RDG. Last I heard we still had a Constitution and a Bill of Rights, although they have had quite a bit of 'fat' trimmed off of them.

I believe the intention of the founding fathers was to make these apply to ALL people, and not suspend them for some people because they are 'bad'.

Now if we were a 3rd world dictatorship (like we're starting to act), that would be different, wouldn't it?

I don't see how the United States can maintain the respect of it's citizens, and the rest of the world, by sinking to the level of the terrorists we are in conflict with.
