pps movements is meaningless to me, although fun to watch. I especially enjoy the arm-flailing and doom and gloom posts. Waiting on big news myself, and holding as long as it takes. Unfortunately that big seller fed back into the MMs cycle to allow them to continue in their ways and use this as their personal piggy bank...
FITX
Nice try, you said earlier you sold too early, so clearly trying to pick up cheap shares. Smart money is holding for multi-pennies. Ups and downs along the way are expected and healthy. This is not a subpenny stock, and the market is slowly correcting that valuation to more appropriate levels which should be in pennies.
FITX
Yeah sure buddy. Prove it, post up one of your super secret promo emails. No proof, no truth...as usual.
FITX
Very long, not even a thought of selling a small fraction until multi-penny, despite up 500%. If everyone had the same mindset, this would continue rising. Unfortunately we got profit takers cashing in for lunch money along the way to slow momentum. Too bad for them. I'll wait as long as it takes. This is clearly a multi penny stock.
FITX
With that mindset, would you consider the CEO of every penny stock company a "diluter" since every penny stock company dilutes to raise capital, and is the reason they trade here? During those growth building stages, financials, share structures, etc. are utterly useless, although I find it amusing how focused some people are on that useless information.
FITX
Reset button was hit when Bill took over as CEO, and thankfully he did. Keith was apparently a big part of that delay (back in a time which is irrelevant currently). If you can't see the continued and significant progress Bill's made with these products and company since that time, I can't help you. Please post any link giving GNC news while Keith was CEO. Those were rumor based on this board, nothing more. The first GNC news involving FITX obtaining a GNC vendor number was not until Feb of this year (that's closer to 8 months ago, so recheck your math). That news was also tweeted by the GNC COO, you can go back and read his tweets. Let's stick to real facts, not made up ones.
FITX
Wow, 1 whole year? Since everything in business normally happens in a very short time period with no costs involved? Haha, ok, clearly you don't know how business actually works...
