I wonder how much of today's announcements were already priced in?

Also, my wife tells me that she read that we may be getting another stimulous check later this year but Bush wants to see the full effects of the last one. Anyone else read that or have a link? I haven't been able to verify... not that I don't trust my wife. hehehe

But, if that's true, that may explain the rally as well.
