I didn't think that was him.
Unless Megas used a fake picture for another project. The two pictures I have seen of "Thomas Megas" are two different people.
Did you get any contract from them
oh jeez..
He said it's hard to give an absolute but Bill Frizzell as contingency could collect 33 1/3 % plus expenses. It's been cut to 20%. Out of net, recovery collections gets, 25%. After deducting other legal costs for any recovery converted to cash.
Theyou stole over $200 million, there are assets we haven't found yet, assets we haven't gotten to yet. They took so much money they couldn'the spend it quiv kly.
Tried.
They are going in a certain direction which I disagree with. Personally, I think it's because it guarantees them a huge fee if they win.
I'm pissed at CH's last money grab because it appears as though $40K was used to just pay themselves more fees. That was more than enough money to force the issue.
I have something in the works with the NYAG's office and specifically backed them into a corner now. James Femia is probably going to need legal help after his bogus "affidavit".
It's not even TDA'S fault for the trading issues. The DTCC lied to them. James Femia continues to lie to the brokerages.
All TDA has to do is serve Femia with a lawsuit and demand delivery of what Femia claims the DTC has on hand.
Global lock, until added to the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, cannot block delivery.
It was a mess of insider fraud. I feel bad for the guy who put up his own money to try and save this.
Maybe mastaflash can tell everyone how great this is...
Are you calling me the liar?
Or the original poster?
Hey, does Pedro ever post any more?
TDA did that to me and a couple of people I know.
We had to file e-complaints with FINRA, who in turn, sent a letter to TDA.
The shares mysteriously reappeared, to which TDA wrote back to FINRA that I was wrong and the shares were always there.
Except for the fact that I printed off my holdings page to show TDA lied.
Dang,
I was hoping it was Wendy Dworken or Judy Cline.
ohhhh F$%@#$ me running
He may or may not know what he says he knows
Considering the only way US citizens can write off their losses is to close out the trade....really not surprising.
The real surprise is why the SEC has not shut down GBDX or OMDA.
On a side note, you would think the amazing legal doofus known as Allan Trefrey would pay his state licensing fee to practice law.

Western Penn clowns like Vince and Dino are low level wannabe mobsters. Remember Beecharmer?
Queen mob beotch? Ever see her Geoff Eiten connection?
I would chainsaw both of those wannabe fools.
So you really don't know what trades might have been run through a third party account.
Got an address for Vinny
Considering his buddy Ray has seemed to vanish somewhat
Got anything on Robert Arnoni
It was known based on some accounting done when the SEC had obtained the sales ledger from Jeffries.
Vinny the Torch was living in a crappy apartment over his crappy office.
He may have tried to hide some funds in a trust, but I am sure what little he had left was blown thru by legal fees.
I'd love to shove Dino in a hole and set him on fire.
He was broke as sheiss towards the end. Melissa was working to pay for rent.
The PCBM sales thru Jeffries totaled almost $200 Million. A majority while it did that quick run from .04 to .18.
LoCastro was pretty much broke too. His craphole apartment is almost funny now considering what he should have made off that scam.
Edwards must have money in offshore places. Guessing he laundered money thru the casinos and it somehow ended up either in Hong Kong or Macau.
Jeezz..
With all the faulking money he has sucked out of the shareholders, you would think Mark could buy a sweater that does not look like a Kohl's bargain rack.
Most certainly nothing until Turdrino and Edwards are dealt with in the courts ( next year now).
The new CEO Kirkpatrick might be able to build something in the oil & gas industry
Hell,
Which insurance and bonding gets stuck?
117,427,010 shares at TDA..
48,780,942 at Scottrade..
Ironic, the person at the SEC who has blocked most of your complaints.
Mary S. Head
The SEC's Office of Investor Education and Advocacy (OIEA) serves individual investors. We answer investors' questions about U.S. securities laws and the operation of the U.S. securities markets, assist investors in resolving complaints against SEC-regulated entities, and advise the SEC about the problems encountered by retail investors. We publish investor alerts and bulletins and other educational materials on investing topics, and maintain Investor.gov, the SEC's award-winning website dedicated to investor education for the retail investor.
A graduate of Yale University and the Catholic University Law School, Ms. Head joined the Commission in 2000 as counsel to former SEC Commissioner Laura Unger, advising on market regulation and enforcement matters. She subsequently acted as counsel to former Commissioners Cynthia Glassman and Kathleen Casey. Ms. Head joined OIEA in 2008 as Assistant Director for Policy and became Deputy Director in 2009. Before joining the Commission, she spent several years in the predecessor to FINRA's Office of General Counsel and in private securities law practice with Kelley Drye & Warren and Dechert LLP.
Ms. Head led OIEA's work on a study of financial literacy mandated by Section 917 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act that the SEC submitted to Congress in August 2012. She is the SEC's representative on IOSCO Committee 8 (C8) on Retail Investors and was the lead on C8's recently published report on Antifraud Messaging.
That's one hell of a paycheck for a licensed attorney who is lying about whether a global lock is part of the Security and Exchange Act of 1934.

At any rate, I've received no
reply from lawyers, alas
I guess if we aren't in your group we are out of luck.
I do not at this time feel as though it would be
right for me to put out the name of this law firm.
So, you want to keep sending $ to Pango Pango or over seas somewhere
Another verifier were the typos; the Brit ALWAYS has them
Obviously we're done here
Ironically,
Those jokers seem to now be screwing with the efforts to sue the DTC.
Carlton Huxley, what a fucking joke.
Tref's drop box for his "law firm" in Washington state.
Wait! Treffry is in Washington now? Is he living with Willy?
Anyone on the old Proboards 66 site?
Just curious if they wiped out all my old posts.
Suckers.
I had one really good one that I can't find.
Hello McPhxFly...remember one of my posts on the 70 board? While these fools are in Colorado, Basic's main office is/was in New York, close to where a pumper named Marnie Delano (used the alias Beecharmer on the PCBM board) lives. She was pumping CMKX before any of you had even heard of CMKX (2001-2002 ish). She was all over Geoff Eiten's nuts until Geoff was called by the Roanoke FBI securities office.
Marnie used to claim she was best buddies with Vince LoCastro and claimed she spoke to him daily. Her other "buds" are...MQuietbeavis, Treffrey, Ed Thompson (Surfit)...
is it getting clearer now?
When LoCastro was bagged and tagged, two large PCBM shareholders called Vince in May 2002 and threatened him. These two had over $750k invested in PCBM. Vince told them "the SEC screwed up their short efforts and they could make their money back by buying into a soon to be announced mining company....called Casavant Mining...
and so the next round of scamming began..
and why Cline, MQuiet, Silver, and another 20 idiots started hyping CMKX as the vehicle to break shorty...same Belgians too
GBDX is almost a spinoff of CMKX in terms of insiders and share issuances...

Can you imagine how much money the cons Frizell, Faulk, and a couple others sucked out of the WF settlement?
Bill should have been served the derivative's letter years ago.
Faulk should have been sued for his CMKX pump job. He just reposted gossip like it was fact.
Was he a cop? I always thought he was a mobster. He was one miserable human being
Maybe not..
Since Truffles "office" is an UPS store drop box, maybe he can't afford the cucumber.

Probably stuck using a finger...
10 trial subpoenas sent out yesterday by the DA. up from 4 before. Looks like the plea bargain last week didn't go too well for ADAM.
So sad.
That means, jonass will have all kinds of time to shove a cucumber up his ass.
Retired.
Worked at a wine shop
You would laugh...
You mean the way Turino was blocked?
And who was the nasty chick in Vegas that followed slurpit? Drawing a blank and too lazy to check my
I believe Slurpit either pumped or bashed depending on his current position. He flip flopped too many times in his views on PCBM and Turino.
Eventually I wrote him off as a nut case and stopped following him.
Honestly,
No idea about their financial agreements.
I have all of Frizzle's pump posts and OG emails. He's up next on the SEC shitlist.
He pumped this stock, the SEC has Kevin's old pump posts too. These clowns will be blocked from ever touching any monies recovered even if I have to file a legal motion ripping them a new one.
