Where was PCTI's Due Diligence from
the beginning?

Looks like PCTI did a pretty lousy job
from raising any potential red flags
from all of these possible reverse
merger rumors when they first started!

Doesn't even sound like their legal
department even did a basic bio on
Terrance Tecco to me. If they had,
they would have seen this guy's past
track record and realized...

Hmmmm...maybe this isn't a good fit
for us.

Could PCTI have been possibly involved
in this shutdown somehow? Not saying they
were but it seems very suspicious to me!

The details were laid out as to how many
Preferred A, B and C shares the PCTI
CEO was going to receive and everything
was still was on the up and up? All my
opinion of course but just entertaining
every possible scenario here.

That's what I would like to know & that's

I'm just glad all I lost was my
commission costs.

I bought at 4 and sold at 4.

Honestly, I didn't see all this
coming but when the share price
was struggling to stay above my
buy in price, something didn't
quite feel right to me.

Just had a sinking feeling that

to come through at that point
so I sold at 0004.
