NOB, what does it mean when the ask is below the pps - other than it's an obvious tactic for the MM's to further reduce the pps? A few minutes ago the pps was 0026 and the ask was 0023.
I took a page from your book to just see what they'd do with it and put a (small/75K) buy order in at .003. They filled it at 0023.
Thx
I'm starting to buy in little chunks...the bit you see now is me, and I'm feeling pretty good about it too.
Well, I for one claimed I'd be buying a lot on significant dips...and I have not as yet. Didn't have the money in my account to back up that ...but as of right now I do, so will be looking to hit these lower #'s tomorrow if they're sticking around. So I kinda hope they do, for a bit anyway.
If this thing tests what some have qualified as the lower supports this week...a part of me wouldn't mind because i'll be able to- and will - load up several million more - which i can't do so much at the higher levels. So I don't mean to tempt fate...but bring it on!
Huge NOB - nice hit, awesome timing, puts a different slant on my Friday night - thanks!
Just to second your point, whigkid, one of my credit cards was compromised as well. No doubt the Identity Theft protection market GRDO plays in is HOT; more importantly, the long-term trending for where this is going is significant.
Nice to be in at these levels with a co. like GRDO that's agressively acquiring co.'s, customers & larger revenue streams in this growing market!!!
picked up a lil' afternoon snack of 0027's...
A bit strange. Scottrade sent me the news as well. I'll post here, if it's inappropriate please delete.

ya, we're all in trouble if it's up to me, lol, ...but I did tap the .003 ASK for 250K a few minutes ago, the pps upticked to 0029. No big deal there, but still demonstrates a low float imo.
Well now I REALLY want those 1M additional shares at these prices, so they're going to have to play more games to keep them away from me...but I'll start earlier in the day next time and we should all chase 'em up. It obviously just takes little hits to push the thing up. They down-tick it on smaller sells, but if we keep chipping away at it at the lower levels it would be intersting to see what price levels can be reached...before it pops.
I placed the 1M buy order @ 3:40, got filled 50K quickly, took 10 minutes to get another 50K, they upticked ask to 0032, then just before the close, ask back down to 0028, at which point they only give me another 50K. They didn't want to give me the shares.
Ya, I've learned I don't know enough to make much noise - but I bought into GRDO in the mid 00's, made some money on one of the mini-runs, and am holding/accumulating for a bigger one.
This is a good stock for someone like me. Not sure why there isn't more volume on it - it's been easy to make money on so far...and we've got potentially significant news/pr's in the near term to keep this thing rolling, and most of the chart indicators point towards a nice run given expected news & volume. About as good as it gets for me at this point in time.
Just got a partial fill at 0028 - trying for 1M, got 50K so far. Doing this more out of boredom than anything!
NO, not at all chucker! Not any comment on you whatsoever, and sorry if it seemed that way. I only know how to post in response to someone, as opposed to posting to "none" - and your post alluded to some things I had zero insight on, which only re-enforced the sense that I'm over my head in this.
I didn't say I was "useless." I said I was "clueless." While there may be a connection there, my point was simply that I clearly don't know what's happening to this stock or why (hence "clueless") so I'm going to stop posting my thoughts as well as rebuttals to others who bash. I used to do that a lot.
It was a weak "thinking out loud" kind of post on my part, but I was feeling pretty disheartened that I bought into the blue-sky-breakout stuff and didn't sell more of my substantial holdings at a fantastic profit, as it seeems most of the other "longs" did. It cost me big-time. Live and learn. No way am I selling at these levels though. BBDA, clearly, has more life in it with KOMA and it's sponsorship of Hardy - if they can figure out how to connect that interest in the product and/or stock.
Best,
Carter
Right - appreciate your advice zoonall. I'm not selling my shares now, just bowing out from posting because I'm more convinced than ever I don't have any wisdom to share, ie don't have a sense for where this thing goes or why. I sold some on the last run but not nearly enough. Still have alot which I'll hold "long" until this has another good size run, as opposed to something just in the high trips.
Sometimes think I'm the most clueless person who posts on this board. This post makes me think this even more so. I obviously don't know what's going on with anything related to this stock and I should probably bow out. Just thinking out loud. All the best to all of you.
Carter
Here, I think Shehzada's post from last night is the most relevant:
...As Bebida Beverages gets noticed by more and more eyes, there will be tag team efforts by many to spin a different curve of the available facts.
What investors have to understand is that Bebida Beverages is less than 6 months old. They continue to sponsor an athlete who won the UFC 95 fight on Saturday (Feb. 21st, 2009). They are teaming up with Enzyme Environmental to develop enzyme enhanced formulations of the Koma Energy Drink. They currently are producing Piranha Spring Water. They have reduced Outstanding Shares by 50 Million.
Hey booger, you know no such thing (of course)!
Ok, fair enough Boxer Joe. I don't think you're just taking shots. I was reacting to the comments of "pretty lame all around" that you agreed with, adding "pretty disappointing" to your final analysis of the event. My take away, and most peeps, is this was a clear-cut & phenomenal victory for Dan Hardy and his sponsors - among which BBDA's Piranha logo is by far the most conspicuous and the most closely associated with this global UFC star-in-the-making. 5.5 million tv audience last night alone...."A" rating in my book; we'll just have to agree to disagree on this.
Best,
Carter
Wyatt has already posted that he will when they become available. He's done a great job with keeping the board updated. Thanks Wyatt!
Boxer Joe, your reply is a thoughtful one so for now I'll take your comments as sincere and not purposefully (negatively) manipulative.
But you demonstrate no understanding of how branding works. Do you know major brands such as Nike, etc. - spent enormous amounts of time and $ generating grassroots exposure with the skate-board club scene in various parts of CA - to generate interest and a "cool" following among the young male demographic? I do, because I've spent some time in this industry - and have friends who specifically do this kind of corporate work. At this level of branding it's about authenticity and the generating "cool" factor among grassroots trend setters. (read Malcolm Gladwell's "Tipping Point" to understand this better, it's a quick, easy read).
Your idea of having Dan Hardy come out and proclaim his love for Piranha water just after the fight would be about as authentic and cool as the embarassing football players who say they're going to DisneyLand after the super-bowl. That would not help the brand, it would hurt the brand. For where Piranha is in it's lifecycle, this kind of brand exposure is spot on.
I'm telling you, you're out of your element in posting about this. This was very good branding exposure for BBDA - almost better than they could have hoped for when this started out. Your positioning it as an oppty lost, unfortunately, only reveals your ignorance. Hard words maybe, but true.
This was POSITIVE for BBDA, bottomline, can't spin it any other way!
Great point prof...Dan Hardy has crafted his own brand around the piranha brand/bandana. Goes beyond a logo on a piece of paper ringside. His picture & persona getting wider/international exposure elevates BBDA's branding specifically!
Boxer Joe, methinks you've been hit in the head too many times! There is no negative to take away from Hardy's win and the branding that's being achieved by BBDA for their product! Nice try, but no cigar BJ!
This is very clearly a successful branding sponsorship for BBDA thus far!
Hardy frigging CLOCKED Rory Markham!!! Hard to see the punch and the impact on Markham in the first camera angle - but in the slow-mo replay at the end of the fight they show the better angle and you can see Markham's head snap back violently, then lose his feet. The punch Hardy threw when Markham was down landed as well - but he was already in la-la land by then.
This is the kind of violent take-down of a "tough guy" that generates a name in the UFC. Very, very good stuff - and that Pirahna logo is the only thing you can look at when Hardy first comes out. Evil looking thing & good branding for BBDA to start capitalizing on, and more so if/when Hardy keeps it up.
ATTACK THOSE 8's!!! I've got my buy order in and it is S L O W !!!
KEEP THIS BUYING PRESSURE UP!!! A bit more to close out the day AHEAD - Everyone buy at the ASK - get the orders in, this continues up!
I got my fill at 0007, so let's move 'er UP!!!!
well hop on any bus you can Jorgey - you're a great presence on this board!
I don't know how Jorgey did...but I didn't give him advice I wasn't taking myself...I just couldn't get any 6's. I'm back in line for the 0007's...see if Im still the ugly rh'd stepchild that gets ignored.
This is like a bad dream. I mean, my money's good. Trying to buy a ticket to the dance. At the Ask. I showered. Put on deoderant. I'm not bad lookin'. How is it my 0006 buy gets passed over...
Well, I don't get it. i've had a measly 1M buy at the ask (0006) for quite awhile and they don't seem to want it at Scottrade.
Is anyone getting their 0006 buy orders filled? Mine is taking for freaking ever!
I've had a buy order in at .0006 - and even with the pps at 5 it's not going through.
better in at 0006 and participate in the next run... btw, I've had an order in at 6 for awhile now and it's not getting filled...
Excellent - very good to see you in this role $treet Trader!

When he enters that stage piranha water will get a ton of exposure. From a branding standpoint, that's what it's all about. Go BBDA!
I think it's clear there are some posters that want this stock to go down. You need to have more than 5 days exposure to this to understand the volitility.
That's right Alton! Everyone should be highly suspect of the posters that we only hear from on the downticks...and are SILENT on the upticks. Their motives are plain & easy to see. Do not fall for their transparent scare-tactics. They are certainly NOT looking out for you.
I'm in 100% agreement with you Green for the same reasons. I'm really enjoying, and respect, your posts here.
I'm guilty of that mindset and do not feel great about it right now as you might imagine Cordog. I believe there will be more opportunities for profit taking however, at higher prices. We shall see. I appreciate your input.
