Hawaii vacations are wonderful. I visited four of the islands last year over 3 weeks and had a great time. Did Mark tell you he was going to Hawaii?
Well you are helping me laugh
Tell that to Jeff Bezos. Amazon has debt galore.
Change your facts much? Just a minute ago you said is was 33.
Same
You aren't kidding. That's pretty cool. And it is also just updated and verified. Nice.

Hang in there!!!
Management is doing a lot as of late to rebuild confidence. Holding shares...eliminated debt (was PRd) last Q showed Net income...don't be too slow on the uptake this is turning around.
A valuable lesson was learned by anyone who wasn't aware of what convertibles can due to a stocks price. That was then this is now. Now...is the time to buy. No need to live in the past.
Bottom line is this...ICLD is undervalued. The current share price is a result of purposeful downward pressure on the stock from the lender converting on the note. When there is no longer such downward pressure the share price should automatically revert to the mean. If you zoom out on the chart this puts us around $0.50. The difference is the additional share quantity which has not officially been released yet. That is why I say somewhere between $0.20-$0.50 as a target range for valuation. For any penny stock to have millions and millions in revenues and increasing to be approaching or already at a profitability I think the current valuation is absurd and is only a result of conversions. The reversion to the mean could happen in a very short amount of time like maybe 3-6 months.
One of the keys will be if they can address any of this debt in a different way
Depends on how many shares have been added to the OS but anywhere from $0.20-$0.50 is really reasonable.
Something like that...
Thanks for the heads up. Hopefully our patience pays off. If the news is really good this will go from a trade to an investment in 2.2 seconds.
Sideways as opposed to down (previous trend)
Two thumbs up
Check out the contracts announced just in Sept / November. As well as the debt reduction announced in October.

1.5 mil
2.1 mil
2.6 mil
Over 6 mil in new contracts and our current market capitalization is about 1.5mil.
When this debt situation is knocked out this is going to explode. And they are working on it. In that same link you can see that 16mil of debt was eliminated just last October.
I wouldn't feel bad for them. That's how they'll learn patience for future plays. Everyone needs to learn this...usually the hard way.
Good point regarding the market capitalization!
Current prices are a steal of a deal!
Did the other stock you are watching have a forward spilt? Or a reverse split?
If it is a forward split they don't always have to change the symbol.
Here's a link for you and I copied the section below that pertains.
https://www.capitaloneinvesting.com/main/help/topic.aspx?CategoryCode=CHELP011
What happens to my shares with a Forward Stock Split?
A stock split changes the number of shares and the price per share, but does not change your position’s total value. With a forward split, the number of shares is increased while the price per share is decreased.
Example: XYZ initiates a 2-for-1 stock split (sometimes written as 2:1). You have 50 shares of XYZ valued at $4 per share prior to the stock split totaling $200 in value. After the forward stock split, you own 100 shares of XYZ valued at $2 per share. Your total position is still worth $200.
Tip: Sometimes when a stock splits, it changes its symbol or CUSIP ID. This means the old symbol is no longer traded and your shares will be replaced with new shares as soon as we receive them from the Transfer Agent. You don’t have to do anything except wait for us to update your shares.

What happens to my shares with a Reverse Stock Split?
A stock split changes the number of shares and the price per share, but does not change your position’s total value. With a reverse split, the number of shares is decreased while the price per share is increased.
Example: XYZ initiates a 1-for-5 stock split (sometimes written as 1:5). You have 100 shares of XYZ valued at $2 per share prior to the stock split totaling $200 in value. After the reverse stock split, you own 20 shares of XYZ valued at $10 per share. Your total position is still worth $200.
Tip: When a stock has a reverse split, it always changes its CUSIP ID and may change its symbol too. This means the stock with the old CUSIP and symbol is no longer traded and your shares will be replaced with the new shares as soon as we receive them from the Transfer Agent. You don’t have to do anything except wait for us to update your shares.
Major changes in share structure is a huge event and regulators make sure investors are aware of it.
I believe it is to help with accurate charting so that the charts do not show 1000% gains.

Of all the letters that can be added temporarily the "D" is not that bad.
Sometimes letters are added for others reasons:

Super tight share structure.
Equity funding for major expansion.
At the 52 wk low. Risk : Reward here is crazy.
Patience is required. Many people will get bored before they make the real money.
Watching the kettle boil here...
It is due to the note conversion (google it) which is almost over. Thanks to the note a tremendous buying opportunity was created here.
Nice catch
The CEO bought shares at $0.25 and $0.28 just last September.
I bet he think current share price is crazy low.
Check out the insider buys at much higher prices. No recorded sells either.

Just sayin' about 400k traded at 11:00 which is better than most hours on the chart as of late. Can't wait to drop dat D bro
Excellent point. They are still on the ask however they are moving around and starting to allow the chart to take shape.
You aren't too far off. When dilution is officially over you will see a few whales show up and they'll bring their big calculators.
For me personally I'm keeping it really simple. I've got a T1 at $0.17 for 10 bags and a T2 at $0.34 for 20 bags.
This isn't worth flipping until the bid / ask volume is constant
I agree. It's the reason why I never took this stock seriously until it was an overnight 20 bagger.
Boy oh boy what an opportunity to add if your right. I guess I'll save some $$$ to avg down in that scenario
Nice!
She's waking up!
The 52 wk low is $0.016 for Jan 11th
TradeStation has the best charting of the three I use but FXCM is awesome for foreign currency
