N E O M: WE are obviously confident, YOU are obviously NOT.
Do you "know what you own"? You're painting a pretty clear picture here that you don't.
Oh, and, everybody...
THREE CHEERS FOR N E O M FOR BEING THE FIRST TO INFORM US THAT THE DECISION WAS BEING DELAYED! HIP HIP HOORAY! HIP HIP HOORAY! HIP HIP HOORAY!
Oh, and, BTW, it's only been a 10% drop since the "big" delay.
You need a drink.
Chill out.
N E O M: I guess by your opinion of this not being the best way to gain shareholders confidence, you might want to email CF and let him know that you feel this way and suggest he do something different regarding his stock sales.
Wow, he must be insane then because this being the third time he's consecutively done it...how does the saying go...insanity is repeating something over and over expecting a different result.
Oh, but maybe not...maybe he's a genius. What's the price and MACD and volume since March 11th (his first of three, like clockwork, sales of stock) been looking like?
Funny, seems like the majority of NEOM shareholders are pretty confident these days. You on the other hand by your own comments must be long & strong yet not feeling to confident right now.
Holdin' long. Holdin' strong. Lovin' the ride.

N E O M, the Form 4 filing is just that, a filing. It's not news and it is what it is.
And, no, I don't think it's going to help the pps on Monday just as much as I don't think it's going to hurt it either.
Question away...
lns
N E O M: I guess you can start questioning my "good judgment and (my) value as a poster then."
N E O M: Calm down. If you take a look, he's sold shares since March 11th EVERY FIVE WEEKS, on a Friday, LIKE CLOCKWORK!
As was said before and as is known...ESPECIALLY after the corporate scandals of the past few years, it's VERY BENEFICIAL for insiders to sell on regular basis so as not to attract any suspicion from the SEC.
You can say what you want but there's nothing to dislike here. In fact, if you look at the amount of shares he's sold in each of the past three months, this is the smallest amount out of all three times.
He's sold a total of a little over 3MM shares for a little under 950K dollars in that timeframe.
He's entitled and this is not fishy at all, whatsoever.
N E O M: I doubt he was thinking that. EOM
That explains one of the 485,000 share blocks that were questioned yesterday...obvious now they were sells.
I'd guess we'll see another one of these to cover the other 485,000 block from yesterday.
TA folks: Is there something significant about a "perfect triangle" that someone mentioned yesterday and a "double bottom"?
Looks like it's almost there.
LINK'S NOT WORKING...it was a 3 month candle chart I was looking at.
Imagine waiting another month for news. ugh/EOM
OT: "Can I feel it", Yes I can. Yeah buddy...gonna be seeing them next month. Can't wait.

There are actually a few good things in Kansas. ;)
TS: technicalwin: Haven't heard anything but maybe it's because he expected that announcement after the expected Virgin announcement which hasn't come out yet. When he "teased" that, it was right around last month when the court date was extended by a month.
woogerbear: Don't you mean 100% chance. EOM
OT: How about a "TA" before credible technical analysis and a "SWAG" for all other "analysis".
kokonutguy: Awesome connection. From Mobiqa's home page:
"Our patent pending mobile phone barcode technology is employed in our current products: mobi-tickets™, mobi-coupons™, mobi-vouchers™, and mobi-rewardcards™."
It's printed as "theirs" but I think you hit it...it only "theirs" because NeoMedia's allowing them to call it "theirs", IMO.
From NeoMedia's website:
Branded Go Window – Contact Us to brand and license your own Go Window
...sounds like that's exactly what they're doing.
Thanx for connecting the dots, koko!
Banks: "Everyone but us seems to be leaving the starting gate. we need to saddle this puppy up and start ridin'"
Their HORSES might be leaving their starting gate but their JOCKIES are still in the parking lot.
They appear to me to be scrappin' to get on board...late to the party and trying to catch up.
NeoMedia on the other hand has the whole team working smoothly together as a cohesive unit. Their horse is well fed, well trained, ridden by the top jockey and MORE than prepared to win this derby.
Actually, all of this "competition" popping up everywhere, IMO, bodes well for the future success of NeoMedia. It just proves that m-commerce is on its way to being the new BIG wave of advertising.
Does anybody know the state of NeoMedia's patents in the UK? Are they valid, pending or not applied for yet? And, if they are still "pending" (since they pretty much have to go country-by-country), what was the date they applied for them compared to when Mobiqa applied for theirs?
OT: Fitting for the day...

Good find, koko! "Man your positions!" EOM
Thanx, mastaflash. And, w/ that info, how can one tell that in fact they were "sells" since the "price" was below both the BID and ASK prices at those current times.
Could they have been pre-arranged buys?...or maybe they were partial payment for this month's Cornell bill.
Who knows (not really concerned either, just curious), but I did like the end-o-day momentum...upupup.
Holdin' long. Holdin' strong. Lovin' the ride.
lns
mastaflash, what are the column headers on that list of big block trades you posted?
Thanx,
lns
lol! Banks, I hope you're going to Vegas! BTW, I like the "ski" link...I can see that coming in REAL handy for ski conditions at whatever mountain you are at.
Gotta those GPS patents! I'm sure it won't be long unitl "weather" will take you to The Weather Channel online to give the latest weather conditions exactly in the location you are!
GOTTA LOVE THOSE GPS PATENTS!!!!
OT: Funny quote, Banks. lol! EOM
OT: Cool link. Thanx, cloud8. eom
The launch of the Word Registry and the BIGBANG unveiling of PaperClick is sorely needed. The limitations of current search methods are really starting to come to light. Got spam in my mailbox that pointed to this...

All signs are pointing north.
Viper: May have to do w/ the NEOM's 10Q that came out earlier this week, who knows. The paint division #'s looked pretty good.
OT: Banks...shock for some, patience for others. EOM
lol!...I've been trying, Stockgal, but haven't had much time since it came out yesterday.
I do think though that it's gotta be minor or it would've been jumped on by now.
smaggarduf, I know what the 10Q represents and the 10K, but what was posted yesterday was a "10KSB/A, Amendment to a previously filed 10KSB", in reference to the previous 10KSB which was filed 3/4/05.
My question still is, because I haven't been able to find anything...
What was amended? Has anybody been able to find anything different? Maybe I really am blind.
Thanx,
lns
OT: hangdog, maybe they should trademark that and add one more to it...
LONG & STRONG & LOVIN' THE RIDE!!!!
:)
Revised 10K: Outside of laying them down side-by-side, where can it be found what the ammendment is. It's not jumping out at me, but then again I'm blind.
Thanx,
lns
OT: Much Thanx, sleuthhounds and 10Q disectors! EOM
rocketeer: Yahoo! doesn't illustrate the fine fluctuations well at all. Yes, it does look flatlined, but it is doing it's normal ups/downs, however small.

I see it your way, ruden. Having never actually used PaperClick before, I would imagine that to use PaperClick, one would have to "set" the phone to take a "picture" of the barcode but the "picture" isn't an actual picture at all but rather a "reading" of the URL information tied to the specific barcode which would then take you (your cellphone) to whatever internet location the owner of that barcode wants the "PaperClicker" to go to.
This Virgin thing appears to be actually taking a "physical" picture of the barcode where upon redemption at checkout the image of the barcode is pulled up on the cellphone screen by the customer who then would hand their phone to the cashier where the barcode is then scanned for the "coupon" value redemption just like any other paper coupon is scanned at checkout.
That would seem to be a tedious prospect if you walked around a store and took pictures of a multitude of barcode "coupons" and then had to retrieve them one-by-one, handing your cellphone to the cashier to scan the each image separately.
I wonder if they could organize many barcode images on one screen shot and then have them all scanned at once by the cashier.
Interesting concept although on the surface, I don't think it's related to NeoMedia's patents at all.
jd_6: Thank you so much for the LLLOOOONNNGGG experienced timing of the 10Q. Very nice tunes to the ears of a NEOmite! eom
OT: I-Pod on my cell phone? To be honest, I never really understood the draw to Walkman's anyway. Put 'em on and block out the world. What fun is that?
moxa1: That's because they were in an April filing. This is the 10Q which only talks about events that took place up to 3/31/04.
Bouncy, bouncy, bouncy goes the ball! EOM
y3xxx: What, so easily disuaded? C'mon, now. eom
OH, NO! WHat are we gonna do??? LMAO!!!....
"The Company cannot be certain that anticipated revenues from operations will be sufficient to satisfy its ongoing capital requirements. Management's belief is based on the Company's operating plan, which in turn is based on assumptions that may prove to be incorrect. If the Company's financial resources
are insufficient the Company may require additional financing in order to execute its operating plan and continue as a going concern. The Company cannot predict whether this additional financing will be in the form of equity, debt, or another form. The Company may not be able to obtain the necessary additional capital on a timely basis, on acceptable terms, or at all. In any of these events, the Company may be unable to implement its current plans for expansion, repay its debt obligations as they become due or respond to competitive pressures, any of which circumstances would have a material dverse effect on its business, prospects, financial condition and results of operations."
RonMexico: You're right. At first glance it was obvious that this was a decent 10Q...higher revenue (net sales up 113%), higher gross profit (up 577%), lower debt, more cash =
GOTTA LOVE IT!!
OT: I, for one, would like to stress TS's words here if I may...
"Based on the activities of the last week, I can forecast that this firm expects to announce a Fortune 100 company equity/licensing deal in the very near future - and we should expect to see the stock at $1 or more near-term as a result."
