Bearing in mind your post about Insurance, Transport et al, noting that your post was copied from their Website, I said all that in one sentence up top!!

It all sounds highly expensive so I reckon FLPC would be better off just selling Cat Litter, it's less hassle and probably more profitable in the near term :)) lol
