<< or i could be dead wrong... >>
You are.
<< this is what i believe is happening.. >>
That is a wonderful fairy tale, but nowhere even close to reality.
<< a while back, gss produced an amount that was described as the most ever produced by kblb... >>
Yet KBLB never stated how much that was. Not even a ballpark. Could it be that it was so small that investors would realize what is really going on?
The most spider-ish silk that the company has ever made was probably the fabric swatches that they delivered to the Army over 5 years ago (back in 2018). That probably weighed a few ounces. So now they have been able to make a few more ounces. Big deal!
Great post!
<< all you have is a crap company worth less than 3 cents per share that has yet to produce anything of value. >>
BINGO!
<< 2.5 cents by the end of the year? >>
It looks like I was being a bit optimistic.
It didn't even take a week for the share price to hit 2 1/2 cents since I posted.
Next stop low 2s?
<< I agree...slam dunk!!! >>
Yes, dilution is a SLAM DUNK!!!
<< So [a moderator] is allowed to 'PIN" [their] post for How long now ???? >>
A pinned post will stay up as long as the person is a mod (or until they remove it or replace it with another post).
Most anyone can apply to be a mod and then pin a post that they feel is important.
<< I "THOUGHT" Moderators were "SUPPOSED" to be "UNBIASED" in their actions ? >>
Yes, when marking posts for removal. But they are still allowed to have their own opinions.
It is a pinned post. Each mod is allowed to pin one post.

MORE DILUTION "SLAM DUNK"
****** WHEN SHAREHOLDERS MEETING? ******
Annual shareholders meetings are required by law. They are vital because they allow shareholders to vote on important matters affecting the company, such as the election of directors and the approval of major corporate actions.
KBLB hasn't had a shareholders meeting since July 2019 (when the Scumbag CEO tried to scam shareholders into giving him over 90% control of the company).
That means that there hasn't been a shareholders meeting in over 4 years.
According to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), a public company MUST hold an annual shareholders meeting at least once every 12 months. The meeting must be held at a reasonable time and place, and it must be announced to shareholders at least 10 days in advance.
If a company fails to hold an annual shareholders meeting, shareholders can file a lawsuit against the company. The shareholders can also ask the SEC to take action against the company.
The SEC can impose fines on companies that fail to hold annual shareholders meetings. The SEC can also force the company to hold a meeting.
If you are a shareholder in a company that has not held an annual shareholders meeting, you can contact the company and ask why the meeting has not been held. You can also contact the SEC and file a complaint.
Here are the steps on how to force a stock company to have an annual shareholders meeting:
- Contact the company. The first step is to contact the company and ask why the meeting has not been held. You can do this by calling the company's shareholder relations department or by writing a letter to the company's CEO.
- File a complaint with the SEC. If the company does not respond to your inquiry, you can file a complaint with the SEC. You can do this online or by mailing a complaint form to the SEC.
<< I haven’t lost a dime… >>
<< I sold it all in the mid .20’s after the rise and fall from .50….Still made a ton of money… >>
All of your posts are worthless drivel unless you can provide timestamped posts for your buys and sells. Anyone can claim that they bought at 2 cents and sold at 45 cents and made tons of money.
The fact is that about 95% of investors are underwater, and most by quite a bit. There are only a lucky few that have been able to make anything on this worthless POS penny stock.
The only ones benefiting off of this stock are the Douchebag CEO and his minions.
DILUTION IS COMING
<< the pps dropped a nickel…pretty damn good >>
Yes, a 60% drop in the share price.
I'm glad that you are happy with losing your money. LOL.
(and don't bother replying about how you haven't lost any money in this, because it would be a flat out lie)
<< Success for the sp will come well before any dilution is needed. >>
We all heard the exact same thing before the last 2 dilutions that sent the share price plummeting.
BTW, did you see that less than $1,600 traded the entire day.
How pathetic!
<< you were calling for sub penny back then >>
No, I wasn't. That is a lie.
<< so they still have plenty of time... >>
WRONG AGAIN!
The last time KBLB started diluting shares (on 14 Apr 2022), they had about $3.9 MILLION in cash (which is about a MILLION more than they have now). That shows that they could start diluting again at anytime.
At that time, the share price was 8.2 cents.
Since then, 80 MILLION shares were diluted and the share price plummeted to 3 cents.
This time, it might go below a penny.
<< I see KBLB has $2,894.555 million in cash >>
That document is already a month and a half old (it was posted on 30 Sep 2023).
They had $3,862,716 in cash on 31 Dec 2022, and they had $2,894,555 on 30 Sep 2023. That means that they have spent almost $1 million since the start of the year.
<< far away from having "more dilution coming" as WebSlinger always says >>
More dilution IS coming.
First, KBLB owes the Douchebag CEO over $6.2 MILLION. The cash on hand won't even cover that.
Second, companies don't wait until they have $1 in cash. They will need to raise money at least a year before they run out.
Third, as can be seen from the last 2 dilutions in 2021 and 2022, it takes many, many months to dump shares. The 1st dilution took 10 months, and the 2nd dilution took 7 months. In addition, it takes many months to find a lender and come to terms.
Finally, expenses are increasing. The CEO gives himself a GUARANTEED 6% pay increase EVERY YEAR. That will also increase the 20% GUARANTEED bonus that he gives himself.
That means that more dilution is most probably coming in 2024.
Deja vu....
Once again, there was another 111 share paint job (for $3.49) in the last minute of trading to pump up the share price.
Here, this might help you.
Please don't waste any more of your money investing if you can't even understand basic consumer math.
###################################################
This is from Bard AI:
Q: Is 2.5 cents the same as $2.50?
A: No, 2.5 cents is not the same as $2.50.
2.5 cents is equal to 0.025 dollars. This means that 2.5 cents is much less than $2.50.
To put it another way, $2.50 is equal to 250 cents. This means that there are 100 times more cents in $2.50 than there are in 2.5 cents.
So, the answer is no, 2.5 cents is not the same as $2.50.
###################################################
This is from Bing AI:
Q: Is 2.5 cents the same as $2.50?
A: No, 2.5 cents is not the same as $2.50.
2.5 cents is equivalent to 0.025 dollars 1.
On the other hand, $2.50 is equivalent to 250 cents 1.
I hope this helps!
To put it simply, if you can't tell the difference between 2.5 cents and $2.50, then you shouldn't be investing in stocks (or anything else for that matter).
<< Isn’t it odd how the manipulation is only noted when it bumps the share price up vs when a small order drops it down lower than it had been trading all day? >>
Why don't you show me the last time the share price was painted down? You probably won't be able to find anything for weeks.
Meanwhile, the share price is continuously manipulated higher on an almost daily basis.
<< 2.5 cents is $2.50 cents. >>
WRONG AGAIN.
I'm not sure what type of retarded math you were taught, but that is COMPLETELY WRONG.
$0.025 is 2.5 cents.
$2.50 is 2 dollars and 50 cents.
If you want to write it out with a cent sign, then it would be 2.5¢
<< I hope so. $2.50 would be a decent return! >>
You might want to put your reading glasses on.
I said 2.5 CENTS.
2.5 cents by the end of the year?
***** A FEW NOTES FROM THE 10-Q *****
- $0 revenue
- Still no commercial production (after 14+ years)
- KBLB sold all of the Treasuries that they bought recently.
- A few more details were disclosed about their wimpy worms:
Production operations in 2022 and early 2023 were hampered by unseasonable climate fluctuations and poor robustness of the silkworm strains we were utilizing at that time. To address these challenges, we have taken significant steps to improve the genetics of our silkworms and radically improve our internal procedures at Kraig labs and Prodigy Textiles to strengthen our operations.
During the year ended December 31, 2022, the Company paid $98,480 as a deposit towards the purchase of inventory from a related party vendor (an entity in which we hold a 15% ownership interest – see below for Cost Method investment). As of September 30, 2023, the balance was $98,480 (See Note 10).
The Company holds a 15% direct equity investment in Global Silk Solutions Joint Stock Company, a private Company (see deposit on inventory above).
NOTE 2 GOING CONCERN
As reflected in the accompanying financial statements, the Company has a working capital deficiency of $5,525,153 and stockholders’ deficiency of $4,998,533 and used $916,762 of cash in operations for the nine months ended September 30, 2023. This raises substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern.
<< I couldn’t find specific information on the number of employees on the payroll at KBLB in this form, but I may have overlooked it. >>
For some reason, KBLB doesn't report employee numbers in quarterly reports (10-Qs).
***** HAS KBLB INCREASED FULL-TIME STAFF? *****
In short - NO
There have been lots of rumors and innuendo that KBLB has been increasing full-time staff (and therefore commercial production must be close), but in actuality that is very far from the truth.
Here are the full-time staffing numbers since 2019 (when KBLB first started to post them):
2019 Annual 10-K (posted Mar 2020): 9 full-time
2020 Annual 10-K (posted Mar 2021): 8 full-time
2021 Annual 10-K (posted Mar 2022): 8 full-time
2022 Annual 10-K (posted Mar 2023): 6 full-time
1 Sep 2023 S-1/A #14 filing: 7 full-time
11 Sep 2023 424B3 filing: 7 full-time
Anyone can see that there are actually less full-time staff now than there were 3 1/2 years ago (when they started reporting those numbers). Back at the end of 2019, they had 9 full-time staff. As of the most recent filings, there are only 7 full-time staff.
So KBLB has actually lost 2 full-time staffers (who probably quit) over the years.
DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE
<< It is NOT 13 years. We have only been in Vietnam for around six years, more or less. This is when production truly began. >>
WRONG AGAIN!

DON'T BUY THE HYPE, OR THE SNAKE OIL
<< And at what stage did you realize we were “led down the garden path”? >>
A big one for me was when KBLB didn't deliver anything that the Army Contract requested.
The Army requested multiple shoot packs, in the 1st part of the contract, but never received even one shoot pack. Instead, they received about a dozen material swatches. And the delivery was almost a year and a half late.
The Army then requested 100 kilos of custom spider silk, in the 2nd part of the contract, and the Army never received any.
Ultimately, the Army contract ended and the Army de-obligated about 50% of the funding (about $1/2 million).
<< Just to generate some income, perhaps they could market their worms to Walt's Crawlers. >>
KBLB's worms would probably kill the fish. LOL.
<< Next up $2+ IMO >>
Why would any pay $2 for shares when they will be bought out at $1.50 (and therefore take a 25% loss)?
<< Looks like Schena's lawyer Pickles has withdrawn from the case >>
So Schena scammed his lawyer as well. Who would have imagined it? LOL
<< How/who are they going to allocate the 24 million in restitution >>
I would bet that the US gov't (SEC, DOJ, IRS, etc) will take the money.
I'm sure that the Douchebag CEO will post a Holiday Letter that will say how wonderful everything is going, that they are quadrupling output, they are on-schedule, ramping & scaling up, and "expect" that 2024 will be "the year". LOL
