"NOBODY knows exactly when mining will commence again", (not even the BoD!)
This is why the Seasoned Investor will move along to a more predictable share (with a good business plan)and trade it during the short term. Not saying that FLPC won't have a good business plan, but it's whether or not they they will pull it off.
History is what it is, but looking at it, who will dare buy? Some will, perhaps for a quick Trade. The buyers, could have long hairy arms with knuckles that drag along the floor! LOLOL
RJB225 "Even if the company only puts out a plan to return to mining we would see a bump in the SP."
That is an extremely likely scenario. How it's worded will be the clever bit. Yes, it will increase the SP, and those who buy may get burned, but, it's their choice. It has happened before some time back, but they did say there was no guarantee that it would happen, and it didn't. So, investors were duly warned.
If it happens again, it will best be taken with a large pinch of unprocessed Ore. I am sure they are working very carefully as to how to project FLPC to maximise the share buying potential. Maybe only newbies will take the chance, whereas seasoned investors will be more likely to give it a wide berth.
Hope you have a very strong Wide umbrella! :)
1kgw: Wrong yet again!
First Liberty Power (FLPC)
0.0004 ? 0.0001 (33.33%)
Volume: 2,000 @ 1:30:07 PM ET
This IS the Share price, not the bid or the ask.
1KWG "WRONG AGAIN", CONSISTANTLY!
"Not even the rawest of new investors could ever mistake what has been presented as so-called "FACT",
an invitation to jump in and invest thousands of dollars in FLPC."
The rawest of investors would seek experienced advice which steer them away from wasting hundreds or even thousands of Dollars in this company. In fact, anyone who had thousands of Dollars to invest wouldn't be looking to invest in this direction. They will be investing in reliable companys rather than one who has been stagnating for 5 years and not turned a cent profit. FACT
All a wise investor needs to do, is read about this company and it's inability to perform, so who would risk wasting money when they haven't even produced an up to date business plan. Another FACT.
Tongue in cheek comments can easily be misconstrued as excitement as to how a share may perform and this would not bode well for someone who throws money into here because it was over hyped, tongue in cheek or not.
You keep mentioning Voaden. It seems that you have a thing about this guy, I certainly don't. As I mentioned, he is a decent hard working businessman as a Director of FLPC but has little or nothing to do with the company....so you keep telling us. They won't give him a salary as a Director if he's not involved. Why employ anyone who won't be an asset to a business? If he's on the Payroll, he's involved, if he's not, then he's giving Free advice and Free advice with no remuneration can be unreliable.
1kgw: "Yet another wrong statement with..."...It's lead everyone to believe they should "GET IN AND BUY YOUR SHARES NOW!"
The statement is a matter of "FACT". There is the sense of urgency with posts from JBW and yourself which is enough evidence to lead people to believe that the "Restructure" is likely to be completed by end of December. Back track on all the hype that's been entered on this Forum.
The company was deliberately advancing on "financial restructuring programs to do with accounting & bookkeeping, and to resolve various disputes, and debt negotiations" to name but a few areas. The basis and bulk the "Restrutruture" is to sort out and reduce the debt. If there's any left over, the BoD will take what they are owed, following that, they probably won't have enough to maintain an ongoing Antimony Mining Program.
"News will ensue in due course that better defines the positive course forward for the Company".
Well, no news ensued in due course, this was BACK IN MAY, 7 months ago. Just another area which they didn't address. No news means no progress worth telling the Shareholders in 7 MONTHS. Pretty bad show.
AKA: Despite what 1KGW says, when I wrote to Bob sometime ago, he said the "Restructure" would be completed BY December and an announcement made. To me, that is a s good as a promise. The thing is, over the last 5 years, I have read past Public Notices which essentially imply their proposals and what they plan to achieve. Not promises but suffice to say that it lured enough people here to invest and make the assumption that what they wrote would come to pass.
This is because the BoD has made such a big issue and gone to many lengths to sell FLPC to the Investor and tell them how good it SHOULD or COULD be, and extract and sell minerals "for the benefit of the US", 'everyone' thinks, "Hey great, we'll Invest".
The problem here is of course, it's all cheap talk and never any action. (1KGW) FACT. Now we are hearing of a "Restructure" which they SAID would be done by year end. My guess, and it has been all along, is the chances of them making an announcement with benefits for the Shareholder before Xmas is possible but unlikely....just like how they are going to Mine and sell Antimony....possible, but unlikely.
It's lead everyone to believe they should "GET IN AND BUY YOUR SHARES NOW!" This alone, suggests that most people on this board are expecting something by year end as indicated by The BoD. (That's THIS year end!) IMO, it probably won't happen, but it could. If it doesn't, it just goes to show that this BoD is stringing everyone along. If it doesn't happen, I wonder what excuse they will have this time? If a reason or excuse IS given AFTER ONE YEAR of 'hard work', then they are leading everyone a Merry Dance. Nothing new!
L&R: FLPC is pretty much at the end of their "Restructure". They are supposed to be getting new funding, but primarily to pay off their vast debts. See all previous posts to get an idea of what's going on. Are you invested? If not, take great care if you choose to buy in. DYOR and bear in mind what they have achieved within their 'Mining'capacity, production and how much revenue from sales they have taken. Look at the profit/loss sheets. It will say lots.
I'm not invested, but ask the Investor's on this Forum what they have sold since inception and look at the SP Chart!! (five + years.)
It would be great for FLPC, IF they actually get to do any proper Mining!!!
1KGW: The most important strategy change is the one that FLPC needs to do. That is simply from not Mining too Mining. Simple as that, or is it? Funding to clear their significant debt is likely to be their first priority, without doubt. That's what this "Restructure" is all about, Restructuring the debt. Second, we don't know.
How much will they get, who from and then how much will be left? Hundreds of thousands is still outstanding, so IF they get it, fine, there MAY be a surplus. Payment of debt by loan = more debt....to the lender. If I owe people half a million $ and pay them, great, but I still owe half a Million....to the lender... PLUS Interest. The problem won't go away, in fact, it becomes worse because of the interest on top!!
If per chance there's a surplus, they may be able to, (or have arranged to) Invest it somewhere for a profit return. If there's no investment for profit potential, then how will they pay their loan debt? In the longer term, they won't. Then 'Bust'.
What they could do is when they get the loan, pay SOME of the debt, create a new Market with promises of good things to come, lure in new investor's and use the cash to support the business, if possible. In addition, don't pay ALL the owed debt to the Creditor's but pay them SOME cash to keep them off their backs, then drizzle little payments to them over time, but at the same time, keep some of the funding back to service their loan. Ie pay debt with the funding!
The long and short of that is they could drag it on a for a year or two longer with NO Mining but residue cash in the bank to support their company whilst they play a similar tune to what they did for the last 5 years or so and do 'nothing'. They will probably end up in the same pickle they are now, then close the business.
1KGW: "Even when his name is not specifically mentioned, the smell of Voaden lingers."
Why, don't you like the guy, he's not smelly as far as I know? He's a perfectly decent businessman looking after the interests of the company and I bet he showers every day, too!
Almost December and I'm sure that, as promised, the BoD will release the news you have all been waiting for for a year. Hang on tight, when new comes, it will give some serious impact to this super-low Share Price. Boooom!!!
400,000 'trades' and not a blip. Maybe delayed through the system, so may catch up with itself later +/-. Not sure even if the Market Makers know what's going on!! Doesn't the "Restructure" count for anything here? December is looming, news is due whether good or bad and STILL not any comm's between BoD and Shareholder's that's made public. All in good time I suppose? Almost a year without any Public Notices. Dear oh dear! :(
A 40 trade and we see a drop of 50% from yesterday's 'high'! This to me would be very dodgy if it rises by several hundred % after the "Restructure" news is announced. This means the first to sell could get something out of it, but those who follow on thinking that a profit (could) be made, would be in for a big shock and subject to a MASSIVE drop in the SP bearing in mind if it followed a similar trend with yesterday and today's SP figure.
If it followed this pattern, anyone who "BUYS THEIR SHARES NOW"! could be in for a disastrous result with 'monumental' losses over punts. This is MEGA-risky, hence I have always said WAIT to buy and see which way this company goes and how the Market's view it over the following weeks.
You'd be better off giving your money to Charity.
BeWary: The images are missing on mine too. I expexct they are in the process of loading in the NEW load of pictures and info for the 'Mission Impossible'!
1KGJ: Well, I didn't write that, you did! It's not me that has the WV Grudge. If you back track on my posts, there won't be ONE that says anything against Mr Voaden directly.
As they walked down the street from the Office, it could alleged that Bob may say to Don, "Ya know that "Restructure" we were on about?", "Yeah", he'd say, "Where did you get the idea from"? He could say, "I saw the word in the 'Thesaurus' when trying to find a more exciting word than "Rebuild" and thought, "Hey, sounds good to me, I will use it, and it went from there, really".
He may go on to say, "The main thing was that in the early days just before Inception, I had this Old dull looking Lamp, and whilst I was in my Garage polishing it, all of a sudden.... 'poof'! out popped out a Genie wearing a Turban and he granted me THREE wishes". "Oh, and what were they?" Said Don.
"Liberty Mill, Fencemaker and Winnemucca Mill", he said. "Amazing!" said Don. "But we never made any money from them, did we"?
"Didn't we"? it depends how you phrase the wishes!" he said, chuckling to himself as the Chauffeur opened the car door and fished out a bottle from the Champagne cabinet.
Guess who the Chauffeur was......Good old Willy V. LOL.
JBW: Nothing I post requires any real intelligence, just pure logic and common sense as long as the reader can understand it! lol I just that was good for a laugh if nothing else. Some would prefer nothing else!!
Ha! They've been doing that since inception. Thing is, people have fallen for it. When they retire, they will will close the Office door and their last words will be, "D'ya know Don, I never thought they'd fall for it.....Gimmie 5 " lol.
JimBOBW: "Do you? Do you know the exact amount? You talk up millions as if it's more like billions. A few million in debt is not very much and something that could be quite easily overcome (within months even) once the mine is operating."
I know where all the cash ISN'T and that's in the company Bank Account and not invested in anything obvious for the benefit of the Shareholders. For a small company to be 'missing' or spent Millions on something which is not even tangible, should worry you and all invested here.
To have 3 guys in an office talking about mining or THINKING about mining, and they did say "IF if ever gets to the production stage", (That quote IS in the filings!)is extremely worrying as to how the hell they managed to blow several MILLION Dollars sitting at an office desk after having paid for a nice Website and office rent. Whether or not they ever paid for the Ore extraction (1000 bags of) I don't know, but from what I read, they have run up massive bills and paid for almost nothing, hence shares in lieu of payment.
So far, the only guys who are winning is the BoD. I am hazarding a guess that what ever funding comes through, may just be enough after all bills are paid, to keep the office running in the same form as it is now, effectively a 'Boiler Room' where 'things' happen, plots are hatched and men with dark glasses come and go :) lol.
Perhaps if they do finally get going again, they may have enough cash to assay and get rid of that 1000 Bags of Ore they have stashed away, or if they don't feel it's viable at this early stage to keep the cash for their 'latest venture' if and when it comes around. with only a few weeks left, news flow should be imminent.
With all the new funding due, I anticipate that lots of good things will be written about how they will use the cash, AND invest in extra strong braces for their Pants!
I feel a sense of excitement on this Forum as the results of the "Restructure" looms ever closer. Hoping they haven't "Gotten themselves in another fine mess" and up up selling Fresh Fish from a small truck blowing a 'trumpet' to attract attention! I'm sure you are familiar with that sketch? lol
CNPC, with a property to be permitted for mineral processing in Lovelock, Nevada, will undertake the milling of the Stibnite (Antimony) ore extracted from the Fencemaker mine, and refine it to approximately 55 to 60% purity, at which point it will be sold at market price for grade. This milling operation, again subject to additional funding from the Company and completion of permitting, is planned to be operational in the latter part of the first calendar quarter of 2014.
As all of our minerals of interest are commodity products, they are expected to be readily saleable on an open market at then current prices, therefore we foresee no direct competition per se for the selling of our products, should we ever reach the production stage. However, we would be competing with numerous other companies in the region, in the state of Nevada, in the country, and globally, for the equipment, manpower, geological expertise, and capital, required to fund, explore, develop, extract, and distribute such minerals, etc.
So, the Bold areas states 'Invest at your peril' just in case. Backsides covered. Lot's of lovely talk, but never any action.
Jotuk: "Where's all the Money gone?"
It's in the 1000 Bags of what we think is 'Antimony Ore'. It's Millions of Dollars all tied up and in secure storage ready to make the break!!!
post 65836: I hope you win shack loads o cash. I would wait till it drops back again (unless you bought prior to 50% rise), which may have been due to your buying? otherwise you may pay too much :(
I would think that very soon this share will go like releasing a long stretched Bungee once news is out. Like all Bungee's, sell on the Spike before it twangs back again! If you can realize ANY profit, take it and 'scarper'!!
JOTUCK: "Taking this into account, they will by now have everything in place and ready to go immediately the funding become's available".
Bearing in mind your post about Insurance, Transport et al, noting that your post was copied from their Website, I said all that in one sentence up top!!
It all sounds highly expensive so I reckon FLPC would be better off just selling Cat Litter, it's less hassle and probably more profitable in the near term :)) lol
1kwg: Hmm, well let's see. It will have to be one hell of a big funding program to do all that. It then remains to be seen what's left for mining. The board must be owed a very substantial sum of money having kept the Co. running for a year without any input. (They never had any input, hence the debt)I would not know how much it would cost to keep an office going like their's, but not much I don't suppose. I doubt they are taking any wages either? If not, they will extract a years worth each, then pay all or some of their Debts.
When starting a 'new' business, one has to bear in mind that the situation won't change all that much, because it depends when the Funding Bank/Company requires the first payment on the loan. Taking this into account, they will by now have everything in place and ready to go immediately the funding become's available.
All companies who will be involved in a new mining program must be ready to go at the drop of a hat. If not, delays will cost money. As soon as they get going, the sooner they can start to turn a profit. All this MUST have been worked out months ago. If it hasn't and nothing is in place, assuming they WILL Mine, then there's a BIG problem in organisation.
If they don't Mine and start a Joint Venture with an active Mining company, that would be their best bet because the initial outlay would be less and they would turn a %age profit sooner. In addition, the balance of funds would keep the company jogging along without worrying about debt as the funding would assist in re-paying other O/S Bills. This could be a more realistic step forward than all the hassle of FLPC arranging physical Mining, Transport and everything else that goes with it. I think they would bite off more than they could chew. It's far too costly and all funding (however much it is) would be eaten away very fast.
A JV is likely to be the most beneficial move, if not they will start Mining and run out of cash very quickly, but you could all be in for a big surprise!
IKGW: NO EVIDENCE of any money! lol
"how does it cost to bring back to life an old unexploited antimony mine like Fencemaker"? Do you mean, "HOW MUCH does it cost to bring back to life an old unexploited antimony Mine"....etc.
You are asking a question to someone that is supposed to have ZERO Mining experience!! How would you know I have ZERO experience? I have been in Oil Mining for 13 years, therefore my experience is not Zero.
I can tell you exactly how much cash will be needed.
A). It is impossible to tell EXACTLY how much because there could be an ongoing budget and an amount of cash put aside for the initial start-up, if the cash becomes available. It is open-ended because nobody will know EXACTLY the costs over an exact period due to 'unforseen events' in whatever shape form or size they take. Anyway, this is about Rocks and similar costs will bring about a huge reduction in cash, especially when they have nothing to sell as there is nothing mined or assayed or sold. So, the costs are rising even before they get the stuff out of the ground.
2.) The answer as to the cash required to get it under way, is in fact NONE!!
REASON: It won't happen because FLPC won't do it. They may say they will "When funding becomes available" but it won't because they will have spent it on paying off company debt. They may issue more shares and dilute the SP even further, but they will not be sufficient investment to see it through. Guaranteed. All it will do is create a lower Share Price and make it tougher for those already invested.
You did ask about how much mining knowledge I have? I learned this and more from Oilers where NOTHING was ever g'teed, like parts and mechanical issues that ensue when drilling starts. Then there is delivery of Rig (Towed and the weather delays) and other issues plus time spans that go with it. It all brings about a drop in the SP.
You have Wire Logging costs, Water Flood possibilites, Drill damage, GPRS costs and then IF the Oil is there, how many BOOPD can be extracted processed, the current costs of oil against initial Oil cost when the deals were done. After that, the SP will drop as the Oil price drops which affects the Profitability, which affects the Share Price and so on. The it's whether the Oil is 'Sweet' or Heavy crude and the costs of processing it
An easy answer to your question and the most likely. How do you think they will acquire funding? A fairly straight forward question. Opinion's is what the Forum is all about to stimulate discussion.
For your interest, my last Partners Ex- Husband was the Vice President of Amoco, Asia, based in Houston. He was the top Geo Fizz out there. He sadly died of a Brain Tumour about two years ago. AND I can name names and tell you all about him, but I won't here!!
POST 65818. IKGW: Do you know where all the cash went to find FLPC reduced to owing Millions? Perfectly reasonable question. You have been here a long time, so I assume you are up to speed with their spending?
Or do I have to look at those Jolly old Filings?
Millions in, millions out. Perhaps it's Poltergeists, "Who ya gonna call"?
FLPC Could be 'First Liberty Poltergeist Company'. Hey, there's BeWary's answer to the money being Spirited away!lol
I write what I believe to be correct, irrespective as to how often. Opinions are what they are. There are many people here invested and non-invested who offer repeat posts, such as "BUY YOUR SHARES NOW" and "GET IN WHILE YOU CAN"...so what? they are entitled to back up the belief that this share will go places. It will go beyond 0.0007 IF the news is good, but if not, hey-ho, Egg on the faces of the promoter's, if it goes Sky High, then Egg on the faces of the non-investor's'! I would rather I had egg on MY face to see happy investor's, but what is not good for them is the way the BoD has treated them and wasted all your money with nothing to show except this ultra-low SP.
This rubbish share price is nothing to do with the investor's, just the incompetent BoD who seem to have 'problems' with running the business. The investor's have been shafted by these guys and it doesn't take up much Brain space to be able to fathom out how they did it!
I wonder if they can redeem themselves after the "Restructure"? That would be a turn up for the books...If they can find them! lol.
BeWary's posts are statements of fact, not rants. It appears that nobody wants to believe that this company is unlikely to progress much further than an Office because of the reason's that I believe are correct. If FLPC succeeds and come back with lots of Rabbits out of hats, then great for the shareholders. When I look deeply into all this, and exercise lateral thinking, the chances of success or even mediocre success is in the Lap of the Gods. From what I read over many months, it seems rather unlikely BUT not impossible. Investment in JV's makes it possible, long term IF the BoD don't retire and 'scarper' with Bags of 'Antimony Ore' marked 'Swag' LOL! It's probably Anthracite in disguise :)
1KGW: The realisation of FLPC and it's failure to deliver to Shareholder's is abysmal as you well know. If there was a period when it went from 0.004-0.007, it was probably the only time in recent years it has rallied. Short of that, those who bought in on the basis that it would happen again would have lost out.
The fact that it has been very clear over the last 5 + years that FLPC has been making all manner of 'predictions' about what they proposed to do, when in fact proposals and 'potentials' never came of anything. They went on and on about how great things will be and all the while the BoD was touting the company, there was $100's of 1000's being eaten away in costs and other issues. Not one ounce of profit has been made since inception.
FLPC is Restructuring it's debt, not the company's ability to Mine and produce. Their Debts is massive and if they get funding to pay some or all of it off, how would you suppose they will service all the Debt repayments? They are not Mining, so where on Earth will the cash flow come from to pay back the Lender?
If they manage to satisfy some of their Creditor's, how then will they pay back their Lender's with no income? AS mentioned a while back, any surplus cash (if it hasn't been 'snapped up' by costs) may go toward a Joint Venture. This is the ONLY way a profit potential could be realized, there is NO other way that FLPC can survive with servicing the Lender debt and anything else outstanding without PROFIT, and to make a profit they need to invest, and to invest they need Working Capital, and what they may get will probably not be enough to turn this ailing company around for the benefit of their Shareholders.
The surplus cash will be absorbed and the company will most probably go into Administration....if it hasn't already.
BeWary: You sounded just like another member of the Forum, "Nothing in the filings". Sorry, I made it all up! FLPC is about to become huge and profitable 'at the drop of a Hat' or should it be clanger? LOL.
Facts of debt are only too clear for all to see, whether they will turn it around is a different matter, but it's unlikely to any significant degree. This "Restructure" is purely for their benefit so they can offset Debt with funding. Anybody who thinks that FLPC will have millions available to them for Mining AND the benefit of all these Shareholder's, isn't going to be sufficient to procure big business in this field.
Surplus cash if any, will be absorbed long before they can produce anything. It is JUST possible, they may have sufficient cash remaining to sort out the '1000 bags of Ore for assaying', if they can't do that, they most definitely won't be Mining anything anytime soon!
So, I suggest that FLPC get rid of that 1000 bags of Ore and sell it on when processed. I will be watching to see what they do with it. I may even write to Bob and say, "Now you have the money, what will you do with the 1000 Bags of Ore in 'Secure Storage'?" It will be interesting to read the reply!!
BeWary: All those Creditors who were given shares to the value of their debt will be even worse off now. Those who didn't take shares is lieu of payment may break even or worse. That's if the "Restructure" allows some funding to pay them off with, but with an agreed settlement.....probably around 25% of the debt.
It is also very likely that the "Restructure" has been brought about by legal action from those suppliers who have been owed money for years and they've got fed up with the waiting. I cannot prove this but the scenario is quite possible. If I were one of those creditor's, I would set up a case to get to try to get some of my money back. There's still quite a few hundred thousand Dollars still owed. It in the filings for all to see.
Not many weeks to go now and barely a peep from the BoD. I bet they are 'polishing' for all they're worth! It will be the best part of a year once this rigmarole has all been sorted. That's a very long time so I wonder whether they've achieved what they set out to do thus far?
Jotuk: "...only a partnership with a reputable and experienced mining actor may bring some royalties to shareholders "
This is what I mentioned in a few of my posts a while ago. Essentially, a JV which I suggested would be their best option and partner up with some remaining finances. If they can feed a partner some investment for profit, it will slowly compound and money will gradually build up in the FLPC Account. When it does, they could negotiate a higher percentage input for a better profit rate, and so on. This way, they could survive providing the Director's don't get greedy with the profits and keep re-investing into a company.
Should this happen, over a few years, and IF profits increased, they could branch out with a second Joint Venture and so on. It's do-able as long as they have their heads screwed on tightly and stick to amassing cash for investment. It could be a tall order bearing in mind they are looming towards retirement, like myself.
"FLPC has never advertised via tv, radio, newspaper or the internet".
Their Website IS a form of advertising, it was created to attract Investors to pour money into this Tin-Pot Mining company, and so they did but got little or nothing out of it.
You have mentioned Voaden again, as I said, I'm not remotely interest in the bloke and I don't really care whether or not he's on the Payroll or not. If he's useful to FLPC, which he obviously is, then it's nobody's business except FLPC's.
"Smart investors know who is attempting to change their thinking, with coyly worded opinion that insinuates criminal or illegal wrong doing".
Smart Investor's are not here, they've moved away and given this a wide birth. The idea for people that are 'smart' is not to be locked into a share with little or no hope in getting anywhere, irrespective of anyone's innuendo about how they think the company's being run. This is clearly the reason why this share is 0.0002, lack of enthusiasm. Why? It doesn't take a Rocket Scientist to work it out.
There is no evidence of a scam or wrongdoing, it's only alleged. What is clear is that for 5 years there have had losses and the company has no money for whatever reason. I think most people who choose not to invest is because they do not feel this company is being run efficiently and for the good of the Shareholder's.
That's all down to management otherwise they wouldn't have so much debt in need of this "Restructure". I wonder what they will come up next in the missing filings that will contradict all they stand for? I'm sure that if they wanted to, two + two = equals whatever they like.
1kGW: "Voaden was never discussed or an issue until November 14-15th of last year, etc. There you are, Twice in as many sentences! lol
Nothing to do with me, all I do is assume an opinion. Nothing wrong with the guy to the best of my knowledge. I don't know him and he's not a family friend. 'High Flying, Multi-Millionare's' are out of my league! I only mix with Tramps (Bums)! LOL.
DOCKZEF: Yes, I can tell you that Bob and his team know where Bags of ORE is lying around but NOT Bags of Antimony! The bags are in secure storage, un-assayed (as you know), but they don't have much Antimony in the Ore as they can't afford to have it processed and find out, then sell it on to their 'partners' in China!
What's within the Ore may not cover the shipping costs, or even the sorting costs. Perhaps there are SEVEN little guys kicking around that may have methods of sorting it out for cheap, although they may all end up a little Grumpy if FLPC don't pay them! LOL.
IKGW: Don't keep mentioning W.V, everyone will think he's a crook, he's not! He is a wiley businessmen with years of experience being clever, astute and on the ball. LOL!
ALL Stock Markets across the world have 'Scheming' CEO's, it's what it's all about. They have to 'scheme' or 'Plot' to come up with a business Plan, but not in a clandestine manner.... that we know of :))
It will be interesting to see how FLPC words the "Restructure" and what potential scheme they may come up with to lure the new Investor's into parting with their 'Hard-Earned'.
They will probably make a meal of 'Secured Funding' to provide 'Working Capital' to make way for......whatever, but it will be written is such a way that makes it look as if they will do more than you think. Speculative thoughts. It could be totally different.
Whatever happens, they won't have enough to be any more than what they are: A Junior Mining Company with an Office and not much else, maybe a couple of leases.
