Thirteen cents.
You say that about every stock.
I have no idea about what's going on behind the scenes, Scoop, but you're right, the usual suspects have become rather scarce. I figured that the thing was good for another pump or two, but their absence has made me think that Alydyr is right -- the jig is up.
Yes, the level of deception was pretty sophisticated, but it wasn't invisible. Pardon me for mentioning that I tried to point it out consistently for at least the last 2-3 years.
I didn't study business in school; I was an English major and I know fiction when I read it.
The PRs were satire, Alydyr.
That this thing is still hovering above a dime is proof that there ARE miracles on this earth.
Longs . . . grab the .11 while you can. You'll be so grateful when this sinks under .08.

Be still my heart.
There's got to be news coming.
I will second -- from my observation -- that you're an enthusiast, bhaulsdp, and not a shill.
Is Trump president? I'm getting tired of winning.
There's always tomorrow.
I was hoping it would close above 4.80. How disappointing! Only up 7% for the day.
None of all the discussion about TAUG and Sethie, all these personal squabbles, talk about different lawsuits -- none of it addresses the current situation of DECN.
Without discussion of sales, or at least the efforts of making sales, all of this is like flies buzzing madly around a carcass.
I believe there is a secret message in that commercial: Alien invasion from space is imminent.
Right, nonsequetor.
Buy signals all over the place, right?
GenAccord! Kinda reminiscent of JEB!
Can this be the catalyst that drives us to the big bucks?
I'm confused. Just after the close, my Ameritrade streamer said that the last trade was at 3.87.
An hour or so later, I looked at my portfolio on line and it said the last trade was 4.05.
Just now, 8:30 eastern time, I looked at my streamer and it said the last trade was at 4.50.
I prefer the latter quote, but what is going on?
What kind of close was that?
Of course I did.
I couldn't know the precise events that would unfold, but I could very well tell misleading interpretations of the situation abounded, and they were being enthusiastically received.
You're a one-man rally.
It had been so inactive before you stepped in a few days ago that I can't remember.
I may have been one of the only one paying attention to you Alydyr, but that was because I already thought something was fishy about the whole deal.
I noticed somebody was buying. .109
Good luck to you Sal.
Thing's are more obvious now, Diarch.
It's most likely that the company did nothing illegal and aren't going to be sued. This is why and the way pink sheets are so dangerous. The company is not liable for all the misinformation that was disseminated about it because it was never the source; "people in the know" were.
I'll call them and post everything I find out. Meanwhile, thanks for monitoring level 2 for us. It's SO helpful, especially on these high volume, high volatility days.
Do you think we'll get back up to .18?!
Very dependable source. <ggg>
Where did you read this, chugit?
IMO, TAUG was just a diversion, a nonsensical fiction to draw discussion away from the lack of an actual, monetary settlement from JNJ.
No money from JNJ went into the coffers of DECN and that is and will remain the major disappointment about the company, probably for years to come.
Longs haven't been holding for years in the hope that the company would eventually legally win the right to try to put their single product on the market as a generic in competition with the largest and most successful medical supply company in their world and eventually maybe begin to show a profit.
People were enthusiastic investors here because of the promise of a big infusion of cash resulting from their thrashing of JNJ in court. JNJ was going to have to compensate DECN for lost sales, DECN would own the patent and JNJ would have to compensate them for their own sales both past and future. The settlement was going to be huge. Calm heads advised that, realistically, JNJ would be paying DECN 50mil, though others were speculating penalties of upwards of hundreds and hundreds of millions.
What did DECN get from their brilliant thrashing of JNJ?
Zilch
Zero
Nada
Now longs are holding lots of shares--probably in the red--of a small, broke, pink sheet making promises of putting out a single ultra product against a behemoth company with 100% consumer confidence.

If not insider and hedge fund sales, what is it about DECN that causes it to inspire so little confidence that its share price has plunged 75% in the couple of months following its eviscerating victory over JNJ?
Quite a disappointment, diarch, especially since this collapse happened right after the settlement of the suit between DECN and JNJ which, as stated in hundreds if not thousands of posts, was supposed to be the catalyst to an immediate and astronomical rise in share price.
That was what we were waiting for, we weren't waiting to see if Genstrips were going to be able to compete with One Touch in the quarters following the conclusion of the suit. That was supposed to be the gravy.
In regards to the settlement, I believe the reason that whatever the settlement was sent straight to the lawyers was because DECN didn't receive a settlement from JNJ at all. JNJ brought the suit against DECN and then they lost. I suspect all JNJ was required to pay was DECN's court costs. It didn't go into a fund to support DECN against future lawsuits (much less than from their own shareholders); it probably went straight to their lawyers to cover their fees and expenses in the original suit and won't show up on DECN's financials at all, if they actually file them.
DECN .144-.15 on 23,200 lousy shares.

There has been steady selling for the last two months. We're down 75% since late April.
Seventy-five percent.
From .60 to .15 on millions of shares in 2 1/2 months. Maybe "dump" isn't the right word, but it's got to be at least close.
$44k a day adds up.
Over a million shares were traded the day the price spiked up over .20.
I'm sure Alydyr is correct in stating that insiders enjoyed being able to sell at .20 rather than .15.
