Would you like me to post that time you spoke about generally only responding to ihubbers that have you on ignore? Seems like you are drumming up drama.
Seeing his last post was in February about Ken, safe to say he has no clue and making stuff up.
Hopefully I am as well. He has told me on numerous occasions. But things change. I think it was 6 weeks ago he told me for a second time. Hopefully we find out soon.
Like I have stated, unless Ricks protocol has changed, he plans a buy back plan. Rick is very much aware of these manipulators. If it was any other CEO, I would say they are oblivious, but Rick knows his shit. So, he is aware of what is happening.
I mean, that is not a bad incentive
If that is the case, something h. This wait cost Rick and if Tad caused it, he should suck it up
I have been using stocktwits more and more. 100% agree. Anyway. Hoping for a great week this week! Go PLPL
I did as well. Paid for a month to communicate with a few and gave them my emails.
Ihub is getting more bold to retain people. I think the company as a whole isn't doing well. I have heard messages saying their positions on attacks on people are being allowed more so now. Well, it's a clear indication to not pay for ihub and may leave altogether
Boy... you have problems that you are taking the time to endlessly look up everyone on your free time. That's straight up creepy.
Or FINRA
Fair enough.
One thing we know is that Rick must of known everything going on to sign off on the merger. So, whatever is happening, it must be on Tads end. That is my deduction.
Hopefully, this gets resolved soon. How does the MM know something we dont? Is it time related? How could it know anything? Shouldn't have any data. So, why did it react the way it did knowing full well a merger was happening with a reputable company?
How does it know anything? Does it have access to data or databases we do not. Why are either relentlessly going negative?
Anyway, we will find out hopefully soon. GLTY
It would be very hard to get that evidence. SEC would have to be looking into a company for another reason and discover it.
Just so much money at stake, I just do not see how it doesn't happen. Even subpoenas have to be specific. So, unless there is a serious warrant for specifics to that, may be extremely hard.
Too many people on here that are very questionable, at best.
Haha, touche. I think we responded to the same person. I don't know. I'm a more optimistic person. I want this deal to finally close, and we move forward. Too many people are negative on these boards relentlessly. Many on here for a reason.
I wish this could be cleaned up. If the SEC decided to take a look on the inner works of ihub, they would find it. The only issue, nothing illegal about them posting. Unless, the SEC can link these posters to saying things and having information or data they shouldn't have.
Other than that, nothing we can do.
Real question, though: do you think that companies do not take advantage of this board knowing they are allowed to?
Or are certain people being fed information and doing everything they can do get people to sell? Why would you be here or anything saying negative stuff? Where were you years ago? Or a year ago? I ain't buying your story.
The past is the past. The shell is a piece of paper. New real company merging into a shell. You have zero optimism and come in here all cavalier, like you know what is going on.
You do that on many tickers. You aren't some SEC waving helper. There would be some optimistic viewpoint, but you don't. You have no shares, otherwise you wouldn't have this type of tune. So, why are are you actually haunting PLPL?
What is your deal even being here? Do you think before your post? You don't even post anything relevant to PLPL anymore. Just random stuff. Who has negative things to say about a fresh new merger with a solid company?
100%. They do not tend to hide it.
There is absolutely nothing illegal about what they are doing. Ihub explicitly gad placed it in their TOS. Can I go on Facebook and write the government saying some group is harassing the forum? No
This is a forum and if you do not think business that are making 9 and 10 figures a year on all their exchanges not going to do what they can to extend their profit?
Any company that is built for greed would use this. Jist like for foreign governments medalling on social media. Plus, you think ihub is getting a ton of revenue from retail, no.
Anyway, silly comments all around. It's ignorant to believe that only retail are chattering on these boards.
I'm not entirely sure why you care. It's one poster making claims. For whatever reason, you are taking pretty serious offense to it. If he is wrong, who cares. Why do you care?
I have been seeing a lot of well thought out posts. It only makes sense from the timeline that this has been hung up with Tad and FINRA.
From what I have gathered in speaking with Rick a long time ago was that Tad had something to fix and that it was a none issue, it would get resolved. I do not think Rick knew it would take this long, as you pointed out.
He originally thought he was getting a clean shell and realized after looking into the shell, it needed some additional action and wasn't expecting this long wait.
This has cost Rick time, headache, stress, and financially. This has gone on long enough, and Rick is a man of principle, this will get resolved, Rick is a pitbull, and we are lucky to be in as shareholders with a leader with the strength, candor, ethics, and know how he does.
Whatever Tad didn't do or fix because he missed or was unaware, should recognize Ricks potential frustrations. Both parties like this deal. Otherwise, we wouldn't be here. I imagine we shouldn't be waiting much longer.
Well, this is my entire point. It's been 3 years, and you believe nothing has happened, but talk. What keeps you or Jackpot here? If nothing is happening and he has no results and just talk, I do not understand what you both are waiting for? Now that he spoke about AIP and a subsidiary, you are going to give him more time when you tell me you can't believe him? All I read is nonsense writing, personally. You believe he will get something. Otherwise, you would have been out the door.
I believe him. It may not happen exactly when he says, but I have contacted many people (for me) to know he has been doing the work. It's slow, and he has pissed me off but it's getting done.
So... answer this simple question: Why are you here? If you think your money is gone because Jim is a liar, why not take the "L" and move on?
You have literally plenty of lies I have called you on that you have posted multiple times and continue to talk about. For instance, the Duffield debacle. That is known to have been dealt with and all over the interwebs.
Also, what you believe FINRA can and cannot do, which I cited. You know what you are saying and continue say the same thing. Look how much you have posted. It doesn't look good.
Timelines like he said are not within his control. There are lawyers involved and that could be a serious reason, or money transaction, or a combination of the two. Hard to tell. Funny if he dropped it after hours. Good ole fashion Jim.
Correct. I know Rick must be exhausted from this process. I know I would. Him and Tad are dealing with this issue but FINRA is on their own timeline. Hopefully Tad is doing all the right things to speed up the process and make sure the deal gets finalized and stamped by FINRA.
You just gave us your opinion. I take that as he is waiting for something. If it weren't in the works anymore, I think he would have come out and flat out told you it ain't happening. Which he hasn't.
That is awesome. A massage parlor right next door. Probably keeps that business alive himself.
No one is. That is a MM.
That is understandable. My mind controlling capabilities are out of this world.
Yeah. How could you deal with a company like ByoPlanet that is planning to finalize their merge through FINRA and they have a partnership with Merck Animal Health:
https://www.merck-animal-health-usa.com/newsroom/byoplanet-and-merck-animal-health-announce-partnership-with-usef
And a partnership with US Equestrian that is a $100+ BILLION dollar niche:

Oh! And major league schools: ByoPlanet's bCOOL™ Cooling Technology Enhances Performance and Recovery for Major League and College Teams

Oh... I think this is one as well... An upgrade program for Victory, who went out of business, can exchange their failure of a product for the cadillac of electrostatic sprayers:

You know better. The amended filing was added soon after.

So when the August Shares hit where will the SP be

What annoys me is that they all know this, especially Kool Aid, and again, he brings old nonsense back. These people claim to do their research and dont... I wonder why?
There was a civil payment of $20k and $200k that was agreed upon. This already was cleared up and it's clear Duffield was in breach of contract, they returned the D shares so there is no connection to TXTM anymore.
Just read any TXTM filing. SEC came down on them and those payments were remedied. It's pretty clear as day.
It's clearly not. The TXTM was terminated a while back and shares returned. You can take a look on TXTMs financials. That was over and gone with.
The former CEO breached the contract and this went to court and was resolved. They had to pay the SEC $200,000 due to poor book keeping. That was resolved in 2019. Stop misleading people.
Would be fun to know. ByoPlanet needs to make their money and labor back. And make profit on their product while having some sort of program where they are getting a better value than the rest of the market because they are trading in for their product. It's a win win and you can potentially have a life long customer. I mean Victory I think had something like 400,000 customers, maybe less. And the Carlyle group bought them out for $100 million I think or more back in either 2020 or 2021. And their product was 4X less expensive. Something to think about.
That would be difficult to be honest. In my opinion, Victory sold a terrible product from what I have read and seen on their website and briefly talking to Rick. It's not even same caliber. Their handheld sprayer I think goes for $100-150, while H2 goes for $599. I, personally, as a business would not give a clean swap but I would give them as close to me breaking even and making a little profit as I could.
I bet they are getting some sort of deal, firstly, to get the business and retain the business, and explain to them that they are guaranteed to meet "x" expectations that Victory and no other can and that is what they are getting. Would be interesting to know though.
Who says paid posting only has to be one way? (((wink, wink, wink))). Ihub even has a promotion where they will help companies bad news not be so bad... Wonder how that works. And even have written in their TOS company profiles and subscriptions for them to post. How do you not know this?
Okay ;), wink wink wink... thumbs up, pointers... i got what your trying to say, haha.
This is regardless of BMXI. But I got you, wink wink wink. Because somehow you know everything that goes on at Ihub. Pretty interesting that someone is so certain there isn't paid posters.
