That's why I'm asking. Check his last posts, he was pumping this on other boards yesterday, and now this miraculous find. How keen.....
Do you have a link for that article? TIA.
Google sec form 15d-6 and scroll down to the description. Seems like they're eliminating the obligation to file reports with the sec, at least temporarily. Didn't mention anything in the filing about de-registering with Nevada SOS. Stop sign designation probably coming soon. IMO, they're either cutting costs, re filing fees, or they MAY be setting themselves up as a possible takeover target (at least I've heard of this before re other stocks). ISIMs' last pr may serve as a clue. Again, all in my opinion.
When was the merger announced? TIA. At least we're seeing some volume today, hope it moves in the right direction.
Gap's been filled, bottom in. Time to move north!
I don't even own shares but I had the time and sales up on my account page and had to push my eyeballs back into my head after I saw those buku share lots go through, hence I had to see what was up on this board of current happy shareholders :(
Never hurts to try. This is why people gotta pay attention, and if they don't, it's their (anonymous) problem. Best of luck.
Bottom line is who winds up with the money. Best of luck squeak.
I know this is gonna sound stupid and just a few ticks shy of insane, but what if you put in a buy order @ .0005, just out of curiosity. With the way these yahoos are selling, I wouldn't be apt to try it, but would they actually take your $ @ .0005, then drag it back down to 3 with the blink of an eye? I've done this with other stocks, more rational ones, when I can't get my order filled @ the ask; placing an order higher seems to expedite the process, @ the ask price, using Scottrade, and they've never rooked me on the pps.
Why the hell did this thing take such a crap?
If peeps come across the financials, which is why I think the co. should pr the end results, this may grab some traction regarding pps. Any other news re co. activities, positively speaking, would be Godsend, at this point. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
Interesting. Not great, not particularly bad but the vast difference as to some of the numbers stand out, which IMO makes it interesting, albeit unaudited. Net income in the positive @ just over 3 mil, interest expense down to 646 thousand ( thanks Goldie, you almost gave me a freakin' heart attack with that 8 mil. figure from the end of 2011.....just kiddin'...), and total cost and expenses are way down. The company should pr the results, esp since the bulk of things are/seem definitely, IMO, to be changing toward the better. Thoughts, anyone, criticisms? hate mail? pom-poms?
On something of a positive note, yesterdays' short volume was practically non-existent, something like a thousand shares, in spite of the crappy overall volume. For some strange reason, I have an atavistic fondness for green pillars :)
I don't know about pennyland but this should be higher, just based on todays' news alone, considering where the pps and volume, or, lack thereof, has been in the recent past. If the company had the intention of dilluting, they could have been doing that all along; it's not like this was the first pr in a year, for cryin' out loud. Ironically, if this was, the pps would have gone through the roof, just based on anticipation alone. Best of luck!
Yep. Like that Metallica song, "Sad, But true"......
No problem, you deserve the praise, which is more than I can say for our less-than-beloved, so-called, uh, "communicants" here. Take care!
I agree. Buyers won't jump on board without some sort of catalyst, namely news, outrageous out-of-nowhere-all-of-a-sudden volume (which is something of a rarity, but it does happen) coming in second. BTW, your posts seem to be the most concise, concerned and unbiased entries on this board; keep 'em up, I'm a pig for intelligence. You've been person marked. Have a great day!
Get 'em while they're cheap. News is news, and todays' ain't bad. Word needs to go out to other boards, and I don't wanna hear crap about dilution or any other tear inducing bs. The company's doing business, they're keeping shareholders informed, what more can you ask for in stinky-pinky land? For cryin' out freakin' loud.....
nnan news out!
Thank you, sir.
L2 anyone?......please?
Yep, one big catch-22. They know shareholders aren't going to complain to the sec on account of the possibility of them imposing the ol' dreaded trading halt, which would kill the already comatose, twitching horse, i.e., the pps, while they, or whomever, cash out, veiled by silence, not to mention b.s.
Aside from their last reply coming across sounding as nothing shy of an insult. I'll sell before I try to get in contact with them. They should be well aware of their responsibilities to shareholders and snotty remarks regarding news inquiries while the pps plummets to the sidewalk isn't a very professional approach. Sadly, there's not very much you can do about it, except wait or sell and move on.
Whatever the case may be, yesterdays' green became todays' mold. Back to normal, I guess.
After yesterdays' green, who wouldn't think that this thing (I'm trying to be nice.....) might be finally growing some legs. And not one iota of word from the company. Hence, back in the crapper (again) today.
Just a point in passing, not to rain on our parade, but according to short volume.com, yesterday's short volume was enormous, something like 95% of shares traded. I double checked the stats on finra's website and they matched, which doesn't make a whole lotta sense, considering yesterdays' low volume, but who the hell am I? Today might turn out to be quite interesting (or nil). We shall see.....
@.0007, I believe somewhere to the tune of about 500,000 to 600,000 shares, both trades combined, if my memory serves me well.
Might not be a bad idea to spread the word around other boards a bit (ever so gingerly- don't wanna get hit with a spam warning re TOS). Potentially interested peeps may wanna get in as early as possible. If we get decent news, at this price it could blast off, IMO. Best of luck all.
Good trading today, all green @ the ask. Weird is when the pps suddenly takes a crap to X ticks below the bid on one trade of 6 million shares, followed by an ask trade for 5000 shares (just sweep that big bastard under the rug, no one will notice....).
Looks like that bullish tri-star pattern may have had some sparkle to it. Nice to see green, albeit on low volume, but all trades went off at the ask. I didn't wanna post this before market close for fear I'd jinx it! Not to mention the two t-trades just after close.
Where do you see that? Link? TIA.
Amen. Thank you. I couldn't have said it better myself. Have a great weekend.
And I guess you're still waiting, like the rest of us. Best of luck in your endeavours.
And what was the reply you got regarding your 5/3 e-mail? Did they tell YOU that they would get back to you (or, perhaps, issue a followup pr) within 30 days? That seems to have become some sort of automatic reply regarding shareholder inquiries, at least per other posters on this board. TIA.
Yeah, I don't recall reading that anywhere on here either. That was the date of their debt restructuring pr. Why would they e-mail the company about getting news on a day we get news?!?!?!?
I'd like to think that they're digging their own graves with the silent treatment, but in stinkyland, I know that's just not true. R/S, wash, rinse, repeat, and the sun shall set on yet another group of chumps (uh, shareholders). Best of luck everyone.
Looks like somebody plugged the atm back in. Over 2.8 mil shares in less than 10 minutes, all at the bid. This is getting really tiresome.
