"Besides you guys who saying the company is/has been putting out false financial reports "
What was said was that if the company is indeed generating revenue and not reporting it- it would be false.
"Ok I have surveyed 50 women now "
Nice work. I'm sure you've already invited them here to discuss the product. Surely they're just as excited as you are- I'd love their input.
Not all 60 of course but I'm sure we'll be seeing a dozen or so new IHub members soon. I can't imagine 10 or so would have an issue with that. I'm sure they're interested in buying the stock as well if they haven't already. If they only have 10% of your excitement I'm sure they'll have a lot to add.
We'll look for them soon!
Ahh, good point. All that product can't simply be sitting there not selling now can it? LOL
I have a couple emails out regarding the availability, well see what comes of it.
LOL- is there anything on that site that is newer than 2006?
My bad if I missed it but I didn't get too far past the main page which features an "update" from 2006. Perhaps they're still pretty excited about the old news.
My bad- I was assuming you were talking about potentially recent revenues which aren't an issue given that they haven't bothered to file anything in quite some time.
"I've been fully apprised of the situation from other shareholders that have been here since the MLON days. "
You should seek due diligence on the matter from folks other than "other shareholders" and you'd know that the theory is greatly flawed. A simple phone call to a broker will tell you that.
It's not a legal issue given that they aren't required to report to the SEC but any public company that wants to be taken seriously would do so.
Neither CES nor PYCT has shown interest in being taken seriously as a public company. It's too bad- if their product really is that great it will be marred by the pathetic way these companies are operated IMO.
"before you post FALSE or misleading information"
Such as stuff like Dr. Fresh was involved in a conspiracy regarding Flushways? Or can you confirm that your allegation is indeed a fact?
Making such false allegations regarding a company is a no no- hopefully you can clear up any misunderstanding.
"I think PYCT is very real and the ones saying it's not knows it's very real "
So you really don't believe that are people who don't think it's real? LOL
Sorry but those who think it's a load of crap have given reasons for thinking so. To think that everyone just must believe is PYCT is quite a a stretch.
Have a good weekend. The story continues next week.
I don't recall anything like that- if they did it sure did wonders.
Just who I said- those who are getting frustrated waiting day by day for action on a POS like this.
"I wonder if they are aware people are accusing them of this"
Yup, I've sent inquiries to several departments. I'll keep you posted if I hear anything. Pretty serious accusations indeed.
"So then this was a conspiracy...let me guess lets make them Flushaways do poorly and then we'll step in and grab it cheap.."
"yes to that last sentence."
So again- you're accusing Dr. Fresh of a conspiracy regarding Flushaway? I just wanted to clarify, looking to get both sides of the story here. It would be interesting for a multinational company such as Dr. Fresh to be exposed like that wouldn't it?
I'll keep you posted with any feedback I receive. In fact I'll even mark your posts. Thanks.
How was that verifiable? Through their SEC filings? LOL
"We also have partners in Hong Kong that are keeping us apprised of the production and progress of this product."
So you're saying that the company is keeping your buddies in the loop but not the PYCT shareholders? LOL
This is exactly why the company has warned the public not to rely on any information that is has not given out itself.
Nice try though.
The company has already stated why the products did poorly- why would you try and blame Dr. Fresh now?
This is getting silly.
Did someone say there was? In any event I would sure hope there was at some point.
Wouldn't it be a bit silly to produce a supposedly flushable product on which no flushability tests were done?
"except now, they can flush them away"
Correct, so why would there be a test on how women go about flushing them? It's a pad and a toilet- not rocket science.
Like I've said- it's a great idea but I think you need to do some more due diligence on these types of companies. Unsolicited pinks are notorious for being big on hype and a bit lousy on delivery.
Grandios forward looking statements aside do you have reason to believe that PYCT can pull this off? Has your 'group' heard anything?
Given that the focus is the product's flushability, women don't need to try it for them to know if the breakdown of the matter is what they expect.
" That to me says there can only be one additional problem which would be availability..."
There's also the little problem called demand. Like I've posted before, there have been patents for a flushable pad for decades yet none of the larger companies has gone in this direction. IMO if there was a market for it, they would have.
Maybe they're making a mistake? History says otherwise.
Have a good weekend.
"The land fills are filling up, really look into it."
It's a big planet. Not so sure many women concern themselves with landfills when trying to decide which pads to buy.
Could be, you never know. With the history though, the doubt is reasonable IMO.
"What do you think?"
I think all that matters is that the company put a product on the shelves and sell it if they can.
PRs about actual production and sales will matter, not forward looking statements that are very similar to what has been seen with Flushway in the past.
If the product had sold well at the assigned price point then it would have been a success. If women were buying simply because it was a flushable product then the extra cost wouldn't have been an issue.
"this indicated (t)hat it has been approved. "
It indicates to me is that they need to be more careful when writing their PRs.
"This product will be a hot item and at these prices you really can't go wrong. I've asked all my friends (women) of all ages and those that use pads & liners all said they would use this product over others because its flushable."
Neato. Unfortunately when it was available in the past this didn't happen. Obviously the flushability isn't the only concern here.
"the Loch Ness and Big Foot are REAL..... "
Sure they are- afterall no one has proven that they aren't right...?
Mark this post.
"Do you need further explanation??"
No, but feel free to post a cite or a precedent.
"I was told their are none and I believe that"
With this being a new company and all I'm sure they wouldn't want to start off on the wrong foot by lying.
MMs naked short shares to fill purchases on the open market. If there is no purchasing going on, then there is no naked shorting.
"Guilty until proven innocent "motto" is very bad for your health."
Yet it's extremely smart when dealing with unsolicited pink sheet companies. You've been trading long enough to know that's true.
Until the company shows that they've acually accomplished something there doesn't appear to be much of a reason to assume that they have IMO.
"However things "might" be looking up for PYCT."
It's possible. Wouldn't mind seeing a nice return here- keeping it real until that time comes- if ever.
That's what we've been doing for 2+ years now. Posts have even been marked. LOL
"Dividends like that can be totally manipulated because they are not able to be traded, so the company and the broker/dealers can just NAKED SHORT the divi to cover the negative balance."
There is no need to naked short dividends "like that" because there isn't anyone buying them. lol
It's certainly your right to believe so.
"Mario had no interest in screwing his partners and stock manipulations."
LOL- all Mario did was manipulate the stock price with false press releases.
And the previous dividends 'worked' just fine- they gave shareholders a bonus as they were supposed to do. LIke I said- they're not a magic wand to make naked shorts cover.
Unless of course you have a precedent that proves otherwise.
"so I can give them a chance"
Nothing wrong with that, but there's also nothing wrong with looking at the history of the stock as well as the history of the product and discussing it honestly.
As always it seems with some as if any negatives are supposed to be forgotten and unproven hype is hailed as "great info". LOL Interesting approach to investing.
Some pinks totally lie about having products to begin with- in this aspect I don't believe it's a scam as I don't think they're lying about that, JMHO of course.
The company said that the previous negative issues surrounding the company were completely resolved.
That is a quote from the PR. That is a fact.
