I wonder how much of today's announcements were already priced in?
Also, my wife tells me that she read that we may be getting another stimulous check later this year but Bush wants to see the full effects of the last one. Anyone else read that or have a link? I haven't been able to verify... not that I don't trust my wife. hehehe
But, if that's true, that may explain the rally as well.
Yeah, my .WBTR WB AUG 12.5 Puts aren't doing as well as I'd hoped. Maybe they'd be better off if Wachovia posted a 30% increase like Apple? LOL! What a farce. Just depends where the money is going.
.WBTR WB AUG 12.5 Puts @ 1.00
Amazing that I'm able to buy these so cheap today. I guess the premiums are priced out now so these ought to look really good in the near future, IMO.

.APVIL AAPL SEP 160 Calls
Couldn't resist. Looking for a quick flip today and may keep 2 contracts a bit longer. Unless it keeps falling, then I'll dump all of them. Let's see what happens.
After the most recent rally, IMO, traders/investors are waiting to see how the market reacts before starting a new sell off. A lot of folks are hoping they didn't buy at a premium last week... which seemed to be good prices at that time. LOL!
Let's see what oil does. http://biz.yahoo.com/ap/080722/oil_prices.html
So far, the oil speculators don't see Dolly as too much of a threat to supplies.
Masta are you hearing yourself, dufus actually getting a lawyer! Dufus couldn't even find the barn door, think if he did the horses would healthy and alive.
IF some of these believers would read the latest filing without the Rufus goggles on tight, they would find the statement that Rufus did NOT have the means to get an attorney.
I'm dumb founded why anyone is left believing that POS, SOB.
To make is simpler, if Rufus isn't lying, then why isn't he making an effort to sue any one of us for libel/slander? LOL! Even the folks he threatened to go after publicly over a year ago are not in the least concerned.
Interestingly enough, I read an article about foreclosures and what it costs banks. A foreclosure costs a lender on average 40k in expenses. The author said many people going through a foreclosure go through denial and NOT communicate with the lender, whereas, if people would do so, the lender would be more open to work with them.
Thinking about the ARM loans that basically double the payments. It seems that if someone is having trouble making the payment after the increase and headed towards losing the house, it would make more sense if the bank just took some initiative with the borrower and get them refinanced no matter the credit. To me, it seems the banks would make out much better that way and certainly better for the borrowers/economy.
I know if I were a lender, I would think real hard about creative ways to lessen the burden on my borrowers and interest rate terms just so I wouldn't have 1,000 houses to sell on the court steps.
I had a quote a long time ago and I've seen at least one other person use it. I actually made it up. LOL!
A pump is the direct opposite of a bash. Both are equally dangerous to a trading community. (that's what I remember of it).
Now, I remember a few days ago, you posted publicly on this board that you had info that you could not post publicly. You also said it was not insider info and something you DD'd while someone else asked you not to share it. LOL!
WTF do you call that? I call it a lie.
So while you're whining about thefraudstopper making money off of naive traders, stop and think for a microsecond about the money you and many others made off those same naive traders whilst pumping on this very board.
And that finishes my free posts of the day.
I had a CRAPPY two weeks before going on vacation 3 weeks ago. I didn't do squat while on vacation and came back VERY cautious.
This market makes NO sense and I consider myself lucky on the GOOG and IBM plays today. GM's in a lot of trouble so I'd watch for that one to go down (I have GM August 7.5 puts). I'll probably stick with playing only IBM until I get more comfortable with the market. There's nothing I'm interested in holding more than day win or lose.
Lastly, I have a straddle on BA (Boeing) for both puts and calls. Funny to watch one go green and the other red. later in the day, the opposite happens. The calls on BA should win though.
It's good to learn to play both ways. I made some nice change off selling puts on GOOG and IBM today. It's not that you hope it fails. It's just common sense that stocks pull back. Especially after a bad earnings. For longs, it's good so they can average down and buy more shares for less. Because you know the company will go right back up. Buy the calls then.
Now if you're talking about a POS penny stock, that's kinda different because you know it's going to fall back to sub zero's (mostly). But it isn't good to pump these stocks either. Pumping is more harmful to longs than shorters who actually tell the truth. For example, a Griff post that entices a few people to buy a few hundred $'s more of CSHD at .005 while it's on the greys. Now, they are in the hole even bigger.
Even now, huh? Geesh.
That's what made me sick about those folks remaining faithful and up Rufus's behind.
If they had STOPPED praising the crook 1.5 years ago and DEMANDING Rufus go away which they could have, Rufus would have NO reason to stick around to have his crooked ego stroked. We'd probably be discussing a whole new owner with a business (real or not) and recent PR's trying to bring value back. Maybe even relisting on the OTCBB.
Instead of spending time exhaulting and smiting users whilst kissing Rufus's a$$, the proboarders should have used the time to make Rufus go away and look for a buyer. Instead, the god-like powers of the admin got to their heads. It was also hard for many to except that Samaelrocks and many others weren't shorters. All of this would have required real work.
JUST LIKE THE PREVIOUS SHAREHOLDERS COMMITTEE TRIED TO DO. In fact, I believe those folks are due for an apology. Some of the more naive faithful that believed Griff should string him up by his toes, IMO. Liars all.
Have the proboarders finally woken up? Even now? Geesh.
Well, you haven't been reading my posts then. I've been saying for the past year that shareholders could recoup some money if:
The CSHD was bought by someone else.
Rufus went away. Far away. And gone for at least a year.
New person cleans up the shell.
No association with Rufus or any other players.
Bring value to the shell.
Of course, that talk helped get me banned from the Rufus site. LOL!
Thanks for the clarification. In other words, not a damned thing will happen to Rufus unless someone brings criminal charges to the table. Maybe the SEC? Doubt it. If I were the SEC, I would expect that some shareholders whom lost 10's of thousands of dollars would put something together.
I would love to see this brought to the table headed by Ron Burgundy. LOL!
Why not? If Rufus sells the shell to someone else, any short covering would have to be resolved... assuming the buyer adds any value. There again, who the hell owns this shell now?
Rufus really did a number. I wonder if he expected this much fall out? For example, plenty of crooked CEO's run pink scams. But they seem to work their way out with corrected PR's before the SEC steps in. And the PPS doesn't normally jump as high. Lastly, they generally don't post on message boards nearly as much as Rufus to continue the lie. I guess that's why Rufus and CSHD remained so popular.
I'll celebrate when/if Rufus faces charges. I don't believe that will happen though. Besides his character assassination all over the Internet, his life is probably a bed of roses. I doubt he cares about his character though.
Focus on those GM Puts. All they've done recently is get some additional funds from credit use. They are in bad shape.
I don't know. What would be the consequence? I'm thinking fines would be placed against the CSHD entity including Rufus. If he doesn't show up, is he actually breaking the law? If not, I'd say he won't be there. Since he didn't have any cash for an attorney, I'm guessing no one will be drawing blood from a tomato either.
Rufus is such a POS, words can't even describe.
Thank you sir. BTW - Gas prices are down .07 in my area now. Regular = $3.98 today. The last article I read, it stated that gas stations would lower their prices to entice consumers. Maybe the gas prices will fall almost as directly proportionate as how they rose. Maybe. LOL!
Two winners today that I held over the weekend:
.GOPTJ GOOG AUG 450 Puts - About to take some green.
.IBMTE IBM AUG 125 Puts - Probably has another $1 or $2 to drop tomorrow.
I don't know about playing these back the other way though. This market is tough to figure out. LOL! Maybe I sit on the sides for a while.
GM needs to drop again. And I'm betting it will. Hehehe
.GMTR GM AUG 7.5 Puts
Yup. Thanks, Dallas. Sept. 10th = Let's see what penalties the court will order.
I wonder what Rufus or the proboards team members have to say?
"But, but, but, but, what? No proof of a dump? We knew it!"
Apparently, there are more greater fools today than there were last year. Of course, what were the analyst actions last year compared to this?
Crazy that a stock can have record revenue but if they don't beat estimates, it drops no matter what the PPS is compared to highs and lows.
Same stock can have a huge drop in revenue but if they beat estimates, it increases no matter what the PPS is compared to highs and lows.
Analysts own the stock market. Wish I were related to one to find out when the buy/sell opinions were coming out. Hehehe
Never happened:
RPH takes bonds ISSUED AND GUARANTEED by the Federal Reserve, and assigns them to a irrevocable trust with RPH as trust manager.
Bonds had nothing to do with the Fed nor is there any documentation of such a claim. Again, if that were true, he'd have an attorney. Seriously. LOL!
It's a ban on short selling or NSS?
This puts a smile on my face:

About time \m/
Ya!
Oil prices go up even though supplies go up the last 7 reportings in the last 2 months. Gas SOARS over night!
Oil prices drop 4 days in a row as folks start pointing at speculators moving their money elsewhere. Gas will drop over the next 2 months since the oil prices today are for August's delivery.
Oh wait, doesn't that work both ways? Nope.

You call me a creep, jerk and MFer and then you call me a lowlife.
You need to figure out the definition of a "lowlife" considering I didn't call you any names. I suspect that's because you're not intelligent enough to argue without the name calling? Wait, I just insulted your intelligence. In YOUR mind, does that raise me above "MFer"?
LOL! What a toon. Ooops. Just moved up another notch on your opinion rope, eh? Hehehe
You must like Rap music.
Looks like the Oil rise is hurting the gas stations without merrit:
http://biz.yahoo.com/ap/080718/oil_prices.html
Oil's drop may have an immediate effect, as gas station owners desperate to get drivers back to the pump consider a pre-emptive cut in price.
The price for a gallon of regular fell to $4.105, down nearly a penny, according to AAA, the Oil Price Information Service and Wright Express. Diesel prices also eased, dipping three-tenths of a cent to $4.842 a gallon.
"We could see the nationwide average drop down to $4 or perhaps lower than that. And we think that could happen relatively quickly ... within the next couple of weeks," said Geoff Sundstrom, a spokesman for auto club AAA.
Puts, anyone?

You ever hear the phrase "wrapped around the axle." LOL!
Arguing that way will put you "in the weeds" and you won't make any progress in your points. But, I doubt many have ever changed their minds about politics from a message board.
Hmmmm. I saw Sepultura in Atlanta many moons ago before Max left Sepultura to create yet another band not stuck in the mainstream.
I should have been more specific on "government programs" and specified simply Well Fare (used broadly) outside of a retirement social program.
As for the Land Owners statement. I stick to that because I don't know if you've ever filled out a loan app but it asks if you "own" or "rent". The bank holds the deed. The debtor owns the right to the land including being responsible for it's taxes. Otherwise, the banks would be fixing a whole bunch of air conditioners at the beginning of summer. LOL!
Sometimes I post stuff that requires some smarts to noodle it out. I helped you this time. Hehehe

Between now and August, I have a feeling supply fears will be going away. Look for political rhetoric from the candidates to help quell the fears also.
Sold those within an hour or so. LOL! Bought some July calls that I dropped quickly as the price of oil kept dropping. Shewwwww.
Not much I'm interested in touching at the moment. Hehehe
Well, if you read ONLY my posts about Rufus, then I can see why you'd think I'm bitter. But that's pretty short sighted when it's easy enough to click on my alias and see where else I post. Then you'll find that the "you're a bitter person" statement is unfounded.
For example, I'm sure that if you speak to any of the posters on Rufus's forum on a multitude of topics, you'll find they are not bitter people. However, if you only heard their conversations with family (note I didn't say other posters) on the topic of Rufus, you'd probably believe they are very bitter people.
As opposed to you not reading my post correctly? LOL!
I tend to agree, though.
Unless someone can point out that Exxon was selling oil for less than what the price was set at the end of a trading day, then I'll conceed. Hehehe
Are you saying 50,000 alleged felons actually voted and then were purged or are you saying that 50,000 alleged felons simply could NOT vote because their names were not on the roll?
Not sure what the point is but Felons NOT being able to vote is good. Also, people who can't follow directions on how to get elgible to vote shouldn't vote either.
Let's go one step further. People who rely on government programs should not be able to vote.
In the 17 and 1800's, only land owners could vote in some areas which isn't a bad idea either.
There goes a high % of the Democratic voter base. LOL!
LOL! If you don't know what the argument is, I can't help ya.
If shareholders wrote all the letters and THAT was the cause, the credit goes to them, not Rufus.
However, I'm inclined to believe that anyone writing to the SEC or representatives will find their name in an office pool with said office betting on how many naive people are trading CSHD stock. Those whom placed their bets first lost out because I'm sure they underestimated that number pretty big.
Oil going to drop pretty big:
http://finance.yahoo.com/tech-ticker/article/40593/Oil-to-Hit-100-Good-for-Stocks-But-Economic-Damage-'Baked-In'?tickers=XLE,OIH,OIL,XOM,COP,CVX,SLB
This guy said the price of oil is due to speculators and not supply/demand. Who woulda thought? LOL!
In a nut shell though, the commodity traders are looking for a new place to put their money so the cash flow is thinning.
Good news for the market but the vid advises that the effects of the high oil prices are already "baked in" for the next 6 - 9 months. Next year should be good for the longs, IMO.
Stop at your first statement:
Nobody else validates bonds, why should Rufus?
Some guy Rufus has known for less than a year offers him billions in bond ownership and Rufus knows he has no successful business to speak of.
Now, ask that question again. LOL! Just jump head first into a "too good to be true scenario" without validating? Come on.
When the Fed starts issuing fake bonds...you have bigger problems then penny stock pump jobs...but you just keep looking the other way...everybody else is.
Don't know about anyone else but if I had a bond given to me by the Fed that turned out to be fake, I'd get an attorney.
Now, make that statement again in regards to Rufus with a straight face. LOL!
