Almost. Don't believe everything that people say (especially in investing)as a lot of time there is a motive behind what someone says. That motive can be to drive the stock up or that motive can be to bring the stock down.
The other word of advice, don't believe anything some people say. You get to know who those people are by their words on these boards. Some of these people can discredit themselves rather quickly.
Are they intelligent or just full of **.

Being self sustaining without the need to sell more shares to get there sounds good enough to me.
They also have their roaming messenger technology that is an ace in the hole if it ever sprouts wings as a result of government interest. The roaming messenger technology is the driving force in my ownership of shares in this company and what that technology may one day bring to this company. Zingerang does has exclusive rights to the roaming messenger technology but Warp 9 still owns the technology.
The email that WHATAMITHINKING wrote, was poorly organized. That was probably the problem. The top part I trust, was WHATAMITHINKING's own interpretation.
The bottom part appeared to be the CEO's reply, although I think HLNT should learn how to type Dongfeng Motors, if they are doing business with them.

This is how it really went down
Questions
1,Has defong expressed any desire to merge or aquire your product?
2,Why would they require EPA emissions if no thoughts of a deal?
3,What are you going to do to raise pps and shareholder value?
4,Why not do a buyback of o/s which will increase shareholder value , reduce shares on the market, allow more rapid jumps in shareholder price?
5,How long until a complete audit will be released?
6,What other things should we as shareholders be looking foward to?
7,When will you move to otcbb?
8.When do you expect substantial revenue to come in?
9.What do you personnaly believe the pps should be worth in 1 year time?
Answers
1, Yes, why the hell would they be requesting us to put our device on their vehicles and do emissions testing.
2, Because they are interested and have to conform to set standards.
3, Keep plugging along and be deligent in delivering a good product to the market.
4, Stupid question. We already told you that we put the cap down to 6 billion and we are currently trying to get it lower. Let us run our own business.
5, no comment, that would be insider trading
6, Have you read our posts?
7, no comment (that would be insider information)
8, It all takes time.
9, Do you think I am a fortune teller. There are a lot of variables.
Please get someone else to ask us questions next time, these are stupid questions. Whatwereyouthinking.
Whatwereyouthinking? This sounds like terrible news and something doesn't line up. Whey would you post such crap.
It would have been better if you had not said a thing.
I do not think I believe those answers.
We are also very excited about our multiple gas analyzer being delivered this week. Upon delivery, we will begin testing and document how effective our hydrogen generator is in reducing emissions."
You really don't read well do you. They received the instrument THIS WEEK, brilliant one. They will now begin to get solid test results that Donfeng Motor can take to the bank. One of the members on this board (another investor) also invested in this technology and claims it saves them hundreds of dollars.
It doesn't matter how long the road is as long as there is positive news from time to time for instance news about their donfeng relationship and donfeng as a sold customer. Maybe a little news on some revenue. We don't have to hit the jackpot all at once. I am satisfied at taking a profit. Buying back and waiting again for more news.
Where are your shares? You still never answered the question?
Hopefully SSEV is holding back on news so that after the name change they can then release the good news. That would be a smart way to do things. Lets keep our fingers crossed.
Can you reiterate on that.
Why? It just costs us more money via Ameritrade or whereever.
If news comes with the name change (revenue etc.) then it will be very good.
Han,
You and I probably have similar sediment when it comes to this stock, however there is part of me that still thinks this stock will go WAY up (all of a sudden)and never look back. I have seen this type of thing happen over and over and over again.
Why next week. Are you basing that comment on anything?
Why next week. Are you basing that comment on anything?
Senator, I hope so.
I think SSEV fell behind on financial statements to the SEC.
All the pinkies will say they care about their shareholders. They want your money.
(shareholders best interest in mind so they said).
I do not know why anyone is getting riled up about the PPS.
This company is still solid and surviving on their earnings not on the sale of stock.
I saw an article which I posted on this board that PPS before the end of 2010 is estimated to go as high as 5 cents so stop worrying.
I tossed it (phone number) after my last discussion with him. I sold my shares a couple of days later. I did send a phone number out in a past post that at least got you to someone who could get you to JD.
If it hit a reverse I would sell instantaneously and wouldn't lose a thing.
I did, when I sent out a long post after speaking briefly with JD. That is why I got out. The man has no interest in the stock investors. He is only interested in his project.
After he spoke to me, he said he might put something out there saying there was no NDA, but obviously he did not do that.
I no longer like the man for what he is doing to his investors.
I may buy back in now that it is bid 1 and ask 2 as July is not too far off. If something becomes of this stock than it will go quite a ways up. I would only buy back in at .0001 so I could sell if need be and only lose the cost of the trades.
The PPS will be .0021
One thing on any otc bulletin board stock. In the initial phases, the company has to generate some kind of revenue for its bills and acquisions. The good thing I see with MIKP is a CEO that is not lying dormant (doing nothing), but is taking some kind of action.
Diversity will win OVER one little specialization.
Diversity in this company is a good thing.
I like the direction that we are heading.
What are your thoughts on it (this stock)? Good Deal or Not good Deal?
They do not have an NDA, that fell through.
500,000,000 not 5 billion.
It already has been diluted. At least we have something more going here than when it was Pine Ridge Holdings (PINR.
We had a couple of .001's earlier this week, when it went up to .0015.
It has been flopping up and down like a fish out of water.
Use common sense here. Things are falling in place like Mike the Pike said. Look at the Servenation Website for proof.
Because it benefits people and is a good cause.
It is called charity. Along with all of that this is turning multi dimensional (mikp that is). Don't hinge too much on one thought (servenation) otherwise you may loose the meaning in all of your big words. If you have shares, sell them to me. I will buy them at this price.
If Mike the Pike picked up a hot potatoe in Servenation, he must have had a good reason to. You are digging up old news. Let old news be old news. Servenation is a good thing. The old crap that happened has quieted down. Servenation is an excellent idea and it doesn't cost MIKP a penny. Besides, look at all of the other developments in the works.
This was based on an issue a long time ago regarding copycat
greeting card fraud companies. MIKP picked up on servenation after the fact. I do not think this amounts to a hill of beans.
Must be bill paying time again.
Don't forget, patient shareholders will be rewarded.
Quote: JD
You just have to hope JD is on the up and up otherwise he might be in trouble.
Chris,
If I were you, I would wait until .0001 as this thing is going to RS. JD has no interest in retaining shareholder value.
His only interest is that the shareholders support his research.
That is the bottom line.
It definitely will get there (or lower) if news doesn't come out really soon.
I think until there are results from the testing or reported revenues this thing will bounce up and down. But woe to that investor who hasn't purchased any when it starts flying never to return to sub penny levels again.
You might as well at that point go looking for another 10+ bagger.
What do the following figures mean?
(40,000,000/11,744,855,284=.0034
I know we are up to several billion shares out there and it (the stock is so watered down that .0001 is likely.
Usually after a reverse the stock goes down again. So who is the winner here.
Davenport or us or Everyone.
I cannot see it being us. I think we are being used to finance his expeditions based on false hope (and that hope based on ficticious statements made by JD).
I spoke to him several times. The last time I spoke to him he contradicted himself on how they (SYMW) were getting their money.
First it was from an outside source then it was from the sale of stock. Which one was it.
9 Vote 0 Sympowerco Corp (PINK:SYMW) Falls Closer to The Bottom
Date: Mar 18, 2010
For investors, holding Sympowerco Corp (PINK:SYMW, SYMW message board) has been a rollercoaster ride straight down. No investors in the stock today can say that they are profitable.
The shares have dropped another 33% recently to .0002. That is not a typo, the shares are 2/100ths of one penny. The lowest price a stock can be quoted for is .0001. Sympowerco is only one more downtick away from the bottom of the market.
.0001 is a favorite among die hard penny stock speculators. Because you can purchase 10 million shares for one thousand dollars. And if it goes up you will really have an astronomical gain. But this is also one of the riskiest types of investments. The risks include liquidity and large trading spreads. But just because a stock is .0001 does not mean it cannot go any lower. They can always reverse split the shares and start dropping again. It is possible to buy at .0001 and still lose 99% or 100% of your investment.
Sympowerco is no stranger to paying their bills by diluting their stock. You can see this in their dilution history below. With so many billions of shares in the Market, and the price nearing the lowest possible quotation, reverse split may be not far away.

COMPANY: WARP 9
SYMBOL: WNYN
Summary:NanoCap Gems is profiling Warp 9, symbol WNYN. The company’s shares currently sell for less than a penny, and our goal for this company is over 5 cents a share in the next 12 months. The company is coming into historically, its best performing quarter, and certain factors have resulted in what we feel makes this a tremendous value right now.

Its suite of software platforms are designed to help online retailers maximize the Internet channel by using Warp 9’s technologies for online catalogs, e-mail marketing campaigns, and interactive visual merchandising. Financial Highlights: PE: 4 Price to Sales: .63 Market Cap: 2 million Quarterly Revenue Growth: 40% 52 Week High: 3 cent 52week low: .006 cents Cash Flow: Positive, Quarter: Sep. 07
Commentary: We have followed this company for years, as they have morphed their business model from a software security company, called Roaming Messenger, to now an on-line catalog/website enhancer, through visual merchandising. At one time, this company possess a “killer app” in the security industry, and have now sort of spun off this idea, to a company called Zingerang Software(incidentally, a startup company founded by Michael Chuises, former Roaming Messenger Vice-President of Engineering. This deal seems pretty good for Warp 9, although this replaces an earlier deal that was lucrative as well. But it allows WNYN to share in future royalties, while keeping the patents.) Warp 9 now competes in the internet space with its application software, and while a “baby” in this industry, it has some resilience to the economic slowdown, with its pricing model. Warp 9 earns fee income from its solid retail base, a real key being in that it includes fixed monthly charges, and variable fees based on the sales volume of their clients’ e-commerce websites. Unlike traditional software companies that sell software on a perpetual license where quarterly and annual revenues are quite difficult to predict, their SaaS model spreads the collection of contract revenue over several quarters or years and makes the revenues more predictable for a longer period of time. With its most recent quarter in the books, the company made over 2.2 million in revenues in fiscal ’07 , comparing quite favorably to ’06, where the company made 1.3 million, a significant ramp-up. The most recent quarter saw a jump in revenues of 40%, from 433,000 to 604,000. Cash on hand went from over $100,000 to over $500,000 this past quarter. The company seemed to have turned a corner, as the company finished with a cash flow positive quarter, and a price to earnings of 4. Yes….4. An aggressive PE for a technology company could easily be in the 30’s and 40’s, or negative in fact. Cash flow positive, low PE, revenue ramp-up, increasing cash, unheard of in our opinion for a company this size. Just what gives here? Digging deeper, the company consummated a convertible debt offering with Cornell Capital Partner, LP. in 2005, resulting in dilution of its shares. In the quarter ending September 07 for example, the company issued over 17 million shares in exchange for Cornell’s convertibles. This is bound to way on the share price of the company as this goes on, and this we feel is the main reason for the price suppression. The CEO has to figure a solution here, as this would really help the share price maintain some stability. Still, it is way over done, in our opinion, resulting in a great opportunity for investors.
NanoCap Gem’s conclusion: Warp 9 has a market cap of 2 million, a very tiny speck in the internet industry. And it sells for just .63 time’s sales, way, way undervalued. With ramping-up revenues, cash flow positive, and a positive price to earnings, this company could easily be selling for 6 or 7 times sales, and a price to earnings of say 40. This would get you a price of nearly 8 cents! Although highly speculative, we feel this company is tremendously undervalued, and the word on the street will get this company noticed eventually , helping the share price in the near future, if not later. We placed a very doable 5 cent price tag on this company, within 12 months. Historically, the winter quarter has been the highest for this company and industry, and NanoCap Gems feel’s nows the time to accumulate Warp 9’s shares, with a significant price increase, potentially coming next quarter. We feel the price is near a bottom, with tremendous upside in the next 12 months!
