Specially to someone who sold most of his shares right before PR is about to drop lol. I added big time today, I know whats coming, I want to make as much as possible, not lose out by selling right before the major news hits lol.

I don't think you actually realize nore grasp that alot of people have 20 and 30 million shares here due to the cheap prices. People selling off 90 million is nothing....

Clueless, all I can say. Becuase people are selling doesn't mean anyone is diluting lol, this stock is dirt cheap, and has been for months, lots of people have 20 and 30 + million shares. They are simply selling some today, simple as that.

I find it funny that everytime there is selling here the dilution birds come out and start crying "ZOMG DILUTION DILUTION", Marks not selling anything, we confrimed it many MANY times, and the only other major seller is gone too. This is just normal selling here today folks.

Once you see the 8-k posted, it's offically a 100% done deal and completely legal. The R/M is already done, they just have to announce the merger and change the name at this point...

Yea it does seem like you are confused... This shell didn't own ANYTHING.... Now stay with me here, they did not own any islands, no property, nothing. The people who owned the shell originally might have, but none of it was ever in the companies name.

The 8-k your talking about has already been filed. It's not a "reverse takeover" it's a reverse merger, please try to get the terms correct. It's a done deal, there wont be any more 8-ks coming out about the reverse merger, as they already filed it and the deal has been complete since the 18th.

What you can expect now is a PR formally announce it, the details going forward, and their future plans. You can also expect other filings such as a company name change, to change the name of the shell, and a ticker symbol change as well..

This indeed does seem to be the case, most of the 15 million shares have been bought up and held for quite some time by people who bought in a few years ago when this was a real company. Whats left is being bought up very quickly due to the reverse merger. There wont be alot of shares to go around when demend goes through the roof when the PR hits. Float lock could happen here which would cause the pps to shoot way up, very quickly.

All I can go by is what the CEO told me, which was it would be out no later than friday. Now last I spoke with him was on tuesday, so I am not sure if anything changed since then or not, but I expect everything is still on track for tomorrow or friday. Also, expect more filings to come out as well.

The biggest thing was the reverse merger it self, which was completed on the 18th and published by the SEC on the 28th. It's already a done deal, just waiting for them to formally announce it and all the fine details and forward looking statements on their plans for the future.

All I saw was that they are restricted, which is normal, I do not know the terms though. Rest easy though, the company who is mergining into this is a very legit and very profitable company that was been around for 40+ years. These guys didn't buy a shell to sell shares, they bought a shell to do a reverse merger. And keep in mind, they bought common, restricted shares. To maintain a controlling stake in the company they have to hold more than 51%, they only have 64%. This is the real deal my friend, very big, profitable company merging into a shell with a 15 million float.

Try again buddy. Those 220 million shares are 'restricted" all one has to do is read the sec filings to figure that out. They can't be sold, nore would they, as they bought these shares to give them full ownership of the company.

Also completely incorrect, these shares were not issued to anyone, they were exisiting shares and already part of the O/S.

I suggest you do some research before making such incorrect statements next time...

Anyone who wasn't expecting a little bit of selling after going up 140% in one day simply isn't being realistic and is mostlikely not an experianced trader. You will always have profit taking after a day like that, the key is here it was tiny and even despite the small down day today, there was very little actual selling going on here.

We are stable with many eyes on this stock who are simply waiting for the news...

Nice try buddy, this is doing the EXACT same thing as FOGC and other reverse merger plays. We are locked and loaded, and very long and strong, tomorrow is going to be a very fun day!
