I remember a while back we many people took issue with the extra time it to to get midtown up and running. If you browse the internet searching through board game cafes, "our competition", take a look at any of them and tell me if they look investable. Most are setup with folding tables and chairs. Most look like if more than thirty people showed up you would have to stack people on top. Most do not look like a place you could take your family to dinner. Most do not look like a place to go on a date. I'm not trying to knock these entrepreneurs for starting businesses doing things they love, which most probably are exactly that, a labor of love. Roger and Ben know that in order to succeed, Snakes needs to set the bar. The amount of planning and attention to detail may take a little longer than renting a storefront, throwing a cheap banner on the outside, setting up some chairs, etc... Just take a look at the photos of Snakes. Any location. They are amazing. They have created a distinct atmosphere. An atmosphere that has allowed them to not only attract a huge base of repeating customers at current locations, but also an atmosphere that raises the eyebrows of investors, both franchisor's and stock investors alike. The market chooses who succeeds in any industry, and I believe Snakes has the leadership and platform to own the market. All of this "extra time" it's taking to expand it's roots now is going to payoff exponentially in the very near future with no real end in sight. Glta, Let er Buck AMFENATION
Good morning Toad, here's to a great week and more
It's great to own part of "The Mother Ship". You guys with your to the moon statements might be underestimating this ships range. To infinity and beyond lol
https://rmas.fad.harvard.edu/faq/how-long-will-my-audit-take
Harvard Business says a typical audit takes 3 months. I don't think we can call AMFE a typical company. Three different subs, with various aquisitions. Four if you count the gold mine in Ghana, which I'm sure the auditor needs to account for. Our auditor letter of engagement was September 7, 2017. Considering this audit was being executed during the holiday season, many of those days were not working days, for both our auditor and the government and banks. All of whom provide necessary information for audit completion. If a person is reasonable about this, the duration is completely understandable. Patience Pays
Probably the best game I've ever seen and best stock I've ever been invested in. Halarious reactions:)
I thought this was a good read. Really shows the importance of every crop to new and powerhouse MJ cultivators. Gro3=cultivators sleeping well at night.
I'm ready, let's go. Have some good feelings churning. I guarantee an update in the next twelve trading days;)
I think that daca/MJ legislation will be grouped in with a host of other shit they have been procrastinating on when these idiots realize they have to in order to avoid a government shutdown. Budget Leverage. Same thing happened with Obama. It's amazing what gets done when they have too.
Well said Plow, one doesn't need Rose colored shades here. Some may think we are just a bunch of pumpers... Then they do their own DD and start getting excited for things to come as well. You can lead a horse to water...... I'm super stoked for the rest of the year. I have no clue where our pps will be, but regular franchise updates should continue to fuel us in between record breaking quarter results. Boom
We will see this month if there is reason to be concerned. None of us have any knowledge regarding the current books beyond the releases we have been provided. I don't think it is wrong of you to have concern. I think that staying aware and vigilant in any investment is important. I do believe that drawing conclusions based on speculation, needs to be tempered. Both on the optimistic, Roger can't do no wrong side $40 pps side, as well as the Roger is a book cooking thief, this company is worthless side. The truth is that investing is speculative. We are all trying to see into the future. Sometimes when we have a lack of insight on a particular thing, our brain can become very imaginative. Our brain tries to make sense of things it doesn't understand yet. This pysch theory has been proven to the point I don't know why they call it theory. In my opinion, we all have the right to draw our own conclusions. We certainly should have the right as well to explain to others our conclusions. At a certain point though, when trying to explain or coerce an opinion publicly, just voicing concern based on personal speculation based on a personal interpretation of something provides absolutely no real value. Most of life's greatest debates stay debates because one can not provide concrete evidence to disprove anothers belief. Therefore a debate is pointless imo. I can't argue that the books weren't cooked, just as I don't think you can honestly say they were. No evidence. I can't say that our net profits aren't down due to the error, anymore then you can say they are. This style of debating is much like beating ones head against the wall. Eventually it ends once evidence comes out confirming the true answer, but it is not worth the headache now for me. I'm all about fresh starts, glad your out of jail in time to see AMFE's next move. BTW, I've archived all of our discussions and look forward to many more. Glty
The great thing about the upcoming spin-off aquisition is that we automatically receive shares. We will have the ability to decide if we desire to invest more into it, or if we don't like the direction, sell our position.
I personally haven't been involved with Bitcoin or blockchain tech. This is mainly due to a lack of understanding. It's hard to argue against it, due to the massive gains though. To me I guess i just don't like the fact that government is so wishy washy about it. I can't argue the tech behind it, and the way it could eventually change the way we consider currency. What has me a little concerned about it is how seemingly unorganized they are. New icos come out daily, trading gets halted due to different adverse reasons, people who truly don't understand it are buying. None of these reasons are validation that you shouldn't invest in it though. I firmly believe that in crypto, just like the MJ sector, some companies will win huge, but the vast majority will not. There is money to be made on hype, don't get me wrong. But imagine the North American MJ sector in 5-10 years if federally legalized. Will there be 500 independent tickers selling the same products profitably? I would assume the quality small caps will be bought up, and the companies trying to fake it will be liquidated. If crypto continues to thrive and truly becomes a mainstream currency, how will small scale mining operations compete with tech Giants. I am probably way off in this questioning some how, but to these are my concerns. For crypto to become a real tradable currency for me, I need to be able to buy fuel, food, weed, and golf balls. Til then, I will just watch more of you become millionaires lol. I love my position in AMFE, and if Roger sees value in crypto, go for it. I was not counting on these Divi shares in the beginning, and really hasn't changed the way I have accumulated. If not investing in something I don't understand, or see as to risky puts me in the Buffet boat, at least I'll have some good company.
Great way to look at it. I think your perspective is spot on. Each day going forward we should see increased volume with that outlook. It will be an easy thing to spot, since as of lately our volume pocket has been quite consistent. The longer someone waits to get or tries to flip, even if the pps stays around where we are, has to understand those shares are going to be way more valuable as each day passes. It will become difficult to battle for a solid position. Which is exactly what any institution is going to want, a solid position.
Many people complain about certain things, whether it's time frames or whatever. Each one of us take the risk of all of this when we invest. Especially if you are going to invest in the pinks, you should understand all that goes along with it. But where there is risk, there is also potential for great reward. In this day and age of crazy market gains and super startup successes, it would suprise me greatly if we don't have any institutional money very quickly. How often does a retail investor have a stronger position then an institution? How long do you think with our potential growth, which will be verified this quarter, and all probability points through the rest of the year, do you think institutions will sit on their hands? We have the ability to have a very strong position in a company I foresee becoming a multi-national franchise. That is what keeps me so excited about AMFE. That's what keeps me patient. And I know, what about Grozone and the laundry list of other revenue creators we have. My brain melts downs when I try to combine everything we have that can generate money. So I'll say Roger hasn't made an aquisition that I don't see being able to contribute huge to AMFE. Can't wait to see what he has in store. Anyway, I hope you all have a great weekend, and look forward to the journey with you guys. Be safe all

Check the Auditors letter pr
So you expected the audit to start 7 months before the auditors engagement letter? Audit appears to me to have started Sep 7 2017. You should read through this. It contains some interesting FACTS regarding audit. We are right on schedule to make a killing here. So undervalued.
Bought 75k yesterday, or else I would have loved to get some of those. What an idiot move. Nice pickup man.
I'm not sure if you are completely filled in on the scope of Snakes. No doubt locations provide revenue. You must also take into consideration distribution in the industry. You must also take into consideration exclusive rights to titles as well as Snakes game publishing division. Money generated through the Snakes entry fee, food and beverage, and retail game sales should not be taken lightly. But what goes on behind the scenes (in the warehouse) is where I believe the huge revs going forward will be generated. I believe Roger sees this as well due to the distribution aquisitions he has made. My opinion only.
Good morning all, here's to another day of being associated with a great company and a great group of investors. Wish us all well. AMFEnationSTRONG
I would agree if the company wasn't achieving and the audit was the only thing to move us forward. I have no doubt that those taking profits from sub penny would probably have sold most during the last consolidation. Imo. Glty
This long has been adding for the past 3 months. Stealing I should say.
Just picked up another 45000. I'm a their at this price
Update app boss, alot of us had an issue. Hope that works
What app or whatever allows you to keep track of stocks through your car? I'm on the road all the time, sounds interesting.
Alrighty, back in business. Thanks
Love lining my pockets and portfolio with "GOLD" standard.

This is not an interesting read. But after going through what is required I believe your estimate is way off. For a new company that has never been audited or listed publicly, maybe the length of time does stretch that far. First of all, IK has already been traded publicly via AMFE. Secondly, the audit that has been ongoing, answers each of the questions finra asks, according to this site. Third, finding a market maker to back this new security should be very quick due to their familiarity with AMFE. I would assume the MMs involved with AMFE and Roger have been doing very well with their interest here. It is possible that the spinoff and the process of listing has been part of the audit procedure, thus taking a little longer than expected. Pure speculation on my end just like you. All I know is that this company is exploding in growth and that if you are hooked up on the divi/spin, you are missing the big picture.
Its an amazing talent to see a world wide market for a product in and of its self. Its even more amazing to capitalize on it, when no one else has. Atleast to the level Roger has with Snakes. I have no doubt that there will be competition in this market at some point (copy cat board game cafes), which is why distribution is key. I really like how in the Snakes latest youtube video, many different cafes are mentioned and commended. The more board game cafes out there the better. We have such an amazing platform. Our franchises are very distinguishable. In my opinion Snakes is the gold standard that other cafes will be judged against. And from all the reviews I have read about peoples experiences at Snakes, Roger and Ben have set the bar super high.
Me too.
I'm clueless about that process. Thanks for the insight. I wonder if Roger could be proactive in getting things rolling on that front? Really doesn't matter to me on that time frame though. When your holding a position long, it just gives me another thing to be excited about. Like we need more lol
I got a quick response that ihub has its developers working on the issue.
3....2.... I know Roger has his finger on the launch button. Should be real soon. I'm really excited about this company. Seems as though everyone is by the holding pattern we are in. Its great to see all the new investors that have come to this board over the past few weeks. We are at such a great entry pps right now. I'm no chart guru, but our support at this level is easy to see. Once we complete A/U we rise, announcement of franchise sells we rise, purchase orders for Gro3 we rise, spinoff dividends we rise, RECORD BREAKING REVENUES we rise. None of these catalysts are speculation. These are all verifiable events that the company has announced. Thanks to you all for your great info and dialog, I have refrained from hopping into my space suit, but I think its about time to dust her off.
Had to bust the surface out to read all the days posts. Love the app, hope its resolved soon. Thanks for the feedback
Anyone else have the IHUB mobile app? Is it working properly for you? Can't seem to load and read posts?
I continue to be amazed at the market for board games and board game cafes.

Roger has been ahead of the curve on everything with every sub. Acquire Snakes, seeing a global market for board game cafes. Acquiring exclusive distribution rights to numerous titles. Very important to get these rights. Now any competitor is going to be purchasing from Snakes for top selling titles. Whether these titles are sold by us or not, revenue baby.
Then there is Grozone. This sub is another example of being ahead of the curve for Roger. MJ is going to be legal relatively soon in all of North America imo. Once MJ is not federally illegal, and the FDA has their opportunity to set guidelines, who in their right mind thinks that grow operations won't have to step up their games as far as the purity they are growing and selling. To foresee this coming and finding a solution requires a CEO that cares less about the daily pps of his company, and more about positioning his company for a huge market opportunity in the future.
I'm sure whatever our next aquisition is, with the foresight Roger has, I have no doubt we will once again be ahead of the curve. There is ticker after ticker out there that seem to have been copy and pasted in the MJ sector. Very few in the long run will survive imo. AMFE has set itself apart, creating value through intelligent, long sighted decisions. That is why I am long sighted in my outlook for this company. AMFE STRONG
Soon she will think you are a genius. I have to sweet talk mine whenever I accumulate. She has been getting a lot of sweet talk lol. GLTY
Snakes and Lattes new YouTube video. AMFE mentioned. Great watch
How many published their Auditors initiation letter, and sent their app to OTC? How many are net profitable? How many have worked side by side with Health Canada? How many of them have a distribution arm as large as we do, with actual contracts for household name titles? I think you will find out that this is for real if you dig into it. All we can do is get you to research here? We can all throw stuff out there and hope it sticks. But I think you will find more quality independent research performed here then 99 percent of pinks. Dig for yourself, or run the chance of trying to play catch up. I have lost way more money getting in late, then too early. Glty hope you dig in
St George is a cool place. That interstate through is lined with busy franchises. I could plan a golf/snakes winter trip. Then cruise down to Vegas and Gamble and Snakes. Oh and maybe while I'm in Vegas I could indulge in some Gro3 purified organic green. What a trip lol
I hope you guys are ready. There is a money storm moving in. Do not be dumb with the position you have built. Many people are going to want your "scam" shares. F them. Stay patient, stay long. There is soooo much growth ahead for us. Just ask yourself what we are worth with just 50 franchises, and an entire US with legal MJ. The sky is the limit here. Props to everyone who made it through the accumulation better positioned. So much money to be made beating haters at their own game. Let Er Buck AMFEnation
Noticed that as well. Canopy would be the cash cow that takes us to the NASDAQ. Not getting my hopes up, but def strange to tag them.
