Alright guys, have fun here, I am gonna go try to get into law school. LOL
How big is CLYP's lot? is it possible he isnt diluting? I could use some good news.
I am going to my friends apartment and dont work tomorrow, I need a drink HA.
volume went from 4 mill to 3 mill? someone change their mind on selling?
seems that way. Looks like we are eating away at the MM's, but the wrong way, we got a bid downtick.
where is everyone? Is it better to not watch?
Since the PPS is .0011 does that mean most trades going through at the bid? and if so are they sells or just small lucky buys?
the pw i used doesnt work to access the site.
I am at work anyway, but last night it didnt work.
I know, but I am 19 and have no credit history, They wouldnt allow me to margin or option trade :(
decent volume, lets hope for an afternoon run like the good ole days.
They gave a ticker to my debentures on scottrade CBAA2, anyone know if these are going to trade now? Thanks.
no credit history they said, and I to be honest after this summer I dont think I have the $$. At the time I tried to get a margin, I had 3x the money required. But daytrading is 25k, I am quite short of that haha!
I would really like to do that, but I dont have enough $$ for scottrade to allow me to day trade, and they wont let me use margin because I am only 19. I would do it anyway, but I hear they are pretty strict with that free ride business.
Agree, still hoping for a penny though, that isnt too outlandish if the right news comes. It is all about cash flow at this point, with the $$ they raised if they are leveraged right we could have a big enough value to support a nice market cap in the .01 .02 range!
Agreed! at least for now.
me too, makes my loss here look pathetic! lol
OK, so what if when Keith was in NY, he was discussing a buyout with time warner. Preping this company for a buyout would be a great reason to dilute. They establish assets and get the company going "debt" free. Big companies love cheap companies (only a million buck market cap, cheap compared to potential in developement here) and we would be DEBT FREE because stocks were used, not bonds, not lines of credit, not debentures. A major TV station needs new ideas and if all the grunt work is done, it is that much more attractive.
OK, so that was a really optimistic twist on things. If it is true (god willing) a big company could buy up huge % of shares for cheap and still at a premium. I really dont think this will happen and I really doubt it would be Time Warner. TW is in some trouble and if they were smart IMO they would sell AOL. The problem is who would buy it. The point is I dont think TW is in the market for something like this, they have to fix what they have going.
There is always that chance that TW could be looking at us, or some other carrier. Just a nice little story to help us all sleep better tonight! GLTA!!!!
LOL, do you even trade stock? or is this how you train to become an internet stalker and meet in chat rooms. Let me tell you, your people skills are horrible, you are never going to trick underage girls into meeting you. And you sure as heck cant trade stock, so go get a job flipping burgers and leave us alone...
Agreed, benefit of the doubt.
It wasnt MBR it was Keith. There is honor among investors, I sure as heck didnt call because I am working, so it took enough for MBR to call, he CANNOT be blamed for that.
yeah... I looked forward to this monday, I am fretting next week heh.
Cant PM, Im in the milwaukee area, I go to UWM.
where in wisconsin are you?
Same here, I am gonna hold out, maybe Ill get lucky, otherwise I wont be investing again until school is done, I am tapped out, and selling now would be retarded of me heh. Oh well its the game we play.
We usually start slow though.
I would like to think it is done, but I wouldnt rule out dilution. If they were smart they would stop. I hope a buy back comes...
My first multi-bagger, bought at 2.68 a year ago, HUGE, like the pull back, nice call wang, should rebound nicely of the 200 IMO!!!!! pharma is where its at now!
oh alright... I almost crapped in my pants hahahaha. I would be RICH lol
GLTY Sljb is a good stock IMO
wait what do you mean?
Someone actually says to hold out on this stock, ADNL (making sure you are on the right board) until .25 (a quarter)?
I didnt describe that one, that is the kind we keep for later when we celebrate being rich.
We can find some ugly ones I am sure... (lol I am just kidding, that sounds bad)
lol good call, anyone got Ms. Chloe's 1-800 number? we should all call.
I think I may sacrifice a virgin tonight also, should to be sure.
2 minutes where is our picasso? slap the ask, would if I had money, just give it a little tapping! lol
will someone spank that ask...
Ok here is a reality check. SIRI, sirius satelite radio has been opertating at a LOSS the past 3 years as follows
Net Income Applicable To Common Shares ($862,997) ($712,162) ($314,423) (numbers are in millions! almost a billion $$ loss last year!)
But they have a lot in assets, so If we used the issuance of shares to build up our assets like production equipment, builings etc, so we can run the company and bring in revenue, we should see PPS appreciation when revenue and deals come.
SIRI also has quite a bit more shares than we do (so far)
Shares Outstanding: 1.41B
Float: 1.37B
So come on guys quite whinning and quite selling, its buy time!
Pardon the excitement but Bid Up Friggin tick, most buys at the ASK!
We lose boardmarks? or are people still playing the sidelines?
Quite the volume, I would like to think selling is done, from the company and the ones with weak stomachs. We need buyers though...
honestly, shut up. You are talking from a psycologic standpoint, and we all seem pretty ok with things. You dont seem to have any fundamental, technical, or intelligent support for your retarded and horribly worded arguements. It is apparent no one wants you here, and no one is falling for your antics.
If you would be interested I can fill you in on a little trade school, so at least you can sound intelligent...
your the worst "salesman" ever, no follow through, just crappy a$$ pitches.
Here is my take, But I am no dart. There may be downside, but I think we hold are own, the only difference is now we know its dilution and the concensus is it is over. People bought into it, though they didnt know it. A good thing for the PPS, but unethical.
At this point IMO the upside will depend on deals, revenue, and the like. What are they doing with that money from dilution? All the shares they sold can go a long way, but they have to be smart, and if they are getting the lawyers and the contracts that we are led to believe, things will play out.
IMHO Tv's stations have High Start-up costs, but marginal costs are minimal, once it is established things should pay for themselves, its not like retail where you need new stores, new products etc. Once they have the equipment which they bought it is cheap to make new show in comparison to making brand new shows on a new station. If this thing takes of, I dont think a buy back is out of the question, they will have minimal expenses, and these guys seem to know quite a bit about business.
We are focusing to much on the LARGE things and the share price, and not focusing on the fundamentals, (margins, expenses) and the things that get easier as companies grow up.

Ok guys here is my 2 cents, for what a 19 year old opinion is worht. I have had to do lots of analysis for big board companies, my favorite is discounted cashflow. NEVER have I seen a company trade on a Market cap based soley on Revenue. It has to do with assets, revenue, and CASH FLOW. They are spending money on Lawyers, etc to help grow the company, sign deals etc.
This is "good". Think about it 950 million shares at .01 is only 9.5 million for a market cap, there is talk of 12 million in revenue. Because of the leverage system of debt and spending and cash inflows, we can obtain a lot more in tangable and intangable assets that 12 million dollars. It is all about cashflow. If these big players can move the money in the most effective way we will be ok.
We as investors pay for assets and cash flow, and potential earnings in the future. .01 is not unprobable even .05 would be about 50 million market cap. which isnt outlandish if the revenue comes.
Long story short, if they leverage the cash and use it well, it is a minor bump, just like any major company, except they only have stock, not bonds or lines of credit. I for 1 am holding, all my investable cash is here (again I am a broke college student, I dont need a diversification lecture haha) and will hold out for better days. GLTA

www.investopedia.com can show you anything you want in terms of ratios.
P/e is EPS Current PPS divided by EPS earnings per share.
Scottrade still shows .0017 as close, not sure if they went in after hours differently, but RU said .0018, it doesnt matter I dont think at this point. Ending volume 85,537,131, so about 11 mill or so after hours.
Oh, silly me that is where I went wrong.
lol DANGIT HAHAHAHA.
LOL agreed. unless they are gonna buy some for me at this level too. I didnt get a vacation or shopping spree. HAHA!
