dont get too excited. Dp stated in a conference cal in june of 2016 that that green house would be operational january.2017. well that was a year and a half ago and how could he say that if construction wasnt started yet. Dp said it 6 months before it was surpost to be open. very fishy

yes on paper nj seems to be a no brainer but as the company sits its a poor business move. (good move if trtc can grow from edible gardens greenhouse) Plenty of open market in nevada and cali. with plenty of vacant land paying rent on. i think trtc has about 7 projects going right now and about 7 operational . why take on more exspenses when you cant afford to make permits all ready owned operational? seems like if trtc had the cash flow there should be 2 construction projects going on in Nevada for cultivation, and a few more projects in Cali. please explain why it is a good move ? every unfinshed project is costing sharholders dearly.
