That is why I think that the whole thing has been setup by all parties with a plan and a release of liability until they can work out a settlement. There have too many mistakes otherwise. We will be in the money with the Chinese, Borderman et al. Isn't negotiation a wonderful thing. They will eventially explain taht they had to use this process to please all parties and keep the unjust out of the stock IMO

I believe that this will be settled before they let the committee in session with the the commons in the money, before they get smashed by the committee for driving this bank into the ground. Everyone will be protected by settlement before this meeting. Why do you think it was postponed. IMO
