Their HORSES might be leaving their starting gate but their JOCKIES are still in the parking lot.
They appear to me to be scrappin' to get on board...late to the party and trying to catch up.
NeoMedia on the other hand has the whole team working smoothly together as a cohesive unit. Their horse is well fed, well trained, ridden by the top jockey and MORE than prepared to win this derby.
Actually, all of this "competition" popping up everywhere, IMO, bodes well for the future success of NeoMedia. It just proves that m-commerce is on its way to being the new BIG wave of advertising.
Does anybody know the state of NeoMedia's patents in the UK? Are they valid, pending or not applied for yet? And, if they are still "pending" (since they pretty much have to go country-by-country), what was the date they applied for them compared to when Mobiqa applied for theirs?
