If I was wrnw I would be snapping them up. Especially if there were plans in the works putting pps up 1000%. EZ way for them to turn a hundred grand into a mil.
Hoping that from .002 its all up from here.
Just a feeling. If tyeg can sell a well we are suppose to own and not say anything about it, anything could have happened.
Do we still have Grimes one? Maybe thats been sold off, who knows? This company was supposed to have a future so bright we would need shades just to check the pps.
Could be just that "I've been had" feeling playing tricks on my suspicious mind. Im not gonna sweat it however, I just aint gonna sink any more money in this one and ride the freebies I got to whereever the pps takes me.
vonitsa: if you have additional information to what I pm'd you the other day, would appreciate an update by pm on either IH or IV.
Penn.
My feelings about development - BOD sez, okay we've picked this sucker clean. All thats left is bones - time to move, but how to get out of this situation scott-free? Lets look for an exit strategy....enter wrnw.
Kinda like a game of "hot potato".
How about an "outside combustion engine" as opposed to internal? see cypw.
Thats like ten years plus......going back to TOUP
Just my way of thinking but if'fn I wuz an oil biggy wanting in on things (usse process/products) the way I would do it is to form a whole new company (spin off)that would be at arms length.
USSE has the potential to step to the forefront of bio-fuel production and become every bit as big as a "Valarian" type company in just a few short years.
This way the sales of product would be in addition to, instead of of replacing current sales of existing product.
On the other hand, integrating the technology into existing infra-structure would instantly add a healthy percentage to the profit margin while reducing costs per gallon or barrel.
One thing is for sure is that whoever the Fortune 500 company is, Im sure they have a very valid reason for wanting everything kept hush hush. Usually a company would want to announce by pr the addition of any new development or technology impacting company operations, shareprice, or profit margin.
To my knowledge no such pr has been released, and even if folks did wanna call the company, there is a very good chance no one would to admit to knowing anything about it even if they did.
I seem to recall NVMG released a pr about going private again because of shareholders harrassing a potential JV partner till the deal was killed (one example).
At this point in time and space, I very much enjoy being able to participate in the USSE adventure - both risk and potential rewards.
shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...........only a few select dare dip a line here. Here there be monsterz.LOL.
blumax: check out the pictures and do a little detective work.
Some people have unsubstantiated location(s) of where the reactors are by comparing pictures taken to satellite photo's.
Also, there may be a company logo in the pic's.
The pictures would suggest a whole lot of progress has been made to get production ready. We dont want to blow that by having HUNDREDS of people bothering the company. This type of behavior has been know to sour deals for other companies in the past.
Why take a chance? We have waited this long so a little longer wont matter that much will it. Im comfortable knowing a company with deep pockets is QUIETLY funding this set-up. Dont throw a monkey wrench in the works.
All we have is suspicions right now, which amounts to rumours.
Ever heard of buy on rumour sell on facts? LOL
GLTY - P.
little dawg stock usse seems to have found a good buddy to play with somewhere in Texas, supposedly a fortune 500 company that has been after exclusive rights to SOME of USSE's products.
Valero seems to be a favorite by someone who compared site pictures with satelite pictures. Sure be nice. HOw high can a dawg jump anyhow, and how fast could ugly mutt run?
JV partner seems to have dedicated a nice huge piece of property with a railroad spur line to be filled with tank cars, and is housing operations in a few very nice sized buildings, and setting up four continuous batch reactors for cellulosic bio-fuel.
This is not your typical bio-fuel that is produced, and has what seems to be superior qualities to fossil fuel. It is a premium fuel with an unreal yield per bushel of off spec soybeans. The bio-fuels have none of the negative traits ordinary bio-fuels do, and contains just 1% or less water.
Things are happening pretty quickly now.
Permits???Permits????? - We don't need no stinkin' permits. Our JV partner has everything. Everyting I tell u.....
According to Bonhomme he had to quit because of a conflict in interest.....now he's just a hired consultant for Royal....
-thats not as bad as someone putting your balls in a vice, and THEN beating you with sock full of roofing nails.....
chad from tyeg just phoned. Conversation on his side went like this:
I dont know (anything about it)
Not allowed to say anything
the company will release updates though pr's.
Questions asked
Do we still own a well in Dunwich?
Did tyeg sell a Dunwich property well to Torque?
Is the well Torque pr'd the same one tyeg pr'd?
What about the OK gas line?
What about the well workovers?
Is there still two tyche's - answer was he BELIEVES tyche US bought out tyche CAnada
Is Bonhomme still in the picture? - NO.
How about the new divvy pr'd, are they free trading or restricted?
Are the previously issued 144's able to free trade in July - should be able to.
Is tyeg trading? - I think so.
How about Frankfurt - I dont know.
Is there ANYTHING you can tell me - No not really. I dont really know much.
hmmmmm........
- thats exactly what I was wondering about. Maybe pbls is sounding better the more I think of it. Solid assets and income. The more I learn about dvfi the less I know LOL.
I find that by collecting freebies, the aggravation dissapears. dvfi is more a hobby I do for amusement. You never know what the future holds. I hoping one day this year or the next we'll get that nice big pop or a slow extended rise in pps for no apparent reason. Happened more than once to me. GLTY - P.
Didnt we get an Megas mail (long time ago) saying by issuing additional shares essentially made us shareholders or something to that effect?
All they pr'd was that the motion was passed. No big deal since the shares from the past two divvies are sitting uselessly in my account till June or July of 08. So who gives a flying f***?
jr: that is that I just dont care enough to search for the wells or lease production numbers. For me, right now, owning them and actually closing the deal is a step forward LOL.
yo Medchal: "Declaration of Tyche Energy, Inc., Dividend: The Board of Directors has elected to issue to the DVFI shareholders of record, 1 share of Tyche common stock for every 10 shares of DVFI owned by the shareholders as of October 24, 2007. The pay date of this dividend will be determined by the B.O.D. and announced in a subsequent press release. "
Been in dvfi a couple years...yawn. Yes Im aware of the non-performance of the FORMER management team. Thats why every single dvfi share I have are freebies.
I once posted that I would again purchase some dvfi shares should they drop to .002 or thereabouts. Since we have a new management team, perhaps I will make good on my post. Not a whole lot as dvfi shares are destined for wrnw, not to mention money.
Interesting to note that pbls with 2B shares just posted 9 months earnings of over 117MM.Pretax earnings of over 5MM.
The pps there aint so hot either....
But from where Im sitting, .02 pps would give me a ten bagger, but I would sell half again at .004 or .005 and keep my freebies.
No one is twisting my arm, and everyone is free to buy and sell as they wish. I admit that even I get frustrated from time to time, but I dont continually moan and groan.
As far as forward looking statements in pr's, that has been our main selling product for some time. If I choose to think that 50 barrels per day potential would not be bad for a start, oh well.
Personally I dont mind a little well intentioned optimism, its what keeps me in this one. Here's and idea, if you dont like the barrel price, do a projection using your own figures for OK crude. Whatever floats your boat. LOL.
tex: you can prove or disprove any production numbers as all oil production must be reported. AND....a masssive massless green elephant does occasionally roam Central Park, but not on a daily basis. It is only the pink ones that get public recognition.
White elephants are a dime a dozen. In fact I saw a sign the other day for a white elephant sale. So its only a matter of time before the green ones are more commonly spotted here and there.
cryptkeeper: can you DISPROVE, those numbers?
Who's constructing biofuel manufacturing facilities in Houston?
https://www.pdinet.pd.houstontx.gov/permits/PermitsSold.asp#top
Thanx miner, phoned tyche myself and awaiting call. Nothing like firsthand info. for dd. Will share if information is forthcoming but somehow I doubt I will get a return call.
I will say however, I was not impressed by the bimbo who picked up the phone, unaware it was a company IR line, never mind the name of the company. Wonder if IR number is to a business or a private residence....
some behind the scenes hanky panky for sure. Hope its all good. - P.
There is the possibility/probability it is not the same well? Tyche pr specically states N2Vision completed and located the prospect well. Torque GM stated they just hired N2Vision to map the hole and surrounding area, as it had not been done. The second hole will be drilled after evaluating N2Vision results.
Not public info. Just got off phone with Torque GM....very nice fella.
- you know I wouldn't lie to my board buds here?
P.
Yes, thats the same company but here's the kick in the head...
tyeg sold 100% interest of the well to a company named Ballantree (not sure of spelling) a short while ago. hmmmmmm.
HOwever, Torque recently engaged the services of N2Vision after coming up with the dry hole. Apparently this well was not covered by N2Vision previously as the company led us to believe.
So....selling off our assets eh? Lying to us as well. Is this company gonna cut and run in the middle of the night with our monies?????
GRRRRRRRRRRRRR
Hope Torque general manager is referring to a differnet well than the one that was pr'd.
Wonder about our wells in OK. Sell them off too?
Rumour (till validated) that the reactor(s) have arrived in Texas (Agrimax?)and pictures will soon be available (maybe JR blog or company site).
Another piece of the puzzle completed, many more needed.
Actually, JR now has a financial advisor working with him.
U.S. SUSTAINABLE ENERGY CORP. - NV PLAINTIFF
VS. CIVIL ACTION NO. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
JOHN STANTON and KELMER SMITH, JR. DEFENDANTS
COMPLAINT
COMES NOW, U. S. Sustainable Energy Corp. – NV, by and through its Chief Operating Officer, John H. Rivera, and makes this, its complaint against John Stanton and Kelmer Smith, Jr., for tortuous interference with a business contract and breach of contract and would show unto this Honorable Court as follows, to-wit:
1.
U. S. Sustainable Energy Corp. – NV, (hereinafter "USSE-NV"), is a Nevada Corporation qualified to do business in Mississippi with its principal place of business located at 110 L.E. Barry Road, Natchez, Mississippi 39120. John Stanton is a resident citizen of the State of Florida, who may be served with process at Post Office Box 24567, Tampa, Florida 33623-4567 or 6324 County Road 579, Seffner, Florida 33584. 2.
On or about May of 2006, in Natchez, Mississippi, USSE-NV did enter into negotiations with John Stanton concerning a joint venture for the production of biofuels. As part of the negotiations, John H. Rivera (hereinafter "Rivera"), as CEO of USSE-NV, had the Defendants sign a non-disclosure and non-compete agreement due to the contract negotiations which would
reveal certain proprietary equipment and plant plans and other confidential and trade secrets and information. At all times herein complained of, the joint venture and all contracts and provisions thereof were consummated in whole or in part in Natchez, Adams County, Mississippi.
3.
On or about May 15, 2007, John Stanton and USSE-NV thereafter came to terms, including an exchange of a certain amount of free trading stock for One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000.00), to be paid within seven (7) days of receipt of stock. The stock was delivered to Stanton but Stanton never paid the $1,500,000.00.
4.
Kelmer Smith, Jr., a former employee of USSE-NV, who, along with Stanton, took blue prints, plans and other information, the property of Rivera and USSE-NV, and disbursed the same to other companies in breach of the non-disclosure and non-compete agreements which they had signed. The dispensing of such information has caused the Plaintiff damages.
5.
Kelmer Smith, Jr., and John Stanton have contacted business associates and companies which the Plaintiff was in negotiation with and caused those relationships to cease and fail, thereby causing damages to the Plaintiff.
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, the Plaintiff requests a judgment against the Defendants for tortuous interference with business contracts, unauthorized disclosure of material which was entrusted to their care and bound not to disclose and breach of contracts and covenant to purchase stock, in an amount of Two Hundred Million Dollars ($200,000,000.00).
Respectfully submitted,
U.S. SUSTAINABLE ENERGY CORP.
A NEVADA CORPORATION
oldguy: 'nother lawsuit filed today, EFTI (stanton) and Kelmer.

When is the next OSC hearing? Finding factual info. on this board next to impossible.
TFN available on CAnadian Satelite (bell express view)November 16. Getting free previews right now.
this is a great technology for California. But what about a new bio fuel that essentially does the same thing? see usse.
Or....how about something different, say an entirely new type of engine, say one that uses HEAT instead of fuel? see cypw.
seriously though, sounds like a great startup company and will watch this one closely.
Penn.
Hi Spiras - good to see ya back. What I really meant is a new CEO that would actually introduce himself to shareholders, provide an update on the company and plans for the future....
