well, it's at 0005 currently, at 2:26 on a Friday afternoon, so your dire projections have not come true as yet pchouston...and with BBDA being acquired last week by an up & running beverage/energy drink company with existing distribution & retail channels, it seems to me the more likely/logical pps direction is NORTH. We'll see...
jundtman, I think this messsage is meant for you:
include this
[ chart ] link to image [ /chart ]
in your message
or email it to me and I will do it
reefguy@bellsouth.net
thx - greedfl!
I'm adding here...
I don't know how to do it either jundtman, hopefully someone steps up here...I'm just really hoping there are no pictures of shirtless men wearing hardhats on the KOMA can like on the potencia website, lol...
exactly...and literally overnight is what they expect. This is going to catch many flat-footed.
easy guys, this is in the infancy of playing out. it's valued as a shell company right now & from all the info. we have now - it's not a shell. If new information comes to light to change that, then obviously there'd be a reevaluation - aside from that, I view this as one of the quality oppty buys.
IR is Chris Hoffmann. Email: choffmannjr@gmail.com.
Don't have his phone # handy but it's in the latest PR's. I emailed him yesterday and got a response today. No confirmation of a Weber video. In regards to the Pinksheet's CE designation he wrote: "Yes we are working with pinksheets to update company info." Sounds like Wyatt Lee our Mod is pretty concerned about that. Wonder if he knows somthing we don't?
now that it's past midnight I can post again - hit my limit for Thurs at 11:45pm, lol - I'll have to stop being so cheap and pay the whatever to post however much I want (which would present a new set of problems more than likely)
...but re nootropics, it encompasses a fairly wide-range of pyscho-stimulants, from herbs to amphetimines, to a range of 'racitams' (ie piracitam, which I have a bottle of actually) - but loosely speaking, my guess is other bev'g's have some nootropics in them (most likely some herbal variations), such as "Drank", but I don't see nootropics as being part of Dranks branding, and therefore their market. Don't know what Weber's plans are with the KOMA line of drinks, but from the language he's using in the PR, it sounds like he's getting closer to branding this as a health & anti-aging relaxation bev'g.
The classic nootropic compounds are very safe, clinically tested over decades, so you're right in terms of side effects. Some are all natural, some are not. Some are legal/OTC (over the counter), some are prescription only. But thats just semantics in terms of branding the product. What's interesting to me where Weber wants to take this...
I don't mean to be singling you out RvR, but I think you hit on something again here, re "smart drink." I have about 10 years exp. selling into the pharma industry (mostly R&D, and clinical) - and I'm familiar w/ & definitely focused on the word "nootropics" in that PR. That word is no accident, and is not one I've seen associated yet in any bev'g. I think it's key to the market they're looking to not just enter, but to spearhead. (unless there are other bev'g co.'s doing this that I haven't heard of).
This fits squarly into the "anti-aging" market - "nootropics" does, and it has to do with brain chemistry, reducing stress hormones, increasing the oxygen supply in the brain - "smart drugs", cognitive enhancers, memory enhancers - on and on...and it's growing multi-million $ (billion?) market. Again, I have not seen it yet associated with a beverage. This is something I'm going to look into further, but wow. I think you've focused on something key here. And I'm very intrigued.
Agreed blockbuster! and this is gonna be fun...
those are some nice #'s you're accumulating shorty...I only got rid of 7M on the last run to 0024 (oh well!) so I'm holding well into the 8 digits myself currently. It'll all be good soon enough...
Exactly - great point RvR. For where this is headed a tick or two isn't significant & we should buy at the ask if the bid ain't workin'. Not a crime either way, but I guess the point is to accumulate now. I'm probably a broken record but with real product, distribution & retail, .000's are soon history. Those are shell co. #'s & bbda/potencia is no shell.
hey, relax man...PW saw some differences and pointed them out.
zactly!
exactly shinebox! lol, this is getting better than a bad movie! now jimmy won't be able to go to college! Oh NO!!! lol, there's a manic quality starting to set in that I'm really starting to enjoy...
it's funny, NOB - you can really sense the fear that's building in his posts...we must be getting very close to serious lift off!
who could possibly think ridiculously about flip´s arguments? they are as fountains of wisdom washing over this board! again, and again, and again!
ty jundtman, another poster pointed me in the direction of the PR's and the IR contact Chris Hoffman, choffmannjr@gmail.com, & I sent him an email as well.
LOL
Thx - I was taking the lazy way out of finding the IR contact info by posting here - OK, I'm good!
jundtman, can you confirm the name & email address of the new IR, for us to send questions to? (if it's updated on this board, sorry - just don't see it, still seeing Adam's info.).
In an earlier post you indicated it might be lReyes@potenciaenergy.com - that's Lucy Reyes, who is in Sales & Marketing....
I just left a message on DLR's main #, and sent an email to Weber as well, but thought I'd double check with you as you seem to already have the connections here. Thx.
well, I like the "Koma is cream" part...and your ID is tops...Somatochlora, sure as hell beats Nilpas, lol -
well look at that! Potencia kicks red bull's ass in the caffeine dept., which, as a guy who used to stock up on jolt cola, I see as a major plus. Nice digging variant. What they need to do is now is incorporate some kind of substance that isn't yet illegal but will be once they popularize it. Something like effedrine was a few years back.
man, had a good belly laugh with this post, thx clec - let's talk in a wk or two...
lol...
hey thx buddy, right back atcha, we're gonna make some dough here, and it isn't going to be like that hellish wait like before!
yw Ionized, & thx..as well snake eyes.
Ok, I'm with you!
yep - agreed variant. And I think this acquisition has been in the works for awhile, and while not "kink-free," there's going to be a series of business executions - PR'd - that will reveal the business plan that has been in the works. As this continues along, the pps will jump further on expectations.
And I also think this thing is at a tipping point from a pps perspective that will leave the flippers and those hoping to load/reload in the lower trip zero's with empty hands & a comparitively thin bankroll. But we shall see!
Hey variant - I appreciate that response; we should be picking this stuff apart.
My take on BBDA - pre-Potencia acquisition - was it was an exceptionally profitable pk scam co. to trade. What I am comparing BBDA TODAY to is what it was just one week ago: a company with zero distribution (i'm not counting the Fla skate park, lol), zero retail, and zero revenue, run by someone who had zero background in the bev'g industry. Net: zero potential except as a PK play, which inevitably would end up at 0002 or thereabouts.
All of that changed last Thursday when Potencia acquired BBDA.
- NEW MGMT WITH PROVEN BEV’G PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & DISTRIBUTION BACKGROUND ON BOARD
Proven what? Is it a successful product that's netting him millions? As a share holder, I would want the new CEO to be a successful entrepreneur. Thus far, he's raced cars and didn't do well, he's got a construction business and his web site is anything but professional, his VP tried to acquire Potencia which makes me wonder what the motive was for that. To date, he doesn't have a great track record but I'm hoping this new opportunity will change things.
Here is what's proven:
- Distribution channels across the U.S. currently in place
- Retail locations/shelf space currently in place
- A mgmt. team that developed the product, negotiated the distribution & retail agreements, & grew the business. In other words, a mgmt team that is demonstrably growing the business and not trying to make money by scamming investors w/ zero plans to actually execute the business plans. That's one of my main points. I mean, a Warren Buffet isn't going to suddenly take an interest in co. that's basically valued at next to nothing (BBDA at 0006) and try to grow it. But I'm THRILLED that Brian Weber and Daisy Fuentes or whatever her name is did! Shite man, they've only had the co. for less than a week at this point, but look at what they've brought: a PROVEN BACKGROUND in DEVELOPING a BEV'G PRODUCT, CLOSING DISTRIBUTION CONTRACTS, LAUNCHING THE PRODUCT in this very lucrative and growing niche in the bev'g industry.
That's what got peeps so excited about BBDA in the first place - the potential for this - when it first ran to 006. Now, here we are at 0006, with an actual product launch near-term (and not water). Do you really think we're staying here in the trip zero's? I don't! Not with real business infrastructure in place. That's what I think people are not quite catching onto yet. But I believe they will, and soon.
- KOMA'S IMMENENT RELEASE INTO EXISTANT DISTRIBUTION & RETAIL CHANNELS
Now here's a perfect example as to why BBDA's share prices haven't gone up. Since when does a company "Launch" a new product with a 2 day PR campaign and then when you go to the Bebida web site, there is no product information for it? That's a major red flag. Additionally, Ricardo Markarios is still the owner according to the contact page.
If Brian wants support from his share holders, he's got to show the world a product when he launches it.
When Koma is launched (and it is not yet, so I don't know what you're talking about) it will be through EXISTING DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS. We already know they can develop and launch a product, we already know they have distribution channels...now we get to see them do it with BBDA's KOMA. As for the other stuff, they just bought the company, which is presently valued at almost nothing, 6 days ago, lol.
- A CLEAR & IMMEDIATE PATH TO "REAL" BRAND DEVELOPMENT & REVENUE
That has yet to be shown.
To borrow a phrase from one of the ihub posters I see around...YOU ARE WRONG! (lol) There IS a path to brand dev. and revenue! It's already in place. In a sense, the hard initial work is done, in terms of getting the distribution and initial retail shelf space channels set up. What they do now is slide KOMA into the mix. This is what I mean by "path." Compared to where we [iwere, we are now MUCH MUCH closer to monetizing an actual BBDA product. With the Potencia business infrastructure already in place, 0006 is just not a sustainable pps, imho.
- STRONG EXPECTION OF MULTIPLE BUSINESS-BASED PR’S TO DRIVE BRAND & INVESTMENT INTEREST IN ADDITION TO PROBABLE COMPELLING TV EVENTS SUCH AS NASCAR, UFC/HARDY, ETC
Forget NASCAR -- from what I have read, he no longer owns or races for them. Even his web site www.brianweberracing.com has been abandoned. To date, he has quite a few business ventures but they all seem a bit sketchy. Potencia seems to be his (and his VPs) best creation which will hopefully open the doors for BBDA.
Forget NASCAR? LOL, why? Weber doesn't need to be racing the damn car to have product placement on one 'em! See the pictures of the NASCAR cars (?) with "Potencia" on them? Ok? Now, picture "KOMA" instead!
I will agree with you as soon as Brian get his priorities straight. I would have long sold my 15M shares but I do feel that something good may come out of this -- even if it is for short term.
End of day we're probably not that far apart on this then. Bottom-line: BBDA has gone to 006 and 0024 on nothing in the recent past. We now have the business infrastructure we've been screaming for for the past 6 months - to get us in the game for real. And when it happens, it's gonna happen FAST, and the peeps who flip and then want to drive the price down to 0002, will be left with their little profits, wondering if perhaps they should have held on for the massive profits that could have been theirs, if they had just looked at the obvious LEAP BBDA just made with this acquisition.
Sorry I've written so much. I got a few beers in the freezer that are in danger of exploding now, what the hell am i doing writing an essay?
Hey shorty - just getting caught up on posts and see your good work with those looking to invalidate, for their own gain, what is immediately apparent & relevant here:
- NEW MGMT WITH PROVEN BEV’G PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & DISTRIBUTION BACKGROUND ON BOARD
- KOMA'S IMMENENT RELEASE INTO EXISTANT DISTRIBUTION & RETAIL CHANNELS
- A CLEAR & IMMEDIATE PATH TO "REAL" BRAND DEVELOPMENT & REVENUE
- STRONG EXPECTION OF MULTIPLE BUSINESS-BASED PR’S TO DRIVE BRAND & INVESTMENT INTEREST IN ADDITION TO PROBABLE COMPELLING TV EVENTS SUCH AS NASCAR, UFC/HARDY, ETC
These triple zero prices are going to go away from BBDA for good in the near future is the only conclusion I can reach when I look at these recent developments & PR’d near-term developments.
I am loaded up & loading more.
SELLERS BEWARE: WHEN IT GOES IT AIN’T COMING BACK… & READING THE TEA LEAVES & CHARTS WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH LITTLE CONSOLATION AT THAT TIME. WHEN THIS MOVES UP, IT MOVES UP FAST.
“Final touches are being put to packaging and labeling of the product before its release as it is made available to all of BBDA and Potencia USA distribution partners in the near future.”

thanks for the help! lol
I agree 100% variant. This is a different deal now, with an actual product driving revenue through existing distribution channels into retail chains...this thing's gonna pop.
Yup - I'm thinking exactly the same...20's would still work for me, teens I'd be feeling a little giddy.
more GRDO cheapies - I wants 'em. I have an OK position of several mill of GRDO, but could REALLY ramp up if things work out, we'll see...
A lot of action and profit taking on other plays going on that can definately trickle into GRDO causing an uptrend affect just in time for the other PRs to make the run.
This is MY plan PW, and I really hope the timing lines up...and it's looking like it might...
like Koma with a shot of nyquil....
lol, in all seriousness I would buy that product by the case!
oh, surprise surprise, scottrade has bbda on their restricted list...gotta call it in. why do they do that again?
after I make my first mill off BBDA I'll spend some time relaxing with some creative koma concoctions, lol
