Omit the space.
I'm not sure that they need a catalyst at this point but would surely help. I think getting off the OTC will be beneficial. At one point, folks were screaming about the OTC, now it seems they want to stay!
Here is a link that I hope helps.

I agree. Patience!! Mr Dart has 40 million OMG! And others Have big ass chunks too. Th reverse split esp regarding biotechs, is,from what I read and researched, should be positive esp since uplifting. I bet TPIV never thought with Dod grant, orphan, fast track, MSK, AstraZeneca...Milestones all within one year, we are 32 m. MC. That's like remodeling the kitchen bathrooms new landscape and new roof and paint on your house and the value goes down! Can't say anything more. ;-/
I could not imagine having a hundred thousand shares let alone a milliion.
Go Tpiv!
Stock shopper, get out before it is too late. The vortex will get you!
Well, on the contrary, some folks got good ownership of a few million shares. Hmmm. I thought that would be enough for interest but apparently they want it all!
Go Tpiv
Well if you punt that is surely understood. ;-D
Found example of cashless warrant: a little more definitive.

Amazing with all the events in the last year or so, orphan, Memorial Sloan Kettering, DOD, p2's and more, this stock remains range bound.
